Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and just right for me and my son. The daily room service was a great touch—they provided fresh towels, tissues, and neatly fixed the bed each day. While there was no bidet, the handheld shower served as a convenient alternative. The amenities were complete as described, though guests should bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste.
One of the best things about this place was its accessibility. It was conveniently close to the bus station for airport transfers and just a short walk to Mong Kok MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay!
Sorry, I wasn't able to take pic of the room. Forgot, we are too busy during our stay, super enjoyed the stay, because it was close to everything you need. Literally room for sleep for us.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!
We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and the experience was great! The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful especially Queenie. She went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. She gave us clear directions on how to get around Hong Kong and even shared helpful tips on what to do in case we got lost in the city.
The location is also a big plus very accessible and within walking distance to everything you need, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It made exploring Hong Kong so much easier and more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

They try their best, and I am sure they give you the best they have, but the rooms are really small and not comfortable. I understand Hong Kong has one of the most expensive square meters in the world, but the room I slept first night was the worst I stayed in my life. They shouldn’t put anyone there. I had nightmares the entire evening. You can see the pictures. I asked to change and I paid more 6 US dollars per night for a 5 mts room. More 3% for paying with visa (the only place asked me that in the entire city). So, I would say, search better. Maybe you can get better, even in the same building.
The location is fantastic.

I love this One Dundas serviced apartment — this is actually my second time booking the same place! This time, I requested a bigger room, and it was even better than I expected. The moment I walked in, I didn’t even feel like going out shopping — the air conditioning was excellent, and the room had everything I needed.
There’s a nice kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and an open bar where I could enjoy breakfast. The living room was cozy with a TV and beautiful city views. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The cleaner was so friendly — they refilled refreshing sparkling water every day and even took care of the trash regularly.
The location is super convenient — easy to get to anywhere!
Next time I go back to Hong Kong, I’ll definitely rebook this serviced apartment. Honestly, it feels even better than staying in a 5-star hotel. It’s warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home.
Highly recommend!

The location was near perfect—super close to the bus station near Nathan Rd, so basically super easy to access while using the bus.
The room was neat and clean—the bed was comfy and big, the AC worked perfectly, and all electronic outlets worked flawlessly. A foldable table is placed within the room, and there is space underneath the bed to store suitcases. The shower worked fine, and the towels were clean.
Just beware that the rooms are not too soundproof.
The hotel is located on the fifth floor of the building, and the elevator is a bit slow and usually takes quite some time to get to and from the ground floor.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here once again if I were to visit Hong Kong again solo.

The area is great, eventhough the building is old. The service is very good. The landlady was great, she’s really accommodating thought there was a language barrier, but with AI language assistance, everything will be smooth. Overall. Our stay was pleasant. There’s a lot of stores, restaurants, money exchange in the area. Not to mention the public transport. So near from the bus stop and just a meter away from the MTR Jordan station. It’s very very convenient. 5 stars for madam..I just forgot her name. Very good people.

I had to book a room last minute at 11:30 at night bc the room i booked at another hotel was filthy and uninhabitable. I found Happy Motel on trip.com and upon arriving i was so thrilled to see how clean and homey it was. I stayed in the family room which was spacious. The room was neat and all the amenities were provided-AC, Wi-Fi, toliet paper, mini kitchen. There is an elevator. Kevin, the owner, was also helpful and kind. I will return to this hotel next time I come to HK. So grateful to have found this place. Close to Jordan station (right across the street). Prime location, too. Shops and restaurant abound downstairs. Highly recommend if you want to travel comfortably and if you want to feel like a local.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Hong Kong for a layover. The lady boss was very welcoming this time. It was raining and I didn't bring an umbrella, so she even brought me one so I could go out for dinner. Thank you so much, boss! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong! I wish you a prosperous business.

The hostel is in a very strategic location in Tsim Sha Tsui, just a short walk from the MRT station. There are also many great places to eat nearby, open until midnight. We switched from a standard room to the deluxe twin room for bigger space for most of our stay there, and the room was clean, allowing us to sleep well. The owner is very kind and friendly. She provided free laundry service and even folded our clothes after washing them, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay in the Tsim Sha Tsui area.

JJoeatonthegoI booked the female dorm and overall had a decent stay. The room is located inside an apartment that's shared with male guests, but the female dorm itself is private and secure. The dorm has two bathrooms, which was clean and convenient.
The location is perfect, right in Tsim Sha Tsui, just steps from the MTR and lots of food and shopping. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable for a budget stay. It’s a good option for female travelers who don’t mind sharing the apartment space but still want a private room and bathroom.
Clearer information in the listing about the apartment layout would be helpful, but I’d still recommend it for short stays.
MM555863****The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even came down to meet me when I arrived at 3:30 PM and assisted me with my luggage. Check-in was a breeze, and I was very pleased with my room – it felt so cozy, and the bed linens were lovely. The location is also excellent. I had a wonderful time in Hong Kong.
朱朱古力叮噹Hygiene generally enter the room to clean once, occasionally there will be small insects, the refrigerator is very large to put ice cream, but the TV reception is general, occasionally there will be snowflakes, the terrace environment is clean when you wake up can look at the sea very comfortable
AAnonymous UserThe lady there is super nice - great hostess and such a warm person! Facilities were decent, there is a TV and they provide toothbrush, towel albeit things were kinda old and run down. Nicely sized room and bed. Blanket is just a thin cover though, there is no duvet. Everything seemed clean EXCEPT the floors had dirt and dust, so I had to wear shoes inside the room.
RRyant RhmdThe picture shown was not the same, but check in was smooth and we liked the size of the room than the one we booked at chungking mansion previously. Good to have a rest after long day exploring Hongkong. We stayed for three days, towel provided just hot water didn't always work in the morning.
AAnonymous Uservery good,I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 李氏宾馆in Hong Kong, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with an atmosphere of opulence and warmth.

TTraveller898It's cheap, not at all as the picture its advertised , like a dormitory bunker with a decent bed and mattress, blankets are clean and pillow is okay, toilet is horrible with shower and no space to move. The amenities are only bad quality roller paper and a towel. Nothing else! The hotel and attract more customers if they are better with decent real pictures and better service, the owner a guy who doesn't speak English is really unfriendly and cold. He has no way to treat guests. They had shampoo though... It's okay for one night or short term. Easy check in and out! No deposit!
WWenli3809The price is good for Hong Kong. It is close to the subway and there are many shopping and eating places around. Public transportation is also convenient. The elevator is broken. It seems to have been broken for a while. If you live on the sixth floor, it is difficult to climb the stairs. The hair dryer is outside and people use it very late and very early, which is noisy.
