From arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation! P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.

Just taking the boat to Lyudao was a tough challenge, but the owner's kindness overpowered everything, making me want to visit Lyudao again. The hallways inside the dormitory room were a bit narrow for multiple people, but the washing machine was free, and all other spaces were spacious. The owner helped me tour the island and prepared meals for me, a solo traveler, even though the weather was bad and driving a scooter was difficult, so there was no problem. I want to visit this place again. Recommended!!

The location of the inn is nice which is next to the bus stop of 壽亭. In first April, you can enjoy the sea of mist/clouds in the room. The beautiful scenery is absolutely amazing in public areas or room area. The air is fresh and the breakfast is good taste and variety provided in the mountain. The host is kind and he can provide you suggestions around this area. The sky walk must try no matter what weather condition.

While the resort doesn't entirely meet our preferences, considering the cost we paid the overall experience is still acceptable. It may appeal more to those who enjoy living close to nature. I must say they serve us a very healthy and generously portioned breakfast, and the staff are friendly too.

Minsu located near to hot spot town area - where u can get to 7-11 and others restaurants/fast foods, and Swiss Garden. The room is great with splendid view from window and balcony. My only issues - rare there is no toiletries provided other than body and hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion. Fortunately there is 7-11 nearby. The last thing I need is to spend $ for such simple thing, which should be provided in the room. Another issue I had is the path to building is covered with feeble stones and lots of staircase. Obviously, this minsu is for lite travellers. If you carry heavy luggage, well, good luck carry it till you reach your room floor 😓 Owner need to think about travellers with heavy luggage as the path is not user friendly 😉

Especially the slippers are super comfortable to wear 👍 In addition, the lobby also provides snacks, coffee machines, tea bags, etc., which are very convenient when you are craving for coffee at night or in the morning. I would not give it any more points! 🔥 --- 🏠 Accommodation experience sharing Since I haven’t had the chance to go to Hualien since the earthquake last year, I finally made a return visit after a year and started searching for accommodation on Google. I accidentally saw this B&B that I had never noticed before. Although there are not many reviews online, they are almost all positive. The facilities look very new. There happened to be rooms available on my check-in date, so I decided to give it a try! 🔸The room facilities are awesome! The rooms here use gas water heaters, so you don’t have to worry about the embarrassing situation of running out of hot water halfway through your shower. It’s super safe to take a shower in the winter! 🔥 And the water pressure is sufficient, and it is super comfortable to shower. It is great whether you want to wash away a whole day's fatigue or wake up in the morning! 👍 🔸Arrival day Because I brought a cake that needed to be refrigerated, I first went to the B&B to borrow a refrigerator. As soon as I entered the door, the proprietress greeted me warmly and asked if I needed to store my luggage. Since it was not yet the check-in time, the landlady gave us the room key and told us that we could check in directly after 3pm! 🔸Location and transportation are very convenient The B&B is located in the center of Hualien City, which is very convenient to get around. Motorcycles can be parked at the door, and one car can be parked. If the park is full, there are many roadside parking spaces nearby, so passengers who drive here don't have to worry about not having a spot. There is also an elevator in the homestay, so you don't have to worry about carrying large luggage. Moreover, the entrances and exits of the rooms are all controlled by magnetic cards, which is safe and convenient. 🔸A homestay with a full sense of design The exterior of the homestay is a fair-faced concrete building with a strong overall sense of design. The interior decoration is also very textured. Later, when I chatted with the proprietress, I found out that she is an interior designer herself! No wonder the design from the lobby to the room is so exquisite, and you can feel the care in every detail. Words alone are not enough to describe it, I will attach the photos I took this time below for reference for travelers who are still hesitating～📸 This homestay is really worth recommending. I feel it is run with great care. It is comfortable and relaxing to stay here! If you happen to be visiting Hualien, this one is definitely worth a try!

The location of the B&B is excellent, right next to Tangweigou, with many delicious foods nearby. There is a bright bath in the room for soaking in the hot springs. The room in the building is very comfortable. The night view on the top floor is really beautiful. I like it very much.

Decent accommodation. The room is spacious and chic. The staff was friendly and helped whenever any problem happened. Everything is electronic so you get a code to enter the building and your room. There's no fridge in the room but there is one in the common area. Centric location in the middle of the interesting points I wanted to visit. Tho bring eye mask and earplugs cause it gets noisy and bright in the morning. Would def stay again.

We love this villa so much! The room was very warm and clean, the interior of the lobby and restaurant were awesome, and mountain view at balcony was stunning! We had dinner at the villa restaurant, you gotta book it with the hotel at least 1hr before their set timing and there was no menu, you get whatever they prepare. The food was absolutely tasty and portion was generous! 4-star for location as we had to take the local bus to the Qingjing Farm, and the bus frequency was one bus per hr. Other than this everything else was perfect!
