Good location, terrible hygene and cleanliness, poor service. In my room lights in the bathroom were designed to always be turned on - the receptionist said that it's required by law. That's a big fat lie, but okay. Main problem was the cleanliness and lack of hygene besides that I couldn't sleep well when light was turned on in the bathroom.

Didn’t get the best sleep. There was a wedding taking place and the event was outside, loud music carried on until after 2am. This is not fair on the other guests that are staying at the hotel, especially business travellers. In room dining also called twice, once within half an hour of food arriving to check if the plates needed to be cleared, I didn’t even finish eating the food. Then after I called for dishes to be cleared, I received another call to check on the food but at this point I was asleep so this woke me up.

Had an amazing experience at Crowne Plaza Gurgaon! The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which added to the overall experience.
The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety, and the service was truly beyond exceptional — the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel is very close to the exit of the subway station. It is very convenient for commuting. The rooms and public facilities are in good condition. The service staff have good attitudes. Close to the road, the facilities in the house are OK, equivalent to a domestic express hotel. There are bars and other places around. The windows have good sound insulation effect, but the sound insulation of each room does not seem to be very good. My colleague lives next to me and can hear me turning off the lights.

This hotel didn’t start off great but they soon changed my perception! The ***ager Kapil Yadav is an excellent front desk ***ager. He knows how to treat his guests and make them feel special. Ashish Dubey gave us great service at their dinning facilities. I was extremely impressed by the staff here .

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

My girlfriend translated for me most of the time, but the staff tried to make it easy to understand. I'm sorry, as it was simply due to my lack of study.
I would also recommend this hotel to people who don't speak English or the local language!
I highly recommend this hotel for Japanese people staying here!
I'd like to use it again when I come to see my girlfriend!

GGuest UserThe environment of the hotel is very clean, the bedding is also very clean, the overall hotel feels quite advanced and the design is novel. The service staff is very good, very friendly and willing to help the guests. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, there are Western and Indian breakfasts, and the taste is good. Praise.
