Had a pleasant stay for a short business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities were complete, especially the gym which was convenient and clean. Location is also strategic with easy access to nearby restaurants and conveniences. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely consider staying here again for future work trips.

Good location, attached to Eastern Plaza Mall. Good breakfast spread and tasty. Love them. Bedding and pillow, good. need to ask for towel. Good size towel, for plus size. Love them. Very rare indeed. No other hotel give you that. Maybe needs for pest control. Don't want coackroach flying here and there. Haha, am being a superwoman there.. Haiyakkk.. Kill them.

An entire entertainment complex that, with our corner room view, boasted an excellent sunset viewing location. The hallways are modern while the interior was more dated. The check-in counter staff should have also prioritised check-in guests over other guests that barged in line and jumped the queue to ask for other things, otherwise having only stayed one night, we did not have any other experiences of their service.

The room was booked under my brothers name for his honeymoon since hes a newlyweds with a request for honeymoon decoration. However, upon arrival, the room had no decoration prepared. If the hotel was unable to fulfil the request, the minimum expectation was to inform me in advance through email or any form of notice. No communication was given, which reflects a lack of attention to guest requests and caused unnecessary disappointment.

Amazing room and service provided ! Room looks exactly like in the picture with more heartwarming items for loan for example power bank , foldable umbrella , free- flow mineral water , drinks, earplugs and etc. I would said it’s nearly perfect except a small flaw. If you are driving a car , it will be slight frustrated as only the Lift Bomba can access to the parking lot. When you press the lift , it’s all by luck whether the lift bomba will come first , if it’s not , you have to make the other lift go down first , then only press again for the lift bomba to come up. Understand that this will be the problem on the residence apartment design , besides than this no complain at all , location is definitely a great spot with maximum convenience!

My first stay in Le Meridien and I was blown away by the physical features and the service. We stay there 3 nights in total over two legs Special mention to Reazy (hope I got her name right) who served me when we checked in and out on our first leg. She was professional and warm! She had some good recommendations on food and was lovely to interact with. Compliments to Malcolm who welcomed us back when we return for our third night stay. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a Sea view king room. We were so thankful as we could see then beautiful sea and sunset. The rooms were very spacious and posh looking. The breakfast was great and offered variety. The location is the best!! We would want to be back one day!

This is my third time staying here. First and foremost, I'd say this hotel offers excellent value for money. Second, definitely opt for a newly renovated room. For just over 100 RMB more, the experience is significantly better, making it well worth the extra cost. Breakfast is pretty dismal with very little to choose from, and the dining area gets incredibly crowded. Furthermore, they now have staff at the entrance strictly checking breakfast vouchers, so don't expect taller children to get a free meal. Lastly, I've driven here for all three of my stays. If you're not driving, the location is quite remote, with no shops or restaurants nearby – you'd need at least a 15-minute drive to find anything.

“Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable” I stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. My room was clean and I was happy to have a room with a pool view. The hotel was quiet, which allowed for a good night's rest. Perfect for a short stopover.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and child for our vacation, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. Although the weather during our stay was mostly rainy and we only managed to spend one day at the water park and swimming pool, the hotel’s facilities more than made up for it. Our child especially loved the indoor kids’ playground, which kept him entertained throughout the trip. The buffet breakfast was another highlight — delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone. The hotel staff were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, despite the weather, we had a wonderful and satisfying stay. Highly recommended for families!

We stayed here for two nights , location is good, centre place in town, only 5 star hotel in whole area, nice swimming pool. But hotel aircon system is not good enough, we have stayed 28 degrees for whole night due too aircon issue, and next night after hotel fixed the problem , I have asked for additional blanket, front desk staff replied me: “we are full house today, you have to pay RM 200 for this “. I was shocked from her answer, hotel charged me 5 star hotel price , with **** service, front desk staff have not been trained to use proper language for 5 star hotel standard. In additional, room seen have not been clean properly, with empty hair conditioner, shower gel and no tissues. Toilet was not clean, with spiderwebs and insects. Furthermore there was also spiderwebs stuck in the ceiling. Overall it was moderate, not 5 stars standard.
