The service details are very considerate: the waiter can help with laundry, which is very friendly to business travelers; not only is the parking space free, but car covers and car clothes are also provided, making parking worry-free~ The accommodation experience is full: the room is comfortable and clean, the toiletries are comfortable to use, the air conditioning cools quickly, and it is a complete ”lying flat” stay experience! I've visited Luoyang many times, and on this trip, I finally managed to book tickets for the Luoyang Museum, bringing my kids along for a few days. Big data truly delivered – right after I secured the museum tickets, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) aggressively recommended this hotel. Frankly, most of what was shown on Xiaohongshu was accurate. The welcome staff were warm and attentive, room service was incredibly prompt, and complimentary snacks were readily available (including free beer, instant noodles, and ham sausages). But beyond that? The rooms were quite small, lacking a separate shower. The showerhead was fixed directly above the bathtub, only adjustable by angle, not position. I considered a bath, but finding a non-slip mat already in the tub, I ultimately abandoned the idea. The air conditioning was old and noisy at night. The mattress offered poor support, so those who prioritize sleep quality should be cautious. The toilet seat and lid lacked a soft-close mechanism, so you had to lower them gently to avoid a jarring noise. And the water stains on the showerhead and faucet weren't due to poor cleaning, but rather the indelible marks of time. In conclusion, this is a hotel of stark contrasts. While it provided excellent value for money with its room service for around 600 RMB a night, the limitations of its physical facilities and hardware ultimately set a ceiling on the overall experience.

The service is outstanding , offering endless drinks , snacks , fruits and daily gifts . The dumplings and pear tea was very good . The porter does not want tips and very polite . Breakfast room is very nice and good spread . Every morning they asked about your room , any issue . I complained the bed is too soft and they turned the mattress . They also gave my dryer a free slot to park in front of hotel . They gave me a clothes hanger to hang my clothes as I washed some clothes , very observant staff . Only complaint is no door at toilets , bed is too soft . 5km to old town is accessible by taxi .

He has put so much effort into creating this homestay, and there are so many stories to tell. I hope to hear more of them someday. I love it. Finally, being located in the old street, hailing a taxi can be tricky. The front desk has tips and can call a taxi in.

It is an older but very good quality establishment. The essentials, such as bedding, bathroom, etc. were very good. The service was also of a high standard. The location of the breakfast dining hall in the revolving restaurant at the top made for an exceptional start to the day. At the price, exceptional value

The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

It's super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the right after exiting the high-speed train station. The hotel is clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having a choice of soft or firm pillows. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety including freshly made beef soup, mini wontons, Oden, stir-fried dishes, fried noodles, steamed dim sum, salads, bread, fruit, fried eggs, and pancakes. Having a fridge in the room was a major plus, especially during summer!
