Staff were really lovely and helpful and location is amazing less than 10 minutes from the harbour front and right next to metro. Loads of great shops, cafes, restaurants and bars right on doorstep. Noise from outside was not a problem but we could hear other guests in corridor and room. We did book a small double room with no window so we of course knew what we were getting, however we were not expecting it to be SO small. One of us had to basically sit on the bed whilst the other moved around the room it was really quite difficult especially with luggage. Not great at all if you’re claustrophobic or plan to spend much time in there - we couldn’t wait to get out of it most mornings. The bathroom is also tiny and more of a wet room - so there is no separate shower but a shower head that gets the whole bathroom and toilet soaked, we did get used to it but just remember to do everything else in the bathroom before your shower because every inch will be soaked after.

Good location and clean room, the owner is nice and can talk in english so it was convenient , even if the room is small , the place is very clean and comfortable enough for short stay
on one night, a noisy sound in the corridor rung all the night and I did not get a good sleep but it was fixed the day after

They try their best, and I am sure they give you the best they have, but the rooms are really small and not comfortable. I understand Hong Kong has one of the most expensive square meters in the world, but the room I slept first night was the worst I stayed in my life. They shouldn’t put anyone there. I had nightmares the entire evening. You can see the pictures. I asked to change and I paid more 6 US dollars per night for a 5 mts room. More 3% for paying with visa (the only place asked me that in the entire city). So, I would say, search better. Maybe you can get better, even in the same building.
The location is fantastic.

The area is great, eventhough the building is old. The service is very good. The landlady was great, she’s really accommodating thought there was a language barrier, but with AI language assistance, everything will be smooth. Overall. Our stay was pleasant. There’s a lot of stores, restaurants, money exchange in the area. Not to mention the public transport. So near from the bus stop and just a meter away from the MTR Jordan station. It’s very very convenient. 5 stars for madam..I just forgot her name. Very good people.

The service attitude is good, and the hygiene is OK, but there is indeed a strong smell of kitchen fumes at night, which is very disturbing. It is even a bit choking when opening the bathroom. The sound insulation is not good. Guests who come back late do not have the awareness of keeping quiet, and the sound of karaoke can be heard downstairs.
The location is really good, close to the Causeway Bay MTR entrance, shopping is more convenient, and the bus station is also close.
Overall, it is still OK, but the smell of fumes does affect the experience of resting in the hotel after a tiring day. I hope it can be improved.

We booked this hotel on the spur of the moment for our trip to Hong Kong and Macau. We were prepared for the high prices in Hong Kong, but it was our first time staying in such a small room. It was quite interesting. We were worried that our family of four wouldn't be able to stay there, but the owner was very helpful in putting the beds together. It was quite comfortable. It's in the city, very convenient for HKU and Tsim Sha Tsui Steel. Recommended

Very clean and cosy room and toilet! Not a noisy environment as we slept like babies.
Aircon airflow is strong, hot water shower, the window can be opened if you prefer. Towels and toothbrushes provided.
Luggages can put under the bed which is a plus point.
Common freezer/fridge, microwave, hot/cold water dispenser for guests to use.
From HK airport to Ocean Inn, we took airport bus A22 stops at Chi Wo Street, Jordan Road. HKD40.80/pax bus fare about 1hr bus journey. Less than 50m walk to Ocean Inn. Downstairs got porridge, Cha Chang Teng eateries, 7-11 etc.
Right outside the building is Jordan MTR Exit B1 with MTR Lift. We took airport express mtr back to airport HKD65/pax about 1hr15mins journey.
Friendly owners! Will definitely stay here again. Paid SG$199 after trip.com promo codes for 4 nights from 15-19 July 2023

Perfect room for solo travellers! Stayed here for 5 nights and the location was convenient and surrounded by a variety of eateries and transport options. Well equipped with amenities - air condition is strong and works great, functioning TV, hot/cold water is strong and bed is comfy. As a female solo traveller, I found it spacious and never felt stuffy or cramped.
Owner is very kind and helpful too!

