The hotel is right inside the airport terminal, with a dedicated walkway that takes just a few to ten minutes to reach the departure level directly. No need for taxis, no traffic jams, and no worries about bad weather – it's a 'lifesaver' for early morning departures or late-night arrivals. They offer packed breakfasts for those catching early flights, which is a service perfectly tailored to travelers' needs. Even though it's at the airport, almost all guests praise the excellent soundproofing in the rooms. You can't hear any airplane noise at all, ensuring a peaceful rest. As a high-end hotel within the airport, off-peak prices are usually around 300-400 RMB. Considering the savings on transportation costs and time, it offers great value for money! I tried their Chinese restaurant, but the prices were generally on the higher side.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and elegant. Marilyn, the front desk lady, was so kind and patient, and even upgraded us to a lake view room. The room was stocked with snacks and drinks, including a complimentary glass of Tsingtao draft beer. The breakfast was hearty! And since it's on a super high floor, the view is amazing! 👍 The overall experience was fantastic, and I'm definitely bringing my girlfriend back next time! PS: The hotel's laundry service is outsourced, so there's no free laundry service. Please note if you need it.

I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞

The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

The bedding was clean and hygienic, and the service attitude was excellent. During peak hours, the front desk staff personally delivered takeout, and ordering room service was also convenient. It was a great experience, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

This is the best hotel experience I've ever had, truly the GOAT in Qingdao! We even got upgraded to a Sky Sea View room mid-stay, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our butler, Elly, was incredible! Her service was professional and attentive, always responding to our needs efficiently, and she even prepared little surprises for us, adding so much warmth to our trip. The restaurant's dishes were both beautiful and delicious, with fresh ingredients and exquisite cooking. The specialty dishes were unforgettable, making for an amazing dining experience. The room facilities were complete and meticulously maintained, with a separate wet/dry bathroom and plenty of hot water. The pool was stunning, with crystal-clear water and elegant surrounding decor – perfect for photos! The gym was luxurious, with a wide variety of equipment, all fully functional, and a spacious, bright environment that made working out very comfortable. Overall, it was impeccable!

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and the beach. The room was spacious and clean, and it even had a kitchen. They provided disposable bath towels and hand towels, and even a toilet seat cover! It's perfect for both short and long-term stays.

Great stay at the Pullman, only for one night but could have stayed many more, excellent service from all staff. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, right in the city center, next to May Fourth Square and MixC Shopping Mall. It's super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right near the hotel. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. John's service made us feel right at home; he was very friendly and helpful, even recommending places for a late-night snack. We stay at the Shangri-La Qingdao every year.
