The hotel is located on the river bank, convenient to rent a boat for a trip to the turtle beach and ferry. The parking has to be searched next to it. And we had to wait a little, although we arrived a couple hours later than the 14-00 The hotel is very beautiful, stylish and charming. There were problems with water, they were quickly eliminated. Beautiful pool and good breakfast. Still very happy!!

Hotel is ok, in a nice location, just the cleaning is not so great, hot water for a shower I could get just slightly warm, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work anywhere over there, not even at the reception! Checking is 2pm it’s ok, but even they have the rooms ready and the guests arrived before 2pm, they holding us and don’t let us to go to the room before 2pm! Breakfast was not great, say’s till 10:30am, one of the days I went 10:20am and more than half of the things were gone, and also I have asked a drink (tea) that never had been served! They didn’t have any drinks available that day for the guests! I think missing lots of think, the construction is old, but really great if they would have a bit more care about, need some refurbishment but still ok, the cleaners were very nice, friendly, but need to clean a bit better, always when I went to have shower was liking water under the shower box to all the bathroom, and the water stays there till they went to clean the next day! And also my small fridge was on, but didn’t work at all!

I don't know where to say thank you, so I had to come to the comment section of the hotel. The thing is, I took my family on a self-driving trip from Butterfly Valley to the next stop, Kas, and accidentally lost my bag in Butterfly Valley, which contained all my passports, bank cards, car rental vouchers, and more than 1,000 euros in cash. When I arrived at the next stop, two hours had passed since the bag was lost. I went to the local police station very anxiously. After several hours of searching, the police finally told me that someone picked up the bag and sent it back to the hotel. Later, the hotel told me that it was two young locals who returned my bag without leaving any other information, and my heart was finally put down. How lucky. The hotel staff was also very good. The meal was so satisfying, so I decided to stay one more night. This decision saved me. They found the hotel I was staying in based on the room card in the bag. They were so nice. I recommend this hotel to everyone, and I especially want to say thank you to these two young people here. I really hope they can see my comments and know how grateful I am.

We had an incredible holiday at Hotel Unique Boutique! The staff are attentive and friendly, the food is exceptional and the scenery from the sea view room is beautiful. Thank you for having us, we’ll be back soon ＜3

The hotel is located right next to the sea and on the passage part. If we had known, we would have taken a higher place, where it is quieter. But it takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea. The hotel does not have its own closed territory, it is not very convenient with children. Breakfast is good. Dinner is from the restaurant menu.

The hotel is nicely refurbished and the reception/concierge is one of the best/friendliest ever experienced. Its location on a steep rock ramp is in combination with 35C outside temperature not walking-friendly. The breakfast selection gets on the third day boring and the room door and the connecting door are not soundproofed. The balcony is too small. Their private beach (free transport & entrance) is nice but compared to Folie Beach too basic.

We were very pleased with the hotel; it was spotlessly clean, and every detail had been carefully considered. The room had a heater, tea and coffee, a mini-fridge, and the bathroom had everything you could need. The cleanliness was excellent. I also loved the breakfast. The staff was also very friendly. The location is right on Calis Beach and in a very busy square. Fethiye city center is a 10-minute drive away. Thank you ☺️

We loved this hotel. It’s a 15 minute walk from the town centre so it’s nice and quiet but there’s a grocery store and 2 good restaurants very near. We had a deluxe room and it was more of an apartment. Just the 2 of us but would easily accommodate a family of 4 as it had 2 bedrooms. The pool menu and the restaurant food was excellent and good value. The hotel has beautiful scenery and the gardens are lovely. The pool area was excellent with plenty of beds but they don’t provide beach towels so take your own or buy when you get there. We will hopefully go again next year.

According to the navigation, we arrived at the hotel in less than one kilometer from the highway. The small road leading from the highway would be a bit scary if we were alone at night. When we saw the hotel, we felt like there was a bright future. There is a small swimming pool and 3 docile big black dogs. The room is large and it is quite comfortable to sit on the balcony facing the swimming pool and drink tea. There is also a super resort three kilometers away from the seaside. Breakfast is a relatively simple Turkish meal with coffee, bread, fried eggs, cheese, a few slices of cucumber and a few small tomatoes. Although it is not rich, it is filling.

The hotel is in an excellent location, not far from the bus station, a 5-minute walk to the pier, and a 20-minute walk to the castle; the first impression was particularly good because the welcome drinks when checking in were very special, Turkish coffee and Turkish black tea, which showed that they were very attentive. The room facilities and equipment are very new, and the double basin design, the hair dryer is the latest model of all the hotels in this trip to Turkey, other hotels are very old models and it is difficult to dry hair. The room has a small terrace where you can blow the sea breeze and bask in the sun, which is very comfortable; there is a small gallery next to the lobby where you can visit, full of artistic atmosphere; the restaurant has a good atmosphere, and guests staying in the hotel have a 10% discount. We sat for a while after dinner because of the good atmosphere. The products are amazing, which is a must in Turkey, a food desert; breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, not a buffet, because they are in a hurry to catch the flight, they are a little slow, but the attitude is very good
