It's great. Who said that the sales of this room are not good? This room is simply great. It is the largest room I have ever stayed in in Japan. The facilities are complete and it is very quiet when sleeping. It is surrounded by residential buildings and is some distance away from the shopping mall. But The little brother who can accept and talk is very considerate and enthusiastic. Quite handsome

There are supermarkets, drug makeup, convenience stores around, about 10 minutes' walk from Lushan Station. Three people live in this duplex homestay is simply cool, there should be some equipment, wifi air conditioning is very good, only the kitchen has some oil scale, but the problem is not big, give praise!

It is close to Kyoto Gyoen and Kyoto University, and a street crossing leads to Kamogawa. The bus stops on 202 and 204 are not far away. There are about 300 convenience stores and many restaurants at the intersection of Heyuancho. The rooms are clean, there are a lot of towels, the cooking utensils are relatively complete, and the bedding is also very good, but the rooms are a bit small, and the twin and double rooms are especially crowded into quadruple rooms. The booking was for a triple room with a balcony marked 25 square meters, but upon entering the door, it was found that the area without a terrace was not enough. Fortunately, the handsome American guy at the front desk quickly changed to a larger one. It was very late. I do n’t need to say anything more ~ After all, I only live for two days, it is very convenient to go in and out, and it is super simple to check out (throw the key in the front desk box).

KKaYanThe best hotel I have even seen🥹 100% sure I will visit again. For location, it is a little bit far from the city but you can request them to drive you to the place you want anytime. It is never a problem for location and help saving travel time and cost!!
The room is wonderful, it is very large and you can get everyting you need at room. There are private onsen in all rooms.
The best thing for this hotel is the food!!! All things are delisous. As there are 4 rooms only in hotel, you can enjoy your meal quietly and slowly in restaurant, never bother by others.
I am so surprised that I pay little for this outstanding service, room and food quality. Everyone should check this out:)
XXIThe best location in the selected hotel in Kyoto! Just a few steps away from the house and turn left is the Jin Market. There is a main road nearby. The four most lively areas are super convenient for food and shopping! I will give priority to this one when I go to Kyoto in the future! Very self-service hotel, enter the door every day, and then use the key to open the door. Maybe the only inconvenience is that check-in is at Kyoto Station, but the problem is not big, and there will be a shuttle bus back to the hotel after registration. No breakfast, but no need at all! Because it is next to the Nishiki Market, I don’t have to worry about having no place to eat every day! In addition, it is very suitable for family travel. The annex building can accommodate 4 people, and the room in the main building can accommodate 5 people. The price/performance ratio is quite high!

Outstanding
Cchabins2I stayed with my 80 year old mother who lived in Machiya until I married. Very nostalgic space. It was old but well maintained and seemed to have stayed at my grandmother's house 50 years ago. Now my mother lives in a condominium, and I live in a confidential house, so I'm worried about the sound and the cold. There are heaters and hot water. Because the sound was out of the tube, I was very concerned when I went to the toilet at night. It was the first second floor room, so it was good to change to the first floor room near the toilet. I want to stay, but if you are worried, I recommend asking anything by phone or email. The 500 yen rental bicycle is quite old and should be new. If you check in, please lubricate. Breakfast is a hall kotatsu and everyone is all together (8:~ and 8:30 ~). At first it was awkward air, but once the story is over, it is fun. The person who is nervous to the first person may be confused. The meal was made by all the owners from the morning. The correct Japanese breakfast such as baked fish, miso soup and small bowl was delicious. The accommodation fee is very reasonable for Kyoto, and I want you to stay in the young and foreign people now. It is all the words of the young owner, ”I want you to enjoy the inconvenience”. I'm sure I'll repeat if I'm 20 years younger, but the toilet is close recently (laughs).