Unexpected small room! Booked it for one night coz of the excellent location, but since the room locates in the corridor of the floor at an old building, it's very noisy even at midnight and early morning unfortunately when people walk in and out.

PPatriciaThe place was decent. We were on the 14th floor, and at first it was a bit tricky to find—we just tried going up since we couldn’t reach the numbers we were given. A sign on the ground floor would definitely help.
It’s basically one big flat divided into three rooms. We shared the unit with other guests (separate rooms), but we could hear some noise. The family next door had a baby, and for two nights we heard crying in the middle of the night.
The bed wasn’t that comfortable—the mattress was thin, and the frame seemed like two tables put together. The staff cleaned the room only on the first and last night.
On the plus side, they had enough supplies in the corridor like towels, toothpaste, and tissue, and there was also a water dispenser, which was handy.
朱朱古力叮噹Hygiene generally enter the room to clean once, occasionally there will be small insects, the refrigerator is very large to put ice cream, but the TV reception is general, occasionally there will be snowflakes, the terrace environment is clean when you wake up can look at the sea very comfortable
AAnonymous UserThe lady there is super nice - great hostess and such a warm person! Facilities were decent, there is a TV and they provide toothbrush, towel albeit things were kinda old and run down. Nicely sized room and bed. Blanket is just a thin cover though, there is no duvet. Everything seemed clean EXCEPT the floors had dirt and dust, so I had to wear shoes inside the room.
VViktoriia LyzhovaIt was a great and warm experience in the Centre of HongKong! Despite the fact that the room is really small it was clean and pleasant to stay. The owner is such a helper , enormously friendly stuff . I’m so satisfied with my experience there . Highly recommend
AAnonymous Uservery good,I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 李氏宾馆in Hong Kong, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with an atmosphere of opulence and warmth.

FFederico EduardoJust ok of you’re in a rush to sleep and low budget. Not for work or stay in the room. Very small room in a good location. The accessibility is limited in hours. I had to wait in the lobby until someone came pick me up to check me in. The onboarding is not that good. Walls are not clean, abs the shower fills the whole bathroom with water.
WWenli3809The price is good for Hong Kong. It is close to the subway and there are many shopping and eating places around. Public transportation is also convenient. The elevator is broken. It seems to have been broken for a while. If you live on the sixth floor, it is difficult to climb the stairs. The hair dryer is outside and people use it very late and very early, which is noisy.
GGuest UserWe had a great stay in your hotel..bed is comfortable.. Big room space.. hope you could leave a broom and dustpan for filipino travellers, we can sweep the floor on our own.. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. We definitely go back to your hotel.. 👍👍👍
AAnonymous UserI understand that Hong Kong is a crowded city, but we didn’t expect our room to be this small. It’s suitable for backpackers or solo travelers who don’t mind tight spaces. However, for those with large luggage (like me and my friend), we had to take turns opening our suitcases because there simply wasn't enough room to do so at the same time.
The location is convenient, situated within a busy city district. However, the building is surrounded by food stalls, mostly serving Asian cuisine—particularly Indian and Filipino food. If you're sensitive to strong spices, especially those common in Indian cooking, be prepared for the smell lingering around the area.
During our stay, the room light went out because the bulb had burnt out, but to be fair, the staff replaced it quickly once we informed them. On our last night, the passkey to our room stopped working. We had to go back to the information desk—which is in Block D—only to be sent to Block C where our room was. It was a bit of a hassle, especially since the lifts were often crowded and slow.
Also, there was no hot water in the shower on our second day. We didn’t report it as we were in a rush, but it was still inconvenient.
Overall, it’s okay if you're on a tight budget and don’t mind very basic accommodations. Just keep in mind that hotel prices in Hong Kong can be quite expensive in general, so if you’re looking for more comfort or space, be prepared to pay significantly more at other places.
