This apartment hotel opened at the beginning of this year. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The facilities are very new. The decoration is also very nice, and the washing and care are all Aesop. The service is very good, but there is no breakfast. However, there are many restaurants nearby where you can have breakfast. If you want to live near the Champs-Elysées, it is a very good choice. The hotel's facade is a bit inconspicuous, you need to look carefully, or ask the shops on the roadside.

The service attitude is super great and the room is super clean. It’s great~~ Because there is no elevator, we brought two large suitcases and they upgraded us to a large suite on the first floor for free. I really didn't expect that the store was so enthusiastic. I will definitely stay here next time.

Lovely Appartment, bright and spacious with plenty of things within it to make us stay as comfortable as possible. Well equipped, and the washing machine with detergent was an added bonus. Certainly helped have less washing when I got home! We were close to Metro stations, lots of nice restaurants near where we were staying, and bars. A great shopping department store nearby. Only one small hiccup with the key code to get in when we arrived, but it was easy to contact the landlord and the problem was amended very quickly. Would definitely recommend this place as it was very affordable too!

Excellent apartments! When we booked no reviews and feared, but when we settled, everything was exactly like on the photo! All fresh, clean, convenient and thoughtful. Good mattresses, bedding, lots of dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil is eaten. All instructions, restaurant recommendations were sent in advance. Very recommended! To the Eiffel Tower about 40 minutes walk, the area is quite quiet. And we left small gifts, it was very pleasant)

Adequate room for one night however I wouldn't ever stay there for more than one night. Mostly because the carpet was grubby, the lights switches had finger prints and the mattress was hanging off the bed, which meant that every time I moved the sheet and mattress shifted. Fan was a bonus but I couldn't get over how dirty it was...hugely disappointing. Nobody was in reception to complain to as I arrived later in the evening and was in a rush.

The wifi doesn't work very well. I thought it was because it's on the 3rd floor, but I'm not sure! Other than that, the boiler works well, so it gets warm quickly, hot water comes out well, and the bed is comfortable. The view from the window is new every day, which is nice. It's not very close to Paris, but you can get there by taking a bus right in front and changing trains. It's easy to get around, and there are delicious restaurants and bakeries nearby, and a mart is right in front, so it's very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around. There's a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping easy and restaurants plentiful. I even saw several Chinese paintings in the hotel, which was a very homely experience for Chinese people living abroad. I'm so grateful to the hotel's front desk staff for offering us a kettle, afternoon tea, and snacks after our City Walk. It felt like home and was incredibly heartwarming. If I ever return to Paris, I'll definitely stay here again.

After checking out, I found that my beloved leather clothes were in the closet. IIrina SilinaExcellent apartment, brand new renovation, everything is fresh. For such a price everything was fine and we liked it. The linen was clean and fresh. The apartment had everything for convenience. Olivier is very hospitable, if you arrive early, he will offer to place your suitcases before checking in. Next to the apartment there is a vegetable and fruit market, a bakery that opens at 7 am, fresh croissants🥰, several supermarkets, a cheese shop and much more. 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. We were especially impressed by the balconies on the roof of the house😍 The only small minus I would note is that you need to be prepared to climb the stairs to the 7th floor:)
