Though this hotel is a bit outside the main downtown area, it still is conveniently located in the city. A large grocery store right next to the hotel was perfect for grabbing some snacks to go. Our experience exceeded our expectations many times over. Though the breakfast wasn't that great, it was healthy and freshly cooked every morning. The property and room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we would stay here again if we return to Tai'an.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It's located on the premises of the Ancient Town which makes it really convenient to get around but still it's very tranquil and quiet. The stuff is helpful and speaks English well. The buffet on Froday and Saturday evenings is nice and affordable, and I especially liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. I've also had a full body massage at the hotel SPA and it was amazing. There's traditional Chinese clothing available for a photoshoot, too. All in all, it's a great choice for a weekend away.

For location wise which is nearby the airport this is a good pick. We had an early flight at 9am and check-in for our flight by 6.15am. Went back to hotel for our breakfast before heading back to airport boarding. We had the family room, price was reasonable given this is quite a big room. However for a family room of 3, they only provide breakfast for 2 pax which is weird. Hope the hotel can improve on that. Reception staffs wasn’t overly helpful but did enough to help with our food delivery order. They could be more helpful. Overall we had a pleasant nonetheless.

I recently stayed at BUENA VISTA COAST and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day exploring. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything.

GGuest UserDefinitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com.
The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Particularlyhotel managers Mr. Fred xu and Mr. Charles zhai's excellent customerservice is unforgettable. When you visit ghus hotel call them than you know the reason. Their customer service is precisely perfect and endless kindness. Hotel has excellent quality accommodation including bed and pillows comfortable and clean floor and full equipped bathroom. Much higher equipped than other 5 star hotel. I will stay again definitely. Do not miss best unique breakfast !
