Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

I booked this hotel to catch an early morning high-speed train from Longmen Station the next day. It's very close to the high-speed rail station as the crow flies, but there's no direct access, so you have to walk around, which takes about 15 minutes. The commercial area nearby still seems undeveloped. The hotel itself is very new, and the facilities and breakfast are both excellent. I arrived at night and forgot to take photos of the hotel.

Environment: The environment is very good, life is convenient, there are many places to eat and play downstairs. The shopping mall is right next to it, and the transportation is convenient. Service: The service is very good. Great.

I saw a video claiming that the Henan Christine Hotel was comparable to Pang Dong Lai, so I specifically planned a trip to Luoyang to experience it. Thankfully, I wasn't disappointed. They offer free pick-up service from the station. Upon check-in, I found it was a round bed, and since I was traveling with a child, I had noted in my reservation not to have one. I called the front desk, and because there were no king-sized rooms left, they immediately upgraded my room. The complimentary late-night snacks, treats, fruits, and various other amenities were quite comprehensive. The buffet breakfast is served in the top-floor restaurant, and both the ambiance and the food were good. Finally, I have to highlight the service: everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant staff had an excellent attitude. I will definitely choose Christine again next time I visit Henan.

A truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.

The most thoughtful service was the hotel's airport shuttle. After booking the time with the front desk in advance, the driver was perfectly punctual. The ride to the airport only took about ten minutes, so there was no rush at all. This was incredibly convenient for us traveling with luggage. The front desk staff were also exceptionally helpful and patient during check-in and when answering our questions. They provided all the information we needed and even proactively suggested nearby dining options. Additionally, the hotel surroundings were very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. In the morning, we enjoyed the hotel's breakfast; although the variety wasn't extensive, it was refined and delicious, perfect for a satisfying meal before catching our flight. Next time I'm at Zhengzhou Airport, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a triple room and wanting to stay close to the airport!

Very close to the airport, I chose this hotel for a business trip, so that the plane the next morning does not have to be particularly rushed. The room is bright and spacious, the sanitation is very clean, the facilities are very smart, the hair dryer is also very easy to use, there is a car specially sent to the airport, and the front desk can be used for free. Next time I go to Zhengzhou, I will choose Xingang Holiday Hotel.

David City mall is conveniently located right downstairs, offering a diverse array of shops and restaurants to suit all budgets, making dining and entertainment incredibly accessible. There's also a small gate from the hotel that leads directly into People's Park, just a few steps away. While the park is quite large with rich vegetation, it offers limited recreational activities. * **Excellent Service:** Hotel service is outstanding. Dedicated staff provide comprehensive assistance from pre-check-in to post-check-out. When guests head out for sightseeing, staff at the entrance proactively offer bottled water. Areas for Improvement: * **Room Odor:** Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable lingering smell of wood paneling or new furniture.
