Our entire stay was nothing short of amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment from the time we checked in until our departure. The room was well-prepared, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard by the housekeeping team, who ensured everything was spotless and welcoming throughout our stay. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service and hospitality we received from the staff. Ajay at the front office was an absolute star – always approachable, polite, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and guided us with genuine care whenever we required assistance. His professionalism and warm attitude made a lasting impression on us. Equally, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Simran and Priya in the kitchen, who made our dining experience truly delightful. They not only ensured that the food was excellent but also added a personal touch with their kindness and attentiveness. Every interaction with them made us feel valued as guests, and their efforts made our mealtimes so enjoyable. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities and outstanding staff made this stay one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. Great hotel. Only 3 minutes walk to the metro station so location is great to get around and see Dubai.  Staff were friendly and competent. The gym, swimming pool and spa facilities were clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. In terms of service, I especially want to thank Mr. Sohel, the concierge at the lobby. On the first day, he kindly used his own app to call a taxi for us, and on the final day, he arranged a larger taxi because we had several suitcases. It was incredibly helpful. However, one thing that fell short was that the towels were neither replenished nor replaced on two consecutive days, which caused some inconvenience.

From the moment I stepped into the Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek, I knew I was in for something special. The lobby itself is a masterpiece—grand, welcoming, and filled with the subtle aroma of luxury. Check-in was seamless, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive, making me feel instantly at home. My room was immaculate and beautifully designed, offering sweeping views of the glittering Dubai skyline and the tranquil Creek. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully curated amenities, spoke of comfort and quality. Housekeeping was consistent and discreet, ensuring my space remained pristine throughout my stay. Dining here was a true highlight—whether it was a lavish breakfast spread, an exquisite dinner with international flavors, or a late-night snack, the quality and presentation of each dish were outstanding. The service team anticipated needs before I even voiced them, adding a personal touch that made every meal memorable. The leisure facilities are equally impressive. The pool area felt like a private oasis, and the spa was pure bliss—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Dubai. What truly sets Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek apart is its staff. Every interaction—from concierge to room service—was marked by warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make my stay exceptional. This hotel is very famous and boasts a wealth of entertainment facilities, though the rooms themselves are just average. We booked a club room, and the service was generally good. While the facilities are somewhat dated, they are surprisingly well-maintained. However, room service response was quite slow. Overall, the value for money is mediocre. Its main advantage is its prime location in the heart of Palm Jumeirah. If you're not exclusively set on Atlantis, there are many other excellent family-friendly resorts to consider.

Hotel is 30s from Dubai Internet City Metro, which is very outstanding from all other hotels. But all bathroom towel and drinking water bottles were removed by housekeeping everyday, but no refill nearly whole fiur days stay. This took over 90 mins and chased many times with room service call desk '0' to get refill. When direct ask room outside housekeeping refill, the staff will say later refill but disappear because their trolley never got that enough towel and water bottle refill after cleaning the room. Front desk and coceige are very nice ans willing to help, but room service is the worst I ever saw before. If hotel can improve room service part to refill the same number of towel and water bottles, mamy complaints should be easily avoided.

The service of this hotel is brilliant especially the front desk's staff (Ivy) she is very nice There is a spacious area to stay in and the shower area is user-friendly with good quality of shampoo plus shower gel 🧼 I like the morning breakfast a lot because we can enjoy the tasty waffles 🧇

2nd time stay for me and February stay was very good indeed . But this time , because of changing plans , i try to early check in just for a shower for my appointment. Receptionist offer me 1 day money to pay , which is absurd. Not good attitude also , which is not acceptable in service sector. Hotel is a bit old , and you have to wait at breakfast queue. Parking is big enough, although its a bit confusing because apartments and hotel same parking.

Everything is totally amazing and good while we are staying at the property. We enjoyed our stay especially the kids.. Only one thing I am concerned about is when we are requesting for a late check out because we checked in at 4pm but suddenly the reception person told us it's not possible because they are fully booked. But the rest we are happy for everything.
