- The hotel is a bit away from the center of Anapoima but the way is worth it. - Breakfast was a la carte, but I was the only guest during that time so it was totally fine. - There are two pools (1 for kids and 1 for adults), the bigger rooms and apartments have a private pool. - The staff was really nice and helpful.

The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. I want to thank Carlos the manager and the front desk staff for the great stay. The rooms are very comfortable, and the service impecable. I made a mistake when I booked my room and had reserved a night short, upon noticing it I brought it up to the front desk and even though they mentioned there were high occupancy they were able to extend my stay and honor my rate. Avoiding me a huge inconvenience. The only constructive feedback I would give is regarding the complex road access to the hotel complex. I will stay here again.

The worst hotel in which I have stayed in Bogota and Sabana. It's 10:15 p.m. and still moving furniture in the dining room and people making noise in the halls, hear strong music in the rooms, nobody controls anything, they simply respond that they can't do anything because they have two football teams in the room . At 3:00 a.m. a group of drunks arrived and was crying in the lobby until 5:00 without anyone doing anything. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very comfortable and very comfortable.
