The apar**ents are above the town so both to walk and go to the beach you have to take a good walk with its uphill slopes on the days you are there and the times you want to enter and leave the apar**ent. You can rent scooters, bikes (think about the slopes), cars or motorcycles. Then the complex is quiet. The attention received upon arrival from a girl was quite rude, however the workers who were around the complex were very attentive to what we asked of them, either because it was missing in the apar**ent or because of something personal, in that case.

Excellent hotel very clean. Large apartments with everything you need for living. Excellent kitchen where you can cook everything. The bed and sofa bed are gorgeous. Clean bed linen. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi. They took a deposit of 100 euros (not yet returned)

The staff in general has been super friendly, especially the people working at reception, especially a girl who has been working these days and who greeted me on March 21st upon my arrival with a smile and a very good way of working in terms of her attitude and explanations (there could be people like that everywhere). The facilities are very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and I will most likely return on my future trips to Gran Canaria. Marriott's elite package is also available here, and the room was upgraded to a sea view room. The room was nice, but the wind was too strong these days, and the balcony glass door was not soundproof. The hotel's mini train may go to the small beach below. The hotel's architectural design is great, and the swimming pool is also heated. Check-out time can be as late as 2pm or 4pm. The breakfast omelette is pretty good, and the rest is just average, the same every day

Very good hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, spa and gym very stocked and spacious, clean facilities and very attentive and friendly reception. Without a car, a little far from the central areas, but they have electric scooters at the entrance of the hotel.

For strollers and disabled people there is no lift to get to reception and a freight elevator is used. There is no parking and at reception they offer you a cheaper price by agreement with a nearby public car park although in reality the price is the same if you pay directly in the car park.

Fabulous staff always to help! Very clean place. Very good breakfast on a roof terrace with ocean view is a piece of magic. There is relax place on the terrace too. The worst thing is very weak soundproofing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything what is going around in the hotel. Lack of air conditioning, but in December it was not necessary for me.

I didn't like that 1 week before we called and went to ask if they could change the room for one with a view of the beach and they told us that they would do it the same day we entered and then that day they had no room available and I booked there just because to have a room with a view of the beach for a birthday surprise that I wanted to do. The sanitation, environment and services are all very good, but the facilities have some shortcomings: there is a bathtub in my room. When the bathtub was waterproofed, there was a very loud resonance for the first time. I had to turn another handle on and off to eliminate it. It is not a big problem, but it can be regarded as a flaw.

The hotel itself was satisfactory, but we were extremely disappointed with the service provided by a staff member named Cecilia. We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and went on a week-long cruise. On January 1st, we had a flight back and requested to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours, as all public luggage lockers were closed that day. We even offered to pay for the service, but Cecilia refused, citing a need to reserve the space for other clients. However, we noticed the storage area was largely empty. This lack of assistance, especially for returning guests and in a special circumstance, felt unnecessarily cold and unhelpful during the New Year. This experience has left us disappointed, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in a square in the historic center of Santa Cruz, so to park we walk about 10 minutes, which is not bad at all, plus you have all kinds of shops nearby. The staff was attentive and polite, the room had a small terrace overlooking the square with good views and was very clean. Without a doubt a great option in relation to quality and price.

There were few people so it was enough, with a large number it would be more difficult. Toiletries, towels, bed linen, dishes all available. From the base we could not stay in the hotel that we had booked for air-conditioning problems I think I remember , they relocated us in a much better one and with exceptional services both in conditions of the hotel Hotel like staff.

The apartment is very well located and with all services. The staff treatment is 10, Kevin attended me at the entrance and solved me without problems an incident that I had. The swimming pool is great, and the environment that is formed in it too.

First of all, the place is very big, and different accommodation units are next to each other. We arrived in the early morning that night. If it weren't for the porter's guidance, I would have gone the wrong way. There are several restaurants and swimming pools in the resort, and it is next to the beach. There is a bus terminal outside, which is very convenient to go out. Famous scenic spots and shopping centers are very close and can be easily reached on foot.
