All is good except for the longer queue when checking- in and at breakfast. Maybe because of the holiday season that there are so many guests. I think they need to improve their system coz it really takes a longer time. Thank you for accommodating us.
We stayed at the Grand Westside Hotel as a family of four in two connecting rooms, and overall, it was excellent value for money. Since the rooms are brand new, the space felt fresh and modern, and we especially enjoyed the great breakfast selection. However, we did notice a few small things that could be improved. There was a stain on the corner wall near the window, our table was quite uneven, and we noticed there were no bathrobes or an alarm clock provided. We also had some trouble reaching the staff, as no one answered the front desk phone between 9:40 AM and 11:30 AM. Despite these minor ”punchlist” items, it was a comfortable stay for our family, and we’d definitely recommend it for the price and the quality of the rooms. I loved the logo too, placing it on their walls and accessories, gave it a touch of premiumness. Additional couch/stools around the lobby can also improve the overall feel.
I recommend this hotel especially for someone who prefers staying near NAIA airport. The staff are all professional and helpful. I arrived past 10pm already from travel and they accommodated me without any delays. The area is also safe compared to other places in Manila. There's a coffee shop nearby as well.
The housekeeping also makes sure I have my daily supply of water which I'm very grateful for, no need for me to call additional service for that.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
P.S please hug the guard sniffing dog for me. They are all well trained.
stayed for just one night and overall the experience was positive. The location is convenient — about 15 minutes from the airport without much traffic — and the room was quiet. The windows could not be opened, but the temperature remained comfortable even with the air conditioning turned off, as the unit itself is quite noisy.
The room was spacious and modern, which I really appreciated. However, cleanliness is an aspect that clearly needs attention. I am attaching photos, as it is easier to understand: the floor did not seem properly cleaned, there were stains on the shower floor that could likely be removed with the right product, fingerprints on the TV, marks on the mirror, and the glass surfaces were not clear. The bedsheets also had visible stains, which was disappointing.
The hotel has good potential thanks to its convenient location and modern rooms, but housekeeping standards should be improved. I did not try breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.
I'm completely satisfied during our stay here. The essential twin room that we stayed in is far larger compared to other competitors, the room also has more life in it. Staff were all helpful and greets you everytime, it gives you a sense that you are always welcome. Location is very strategic but you have to walk 300-500 meters to reach Runway Manila if you're staying because of a NAIA T3 flight (this is it's only downside compared to Belmont) but a plus is you're staying in Newport City and it has plenty to offer.
The gym is also well equipped and it is located just adjacent to the hotel pool.
Breakfast Buffet is excellent. The taho station is a nice Pinoy touch for anyone returning to the country when they've been away for years.
Book this hotel if you want convenience and value for money.

Perfect location for Poblacion or Glorietta Malls! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was surprised how the room is like a regular studio apartment with kitchen area (microwave, induction stove and stuff) but is actually a full fledged hotel.
This has been my go-to hotel in Makati. You get 5 star facilities and more for the price of a four star hotel. Plus, the location is also great as well since this is located in between two major thoroughfares, Kalayaan avenue and Makati Avenue. The only thing I say that needs improvement is the breakfast selection.
The location is great, since we have our event at SM MOA Arena this hotel is just a walking distance to the arena, service and cleanlines is good, but some of the amenities and equipment is not working well, one of the tv is not working, and the door handle seems like needed repair although it is still working well. One plus point is the refrigerator is working so well even the freezer is working well. Overall everything is good while we stay here.
Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.
The manager, front desk, cleaning staff are all nice and kind. The lobby is nice, smells flowery and piano music playing. The room is comfy, clean. The pool is nice and HEATED!
Overall I extended my stay as I was comfortable here. I gave gifts to the staff when I left because I felt like they created a warm experience
The location is not the greatest (I would not walk outside alone at night in the area) but it is within walking distance to a several malls and 15 min walk to the mall of Asia.
Shout out to sir Ed who made me want to have another stay at millennium hotels due to his help

MMhike BravoVery comfortable and clean room to stay. But I don't want the front desk agent attitude! They are all not accommodating! Kudos to the doorman who always greet me.

MMiranda and Purag TravelThis was my third stay at The Bayview, and once again it didn’t disappoint. My room on the 11th floor offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset—truly the highlight of my stay. The Christmas decorations around the property added a beautiful, festive atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast featured delicious Filipino food along with great coffee. Transportation was easy, as taxis and Grab rides were readily available after checkout. The guard and hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Another wonderful stay!❤️💪

HHumphreySUIThe location is perfect for SM Aura or High Street or Uptown, very walkable! The bureau of immigration is also inside SM Aura office building. The staff told me if you chose 1 person to stay, you'd get a queen bed. but if you chose 2 people, you'd get a single and a double bed. So just choose 1 person next time to save some money! The room is very decent and it has everything, but the type of AC they use can be loud but it didn't really bother me.
AAnonymous UserWe had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!

DDauzOnlyI stayed in Manila, Philippines, and chose this hotel for a short staycation. It’s located in the Malate area, slightly on the outskirts of the city. From check-in until check-out, I was treated so nicely even though it’s a 3-star hotel, the service felt top-notch! 🏨
The staff, from the security guard to the front desk and housekeeping, were all super friendly and helpful. As you can see, the room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities are impressive too there’s a rooftop area with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, waffle maker, oven, microwave, and other appliances. The rooftop view is beautiful, especially in the evening! 🌇
What surprised me the most was the free Sunday shuttle service to popular tourist spots such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also has a gym, game room, and some nice OOTD photo spots. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks as well, though I didn’t try them since I wasn’t sure if the food was halal.
Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay here definitely not overclaimed! Will surely come back again. Special thanks to Miss Jalen at the reception she was so cheerful, kind, and helpful throughout my stay! 💕
MMs. HayleyMy Unforgettable Experience at Lanson Place Manila
From the moment I stepped into Lanson Place Manila, I was enveloped in a blend of sophistication and warmth that set the tone for an extraordinary stay. The modern interiors, with sleek furnishings and a soothing neutral palette, exuded tranquility. The plush king-sized bed was a dream, complemented by a well-equipped kitchenette (perfect for extended stays) and a marble-clad bathroom with rain showers that melted away the hustle of city life. Tech-savvy touches like smart lighting and high-speed Wi-Fi catered to every need.
Service: Where Hospitality Shines
What truly elevated my experience was the staff’s genuine warmth and attentiveness. From the concierge who secured last-minute dinner reservations to the housekeeping team’s meticulous care, every interaction felt personalized. They even remembered my morning coffee preference—a small detail that made a world of difference.
Dining: Culinary Delights with a View
Breakfast at The Great Room was a feast for the senses, offering everything from silog (a Filipino favorite) to artisanal pastries. The highlight? Unwind Sky Lounge on the 12th floor. Sipping a signature cocktail as the sun dipped below the skyline was pure magic. The mixologists’ creativity and the tapas-style bites (try the adobo croquettes!) were unforgettable.
Amenities: Wellness and Productivity
The 24/7 fitness center, outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, kept my routine intact. The rooftop infinity pool, though compact, provided a serene escape with panoramic views. Business travelers will appreciate the sleek meeting rooms and coworking spaces, balancing productivity with comfort.
Unique Touches: Thoughtful and Sustainable
Lanson Place’s commitment to sustainability impressed me—think eco-friendly toiletries and energy-efficient systems. The residential vibe, with grocery delivery services and a cozy library lounge, added a distinctive charm.