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay at this Machiya (traditional Kyoto townhouse) for 3 days. We only did in-room dining one night, but that was also excellent. The check-in process is a little strange, as you will receive communication from the company that's a little dense and will not interact directly with the staff unless you choose to. We had to scan and send our passport photos and fill out a registration card, but that was it. The property is small by European/American standards in the sense that you will need to be careful to avoid damaging (including possibly your own head) things during your stay due to height and luggage weight. There's slippers provided to switch from your walking shoes to walking inside the property and there is an excellent bathtub and washroom with washer. My two cautions - this firm has English speaking employees available during business hours (and an emergency line) but it is geared primarily towards the Japan renter. Be prepared to know Japanese or be willing to take the time to translate certain things via your cell phone/app of your choice to understand how to work the various appliances. As an older building, learning the heating/cooling. The second caution, as an older building sound is an issue. You will hear the street and need to control your volume in order to be a polite guest. If this isn't something you're looking to do, then just throw the money at a more modern hotel experience. We liked it - not everyone will.

JJuiceLovely house in central Kyoto, easy and convenient to get around to other parts of the city by bus or train. Very clean and atmospheric, floor heating, ACs, water temperature control. Mind you this is a traditional house so taller people beware, you are going to have to practice some ducking. The nearby environment was very lovely and quiet with some caffès, food places and shops all within 10-20 mins walking distance. Definitely recommend this place and other properties under the same name if you prefer this kind of stay to a traditional hotel.

GGuest UserI stayed in Hana Hostel for one night and had a bunk bed. When I arrived early, I was informed that the room was not ready yet, but I could leave my luggage in the luggage room. Also, the staff settled my registration and showed me around the hostel. There is a pretty large kitchen with free tea and coffee that you can brew. I enjoyed the genmaicha here. In this space, you can also interact with other guests. Wifi here is generally strong but it can disconnect you at times. Like any hostel, you are expected to fit your own sheets in the bed, and remove them at check out. The bed was pretty comfortable and I liked that they provided curtains around the bunk beds for privacy and to block out the light in the event you want to sleep earlier than other bunk bed guests. The shower has soap and shampoo provided. If you didn't bring your own towel, you can rent one for ¥100. Overall this was a pretty good stay, and I liked that Lawson's was just on the opposite street so it was easy to get breakfast.

GGuest UserThe property is excellent and nothing to complain. But one thing to complain with Trip.com. As the property is a stand-alone house with no reception. The hotel should have provided a password to the property door lock for me to enter the property upon arrival. However, I got no advice from Trip.com about such arrangement as well as the door lock password upon booking confirmation. I ended up spending almost one hour after arrival at the property to contact the hotel office to sort it out and to finally get into the property. Trip.com should do something to avoid such mistake from happening again for similar cases.

JJayelle ChngThe house was located fairly near to Kyoto Station (3-5 mins walk), but was situated in an alley, which will get a little dark at night. The neighbourhood seemed really safe though. The room however, was pretty dusty. There were dust in all nooks and cranny. Had a really bad sinus during my stay there. There was a washing machine at the balcony area, but it was also quite dusty on top. Detergent bottle was provided, without the detergent. The design of the room though was beautiful, with traditional Japanese tatami. Would probably not stay here again if I were to visit. Hotel stays might be better.
Check in process.. we had to walk to the reception which was 10-15 mins away from the apartment, cause we arrived earlier. It was a bit of a hassle tbh…

MMiliaushaIt was so enjoyable to stay here. There is a traditional rekan with all attributes to feel really Japanese culture.
The hotel is located in quite area, around 15 minutes from Kyoto station. The administration explained all the rules that you should know.
It has very thin walls so it’s possible to hear the neighbors, but for one night it was pretty ok.
There is shower, toilet and sink in the room. Also teapot, teabags and hair dryer, so it’s very comfortable to live here.
I appreciate to stay in such a hotel, thanks for great experience.

JJoycepuiyitangLoved the room K21. Short walk from the Gojo station, very nice and traditional room with tatami, we always bought our breakfast from the nearby store and enjoyed our breakfast in the room ( with a nice little table next to the window) before we headed out. In general we loved it!
Even tho we were sharing the bathroom but we barely saw anyone else, there were only 4 rooms in the house we stayed. Other guests were polite and kept quiet during the stay, grateful for that!
