The location is great, right opposite the cathedral; the hotel is new and comfortable, and the breakfast is good. Note: The streets and alleys in the old town are very narrow and not suitable for driving. It would be convenient if you could inform the hotel of the name and location of the contracted parking lot when confirming your booking.

Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

This is a small town, we stayed here on the way to Madrid by car, this is the best hotel in the local area, fully equipped, beautiful environment, friendly staff, free parking in the yard, the price is very suitable. Because it is a small town, the occupancy rate of the hotel is very low. Surrounded by parks and residential areas, supermarkets and eating prices are also affordable, but the health situation is general, the hotel elevator has a strange smell, and there are flies in the place to eat outside. Wake up in the morning, there were three flies in the house, and I don't know how to come in.

Living in this old Paco de Lewis residence on the north side of Toledo's Old Town, the room is small and the windows face the corridor, but enough to use. The service staff enthusiastically introduced the history and functions of the hotel. Regarding Paco De Lewis's brilliant acting career, there is a dedicated recording studio downstairs, and the guitar song named entres dos aguas is here to complete the recording. Opposite the hotel is the church that buried Greco. There is a step ladder up the mountain from the largest underground parking lot in Toledo, so parking is not a problem. We missed the opportunity to eat in the hotel restaurant. At first, we saw that the restaurant seats were small and we were a little reluctant to eat here, but we stayed here for two days. There were guests making reservations at noon and evening. It should be a very good restaurant.

In this small town, this hotel is very special, the room is clean, the overall is very good, the front desk girl is particularly enthusiastic, forgot to ask what the name is.

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

The facilities we almost didn't use were because the cost of the Spa was very high and the prices and others were not very clear. The hotel is not very clear and the parking is also better with a few posters.
