I often take early morning flights, so I frequently stay at airport terminal hotels. This is probably my fourth time staying at Pullman. I'm usually prepared for and can tolerate the environmental noise at terminal hotels. My previous stays at Pullman were always positive, but this time, it was truly terrible. There was an alarm-like noise all night, fluctuating in pitch and piercing my brain. If someone had a weak heart, they'd end up in the hospital. As a result, I didn't sleep a wink all night and just got up at 6 AM to head to the airport. I want to emphasize again, after staying in hotels for so long, this is genuinely my first negative review.

Participated in the 'Black Diamond Partner One City, One Hotel Free Room' event and chose the Hyatt Regency. The hotel's location is super convenient, and I was upgraded to a high-floor executive room. Even though it was a partial sea view, the scenery was still unbeatable, offering an unobstructed panorama of Taipingjiao. Our butler, Winnie, provided extremely professional service. She prepared children's amenities in advance and even arranged cute towel art elephants 🐘. She also gave the kids toys and Qingdao's local specialty, calcium milk biscuits. It was a perfect staycation – enjoyed a delicious breakfast, then went for a swim and a workout. Absolutely perfect! Many thanks to Winnie for her thoughtful arrangements.

Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

The mattress is neither too soft nor too hard, paired with blackout curtains and silent air conditioning, ensuring a quiet and comfortable night's sleep even when facing the street. The separate wet and dry bathroom design makes morning routines more leisurely. The mini-bar offers free bottled water, tea bags, and coffee sachets with unlimited refills, which is undoubtedly a ”lifesaver” for those who often work late. There's also freshly ground coffee available in the 26th-floor lobby, making the beautiful view even more enjoyable! As for the service, it goes without saying. There are only a handful of five-star hotels in Yantai, and even fewer in the city center. Pullman can certainly be considered among the most enthusiastic in terms of service. At the very least, everyone greets you with a smile 😊, and any issues are resolved promptly. ### 🍳 Abundant Breakfast Options to Start Your Day Energized The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Freshly made noodles and wontons are delicious; freshly fried eggs and bacon are fragrant; and there's fresh fruit and pastries to satisfy different tastes. For business travelers in a hurry, a takeaway breakfast option is also available, a thoughtful service that makes you feel extra cared for. ### 📝 Efficient Business Amenities to Support Your Work The hotel's business center provides free printing, copying, and binding services, making it easy for me to handle last-minute document needs. The meeting rooms are equipped with advanced projection and audio systems, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted video conferences. While the hotel doesn't boast overly luxurious facilities, every service is just right, meeting the essential needs of a business trip. ### 💡 A Value-for-Money Choice, Worth Returning to Again and Again Among the many hotels in the city center, this one offers excellent value for money. It doesn't have flashy decorations, but it excels in practicality and thoughtfulness in every detail. Whether for a business trip or a short workcation, it provides the comfort and convenience of a home away from home. If you're looking for an efficient and hassle-free stay, this is definitely your best bet! I will choose this hotel again next time I visit this city. I was drawn in by MGM's milk tea, so I booked a two-night stay for the National Day holiday, curious to experience MGM for the first time. Pros: 1️⃣ The hardware facilities are excellent, quite luxurious. 2️⃣ The buffet breakfast is quite rich. 3️⃣ Kids' face painting service is offered every morning, which the children love. 4️⃣ There's an indoor children's playground. 5️⃣ The lobby offers drinks like Sprite and fruit tea. Cons: 1️⃣ Lack of attention to detail: The bathtub and shower aren't separated (wet and dry areas are combined). While this makes the space feel large, the shower water temperature is a bit low and the showerhead is small, making it chilly to shower when the weather is cold. 2️⃣ The butler service is practically non-existent. After an initial call before check-in, they disappeared. The complimentary lion plushies I'd seen online were nowhere to be found for me. This is one of my biggest pet peeves with hotels – discriminatory service. My previous stay at Capella Hainan also had this issue. 3️⃣ We had two separate bookings, which the hotel treated as one stay, but the Wi-Fi policy didn't allow for it. This was quite silly; they wouldn't let us connect to Wi-Fi as guests, so we had to log in via phone verification.

The location is really great, there is an enormous shopping mall with all the stuff and the sea is in close proximity. The building feels a little outdated, but the view and location are superior. There is a little kitchen for you to cook your stuff, but there are also many options to eat in the nearby restaurants. Overall, it is a really good choice for this location, the sea view is questionable, but believe me, you better walk a little to see the sea yourself. Skyscraper's view is also really amazing!

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

Room is relatively big. Got the city view twin bed room. The bed is bigger than a single bed, probably twin sized bed. The room is in the old wing but at least it doesnt feel old and surprisingly quite a pleasant stay. Valley wing is the newer side. This hotel seems to be a popular conference hotel. In my 4-5 days staying there, there was always a conference held in the hotel. The hotel has larger taxis which can take 5-6pax. The taxi goes by meter so was reasonable. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to MixC shopping mall. There are many restaurants in the shopping mall where we had dinner. There were also many bakeries and a supermarket in the mall. There is also the usual mc donalds, starbucks and luckin coffee. There was also a new songmont shop that recently opened in the mall. For breakfast, there is a lane behind the hotel where we tried the dumplings and noodles for breakfast/brunch. Good price, around 100yuan for 5 pax. Cheap and good.
