This exclusive villa is very well situated just opposite Akureyri. It is rented by celebrities but also by other people who enjoy the location and the high standard of the house. It was built by the Icelandic architect Fanney Hauksdottir in 2006. It was recently refurbished with high-quality equipment such as ReVoX audio equipment as well as with attractive materials such as walnut, shale and glass.The house is surrounded by a 16'000 m2 garden and a security fence. An alarm system and cameras ensure safety for the guests. Any kind of additional service is available on request.During winter snow drifts may block road access to the house. The road to our fence and the driveway is not maintained during winter time. In this case a short walk (400 meters) is necessary.
