It was a wonderful stay at Amansara, which was my dream! Since it was my birthday, I received a lot of wonderful presents and got my second Aman Junkie T-shirt!
Full smile and warm welcome greeting welcomed us when we arrived at the Hotel.
Although the Hote isn't big nor the facilities aren't full, necessary ones are all there and are compact, useful enough and placed nicely.
But out of them all, the most impressive thing is their hospitality.
Mis. Chet Somnang (her nick name is Lucky), a front staff is kind, friendly and perfect in achieving her assignment with her wonderful communication skill of English.
She answered to all of our questions and solved all our troubles in short time that made our stay more comfortable.
If there was any other chance to visit Siem Reap I would have no alternative than Memoire Siem Reap Hotel to stay.
Thank you so much, Lucky and all staffs of the Hotel.
We are a family of three with a 10-year-old, and we stayed at The Embassy Angkor Resort and Spa for 3 nights. The overall experience was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was very good. There’s a menu to order from, offering everything from spaghetti to Chinese porridge—freshly made, simple, yet delicious. Both my husband and I especially enjoyed the sliced fish porridge.
The hotel spa offers a 1.5-hour hot compress massage at $34++, which we found very worthwhile. The masseuses were professional, and the spa itself was clean with a soothing atmosphere. The hotel also provides complimentary tuk-tuk service to the downtown area, which made getting around the city very convenient.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. The only minor drawback was that the hot water supply was not strong enough during peak hours (around 8–9 pm), so we couldn’t fully enjoy the bathtub as the water temperature was too low. Other than that, we had nothing to complain about. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Siem Reap.
I am pleasantly stunned by the level of service at this mansion. Throughout my 4 days, 3 nights stay here - my fiance and myself have felt taken care of like we've never experienced before. Service with a smile, attentiveness at a level beyond imagination. Some examples (i) had a mini buffet line line day for breakfast, and I saw the staff taking out some fresh papaya, I told my fiancé to be ready and grab them as it's her favourite, the staff came by and asked if w we'd live some fresh cut papaya and she had it delivered to us. (ii) Had a nice sit down by the pool, a staff came by and offered complimentary honey lemon tea and fresh cut apple (iii) got a birthday cake on late arrival back to the property (iv) they take feedback seriously here - made a pleasant remark regarding the laksa served during breakfast - seemed like the entire crew are aware of it prior to the grand send-off on check out.
I don't think I'd ever find another accomodation that offer services at this level, oh and our room is clean spacious and smell good throughout our stay! I miss all them already, wish to come back again
everything is perfect
There is something nice I want to share this three girls and the pool guy is very welcoming. Myfriend is Having a birthday and they delivered a cake and sang happy birthday! So sweet! Wonderful holiday in here
I was blown away by the service at the Lotus Blanc Resort. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels in my life & this is easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at (tops some Four Seasons & Ritz Carlton’s.) The staff was so friendly & assisted us with anything we needed.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! The breakfast buffet included in our room price was also delicious.
An excellent hotel near the centre of Siem Reap (Pub Street). The staff is super friendly highly professional and generally interested in your day or how the breakfast was for example.
We booked a one hour massage. I‘m really happy about it. The massagers were highly trained and friendly.
We really liked our stay here and we would absolutely come back!
For us, we had only one point of improvement, we really chose this hotel also, because of the gym. But unfortunately the gym is the only thing that does not meet the hotel standard. The equipment is old and many of them don‘t work anymore. The lat pull down missed the safety locks. I would not consider this gym as a place where I wanna gym.
However the gym experience didn‘t downgrade this hotel for me and the hotel was besides that above expectation. We also found the laundry a bit expensive, but the results of the laundry were absolutely excellent.

Excellent hotel. Latest hotel opened in town with beautiful Khmer carvings and decoration style. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful like you would see for five star hotel.
Pool is very nice with towels placed on lounge chair and changed regularly.
They have a good breakfast included with the room as I don't remember choosing the option when booking.
Very good location, one block away from pub street and closed to the national museum or the night food market. The hotel is in a quiet location.
We were family of four staying in this hotel. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, it makes you feel at home. They help arrange transportation to go around the town and both Tuk tuk driver and car driver are super nice. I have never seen all employees in a hotel are super friendly and put all effort to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast buffet is nice. The pool is super clean and the gym covers basic needs.
Our flight back is over check out time (almost midnight). They prepared a room for us to shower. If you ever go to siem reap, this hotel is definitely worth to be chosen.
A beautiful hotel that makes you wish you are staying for longer. Staff are friendly and helpful. They also pack meals for you in the mornings for touring ang kor wat. Will definitely return again.

KKhendyIt was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.

