I stayed at a hotel in Samarkand City and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, very beautiful, and exceptionally clean. Everything was great, and the service overall was very good. The only minor issue I encountered was with one staff member at the reception who was a bit rude. However, this did not affect my overall stay, and I truly enjoyed my time there.

The hotel is almost new and very nice and spotless clean. The only problem is the location is far from the city center. Staff in the reception are helpful but the staff in the bar don’t care about serving guests. I had an incident in the first day I checked in and went to the bar and asked for a drink. After waiting for 10 minutes, I walked up to the counter where two employees were chatting and reminded them of my request. Another 10 minutes passed and I went again to the counter and told them to bring my drink. I was the only guest in the place and the employees weren’t busy except chatting. I was infuriated for their lack of respect and ignoring my presence. It’s only after twenty minutes I got my drink. I paid 10% service charge on top of my bill for very poor service.

Great location, good price, and a courtyard. The triple room was very spacious. I had breakfast for three days, and the variety varied each day, but it was all delicious. The heated towel rack in the bathroom was very practical, and there were free water dispensers on every floor, so you could always get plenty of water! The front desk staff was friendly and spoke good English. It was a great place to stay in Samarkand.

I had a really good stay. The hotel was new, clean and the price was truly reasonable even included the breakfast. The staff was really friendly and kind. I would highly recommend to others. if I travel to Samarkand again I will definitely stay there.

I stayed for one night on Samarkand sightseeing. Amenities are also substantial. The room is clean. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant in front of the hotel was delicious. There are convenience stores, and I think it is perfect for sightseeing.

A very Central Asian hotel. I think their breakfast is the best I have ever had during my travels, and the staff is also very polite. The lady at the front desk is also very beautiful. The location is also very good. Whether it is walking to the local bazaar or attractions, it basically only takes about ten minutes. There are also Indian restaurants and other local restaurants nearby for dining. very convenient

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.
