The room was nice with a beautiful view of the town and over the river with a comfortable bed and all amenities you could want including a washing machine and drying room. Staff were nice and I had a few conversations with the younger guy who told me he was new to the hotel only working there for the last week or so, with impressive English and a charming attitude he made a very good impression and made us feel at home and it felt like all our needs were met. if you’re thinking of booking a place to stay in Fenghuang I would recommend this place in a heartbeat

Tv did not work in my room, was moved to another one for a night while they fixed it. However tv didn’t work there either. Wifi is poor as well. The service was great tho. I was gifted tea for the inconveniences and the room was cleaned with fresh water and towels daily. In my experience, I thought the hot water was broken, turns out it just needs 10 minutes before it gets warm, same with the sink. View from the hotell is superb. And the breakfast you get, noodles with coffee, tea, fruits and bread was an excellent start to any day. I would recommend the place, but not for extended periods of time, you should also lower your expectations a bit from what is showed on the site.

A wonderful hotel! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the hotel staff for their warmth, hospitality, and assistance in organizing our trip! 1. We were met at the airport and taken to the train station on a free comfortable transfer. 2. There is a free transfer to the National Park there and back. 3. Delicious breakfast: steamed buns, jiaozi, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables - and all this with a stunning view of the mountains! 4. The territory of a hotel is much larger than it looks on the photo, very well-groomed and interesting. I recommend to plan 1 day to just relax at the hotel! 5. The hotel has a small cute pool with a view of the mountains. 6. The hotel staff confidently speaks English and helped us with literally every little thing! They bought tickets, planned every day of our stay, helped with routes and gave their recommendations. They answered in the chat literally instantly on any question! They were worried and wrote to us if we stayed somewhere late. 7. Free tea tasting of local tea in English was very interesting! You can buy local tea and pottery in the store. 8. During our stay, we counted 3 dogs, 7 cats, 3 kittens and 2 puppies that live on the territory of the hotel. All animals are very friendly and gave this place an incredibly warm and homely atmosphere. 9. Laundry is free, we used it several times, everything is great! 10. You can order dinner at any time. All the food is delicious, home-cooked and made with love! 11. The room was wonderful and very spacious with a large bed, great pillows and very soft linens. 12. We left the hotel very early, so the staff brought us breakfast to go. It was very nice! Thank u so much!!! I’ll really miss this place!

Very friendly staff who kindly offered laundry service. Their WeChat account makes communication easy. The park view from the 17th floor is top tier (but you still hear the road). The room and the elevator would benefit from an in-depth cleanup.

Honestly it is a hidden gem!!!! I absolutely loved it! The attention and service were amazing. Everyone always caring and smiling…. Didn’t want to leave. They make sure to accommodate your needs. The rooms are clean, super cute and the balcony with the pool view is so relaxing….. excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and close to the river to take amazing pictures….. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could see the waterfall from our room which was the highlight of our trip. The room was very clean, they even gifted us a bottle of wine for our honeymoon, as well as allowing us late checkout. Special thanks to Xiaomeng for the great hospitality!

By far the best hotel we have stayed at in China and mostly due to the host. She was incredible. She drove us to restaurants and the national park. She was really welcoming. Helped us find a swimming pool. She couldn’t have done more for us and we are very grateful. The rooms are BIG and spacious. We had the skylight room. It was great. I couldn’t fault this hotel at all. The National Park SOUTH entrance is 5 mins by car

This hotel is exceptionally comfortable — the rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. The double room features a spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. They didn’t just offer a warm welcome — they also helped me book discounted tickets to Zhangjiajie Park and even put together a personalized tour plan based on how much time I wanted to spend there. The location is super convenient too — it’s only about one kilometer from the East Gate of the park, making it easy to reach on foot or by taxi. There’s also a vibrant street nearby filled with cafés and shops. I highly recommend this hotel — you won’t regret it!

For me the place was perfect: very close to the drop off point from taxis, so you don't have to walk for too long with the luggage, and walking distance from everywhere - the town is really small. Lili and the staff were super kind and helpful with everything. They also arranged a car to drive me back to the station. Maybe the only improbable thing is that they could share arrival information once they accept the booking: to access the ancient town you need to pay 108 yuan and many people arriving didn't know. This is not to sleep in the hotel, it's just to access the town, so everyone has to do it. But for me it's been great!

Unbelievable view, very comfortable rooms the staff was very helpful. I had to communicate via WeChat and it’s was very easy. They helped me book my visit to the national park with a guide and a private driver. Who was also an amazing person. The city sleeps at midnight and wake up at 7 am with the sound of the water falls. This is the place to book your next trip if you are planning to explore this amazing and unique city. I love Furong town and I will definitely be back.