AAnonymous UserAnansaya La Maison, located conveniently near Angkor Wat, offered a well-rounded experience. Negotiable scooter rentals provided by the hotel significantly enhanced our exploration flexibility. The standout feature was undoubtedly the complimentary massage, which was superbly relaxing.
The hotel welcomed us with a free airport transfer, an appreciated gesture. However, a subsequent airport transfer incurred a $40 charge, which felt disproportionately high for the short distance involved and the current fuel prices in Cambodia.
The maintenance of the hotel was exemplary, demonstrating the staff's dedication to providing a clean and welcoming environment. Our room faced the wall of an adjacent building, which, while not ideal, was a minor inconvenience as we spent most of our time out exploring.
Breakfast options were basic but were partly made up for by the inclusion of delicious exotic fruits. A particularly convenient amenity was the complimentary laundry service, which we found very useful.
A delightful addition to our stay was the daily offering of a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and a small snack by the pool, making our time there even more enjoyable.
We chose to dine outside the hotel every evening, a decision we did not regret. The local dining scene offered a plethora of fresh and healthy options (checkout the vegetarian restaurants), allowing us to immerse ourselves in the culinary diversity of Siem Reap and enjoy authentic local flavors.
In conclusion, Anansaya La Maison serves as a commendable base for visitors to Angkor Wat, with its blend of thoughtful amenities and excellent location. While there were minor drawbacks such as the view from our room and the charge for a second airport transfer, the overall experience was enhanced by the hotel's hospitality.
AAdrian K M HoThe Courtyard by Marriott in Siem Reap offers a prime location on a main street, making it easily recognisable to ride-hailing drivers. The property features an impressive entrance with a spacious driveway that facilitates smooth pick-ups and drop-offs.
The lobby creates an excellent first impression with its minimalist design, thoughtful lighting, and generous space. The check-in and check-out processes at the reception desk were efficient and hassle-free.
Throughout my five-day stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in every interaction. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a pool-facing room with a balcony, despite not requesting one.
However, as a wheelchair user, I encountered several accessibility challenges. While the staff were accommodating in helping me change rooms when the first one proved unsuitable, basic accessibility features were lacking. The hotel was unable to provide a plastic chair for showering, which made bathing both difficult and potentially hazardous. More concerning was the swimming pool area, which lacked wheelchair ramps, making it completely inaccessible due to steps.
For a 5-star establishment under the Marriott brand, these accessibility oversights were disappointing. Most international hotels typically provide better accommodation for guests with mobility needs. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, these limitations significantly impact the likelihood of my return. Future travellers with accessibility requirements should thoroughly verify the hotel's facilities before booking.
While the hotel excels in location, aesthetics, and service attitude, its accessibility infrastructure falls short of international standards, particularly for a property of this calibre.
SSteven Timothy RoweThe first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable.
I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel.
The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible.
As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better.
I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.
I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation.
The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.
PPinterOne of the best hotels I’ve ever been to - Had an amazing time at this hotel.
Where should I even start?
It all began when I arrived at the hotel.
Mr. Nikol welcomed me at the reception with a big smile, a welcome drink, and a cold towel. He showed me everything, gave me tips for my stay, and answered all my questions in a very professional and friendly way.
I couldn’t imagine a better start to my vacation! Thanks Mr. Nikol!
The room was absolutely stunning, and the entire facility was very clean and well-maintained.
Even the hotel gym (which I had to visit every day because of all the delicious food during my stay!) was well equipped.
The breakfast buffet was perfect, and the warm and incredibly friendly staff there always made my mornings special!
I’m not usually a massage person, but I gave the deep tissue massage a try, and the lady made me feel like melted butter! I guess I need to change my mind about massages now.
Thank you for the great massage, Mrs. Theavy! You really made my evening.
Since I work a lot from hotel rooms, my schedule was really tight, and I needed a well-planned tour to see everything in Angkor Wat in a short time.
At first I wondered if that would even be possible, but thank God I ran into Mr. Phoeum at the reception!
He organized a fantastic trip to Angkor Wat that fit perfectly into my limited schedule. Thanks to his plan, I was able to see absolutely everything I wanted.
Thank you so much, Mr. Phoeum, for that stunning trip and the friendly help!
I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough. Especially because every staff member is not only professional, but very warm and welcoming.
During my next trip to Siem Reap, I will definitely stay here again.
Thanks for the great time!
AAnonymous UserVery good location to food and attractions in Siem Reap. Front desk service is excellent, special mention to Thairath and another boy who was on night duty. Room is very clean and comfortable. We booked Sunbok room which was supposed to be bigger and have a swing but our room didn't come with it :( Value for money with price.
