Excellent beautiful hotel with a very good reasonable prices. I booked 2 rooms for five days. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel ..the area is modern with everything you need around you from shops to restaurants to coffees.

Was great hotel with fantastic location. Reception staff were friendly. Transportation from to alharam every 24 hrs are available. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Recommend for family and couples. Available with a great prices.

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Makkah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Grand Mosque, making our Umrah journey much more convenient. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Jumeirah Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel looks very luxurious and service was good location is a bit far, but they need to increase shuttle services and it’s better for them to shift their location to Near Ajyad instead of gazza Station is that far from umrah gate

Love the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

Overall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner. Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest. Appreciated and thanks.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Haram. However, you should still count on around 10 minutes to get there, including the time to go downstairs and walk to the Haram. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which was diverse and very good, with plenty of options to choose from. The only downsides were some noise in the corridors, and the elevator access card did not work properly about one time out of three. Overall, I had a good stay and found the hotel to be a convenient option for visiting the Haram.

1. My stay at this hotel in Makkah was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. Everything was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the cheerful attitude of the staff and the warmth of their hospitality. Their kindness and dedication genuinely make you feel happy and welcomed from the very first moment. They go above and beyond to serve guests and make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, especially the reception team, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. 2. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I will definitely stay at this hotel again many times in the future, and they have my warmest regards and gratitude.

Truly Deserves 5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Selat Al Bait Hotel I recently stayed at Selat Al Bait Hotel for 7 nights, and I must say, this hotel deserves 5 stars, even though it’s officially rated 3. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern touches and excellent service. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a smart dial system to control “Do Not Disturb” for room service. Daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels, shampoo, and clean linen whenever needed. The pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the beds were cozy with clean sheets. Windows can be opened for fresh air, and my room overlooked the new Hajj walkway—a lovely view. The hotel has three lifts that always worked, making movement easy and convenient. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. Amenities include a gym, mosque, laundry service, and a decent breakfast. There’s a 24/7 shuttle to the Haram, and the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the new Haram and 20 minutes to the Mataaf from the same stop . You can walk straight road to Haram in around 30-45 mins . Parking available for locals .. Other highlights: free coffee and desserts in the lobby, hot water, a large shower, modern toilets, and all toiletries like shampoo and razors supplied. Daily water bottles were also provided. The hotel is very clean, with no insects or cockroaches, and the surrounding shops are lovely and more affordable than those near the Haram. For taxis to Haram Darul Tawheed, a short ride costs around 15–20 riyals—just make sure to use only marked taxis. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable and convenient. Selat Al Bait offers modern facilities, attentive service, and excellent cleanliness at a great value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!
