The hotel's location is absolutely superb; it offers fantastic accessibility, being incredibly close to the beach and surrounded by numerous attractions. Plus, its proximity to MixC Mall made everything so convenient – it truly couldn't be better. What truly delighted me was the incredibly spacious room, which even included a refrigerator and a washing machine. After a day out, it was wonderful to be able to wash and dry our clothes thoroughly. Having cold drinks pre-chilled in the fridge was perfect for cooling down the moment we stepped back in. It provided all the comforts and convenience of home! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Qingdao.

While breakfast wasn't included, the surrounding area offers a plethora of fantastic and diverse breakfast options, which truly wasn't an issue at all. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area!

Throughout my stay, every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel both valued and comfortable. The room itself was spotless, modern, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches such as complimentary bottled water, a well-stocked minibar, and high-quality toiletries. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which made it easy to work and stream without interruption. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The variety was impressive, ranging from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order hot dishes. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the dining area was both stylish and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s conveniently close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and next to a large shopping mall, making it very convenient for travel and shopping. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooker, and seafood from the beach is also readily available. In short, Citadines is a good choice for travel.

For our family trip, we chose the Qingdao Haitian Hotel. The hotel's setting, amenities, and location were all exceptional. But what truly set it apart was the service, which far exceeded our expectations. We stayed for three nights, and Jack on the Executive Floor provided such incredibly thoughtful service that he truly made us feel at home. He even upgraded us to an Executive Floor room. He also thoughtfully considered our travel fatigue and provided steam eye masks to help us unwind. If we ever get the chance to visit Qingdao for a third time, Haitian will undoubtedly be our top choice. It truly offers a home-away-from-home experience.

Pros: The hotel's location is fantastic – easily walkable from Qingdao Railway Station and directly adjacent to a vibrant pedestrian street with endless shopping and dining options. While the entrance is modest, the hotel houses a good number of rooms. We booked a twin room (one larger, one standard bed), and the complimentary toiletries were of decent quality. Service was pleasant, and breakfast offered a good selection. Breakfast is served at the dumpling restaurant next door, where we also had a delicious, value-for-money lunch – highly recommended! Cons: However, the room was quite small (think budget hotels like Home Inn). The bathroom was also cramped and felt like an afterthought, with an exceptionally loud toilet flush. You'll struggle to fully open even a 20-inch suitcase.

The hotel staff are highly attentive and promptly resolve any issues. Dining options include Chinese, Western, and Japanese restaurants, where the set menus offer great value for money. This hotel is truly the best choice for anyone visiting Qingdao.

Service: Aileen from customer service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She sent me a detailed video via WeChat showing how to get to the hotel and patiently answered all my questions. What truly amazed me was that I accidentally left my ring at the hotel, and I didn't even notice until after I'd already landed! Aileen proactively contacted me to inform me, which was absolutely wonderful! The overall hotel environment is excellent. With a direct connection from Qingdao North Station to Jiaodong Airport, and the hotel being located right inside the airport, it was extremely convenient for catching our flight the next day, especially when traveling with children. Facilities: They have a swimming pool that kids absolutely loved! (P.S. The young man at the pool reception provided fantastic service; my child was so eager to get into the water that he ran in, and the staff member proactively inflated his swim ring and brought it directly to the pool.) The gym was also very clean, smelled fresh, and all the equipment was in good working order. There's a convenience store downstairs, which was super handy for buying snacks and drinks for the kids. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors at all. The staff even upgraded me to a five-star deluxe room free of charge, which was a wonderful bonus! Environment: Both the hotel lobby and the room environment were very pleasant – clean and quiet. Being located right inside the airport, it couldn't have been more convenient, especially for parents traveling with children!

They also kindly granted a late check-out, which greatly eased my travel plans. All hotel staff were incredibly courteous and proactive in anticipating guests' needs.
