Apartments are up the hill which is a good walk or you can get a taxi for about €3.50. Plenty of taxis about. Very basic apartments but they do include everything you need. you need to request fresh towels the day in advance. There is a laundrette on site which charges €5 per wash, also a dryer for around same price. Beds not the greatest so Don’t expect a comfortable sleep but you get what you pay for!

The lobby is very nice and modern, the rooms are okay, a little outdated. The shower was not very nice (a bit yellow and the water did not go down the drain properly), but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other 4* hotels and it is definitely reflected in the quality. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

Fabulous staff always to help! Very clean place. Very good breakfast on a roof terrace with ocean view is a piece of magic. There is relax place on the terrace too. The worst thing is very weak soundproofing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything what is going around in the hotel. Lack of air conditioning, but in December it was not necessary for me.

Excellent service, very available at all hours even at night, credit to Ignacio, a fantastic and friendly person. A piece of advice, even if the hotel is a little dated, go there, you won't regret it. The breakfast is excellent, I don't recommend dinner, go to Playa as you are spoiled for choice about what to eat. Excellent and it's holidays

The sun loungers by the swimming pool need to be booked in advance, which is a bit unnecessary. It is not as user-friendly as other hotels, first come first served. Service is responsible and enthusiastic The sound insulation on the hotel floor is very poor, you can clearly hear the furniture moving upstairs.

Marriott's elite package is also available here, and the room was upgraded to a sea view room. The room was nice, but the wind was too strong these days, and the balcony glass door was not soundproof. The hotel's mini train may go to the small beach below. The hotel's architectural design is great, and the swimming pool is also heated. Check-out time can be as late as 2pm or 4pm. The breakfast omelette is pretty good, and the rest is just average, the same every day

I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

Good mattress. , but beds a little rickety. sanitary facilities and showers in insufficient number. small swimming pool and pebble beach. very large living room kitchen where you can relax, in the fresh air and with a beautiful view of the sea. super equipped kitchen. breakfast very hearty (you can even make your own crepes). attentive staff of volunteers. free shuttle to San Isidro and El Medrano every day at 10 a.m. advice: take a short stay and if you like it, extend it!

The hotel is located in a square in the historic center of Santa Cruz, so to park we walk about 10 minutes, which is not bad at all, plus you have all kinds of shops nearby. The staff was attentive and polite, the room had a small terrace overlooking the square with good views and was very clean. Without a doubt a great option in relation to quality and price.

Sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir durften schon 2 Stunden früher aufs Zimmer und auch nach dem auschecken die schöne Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist generell recht neu und hochwertig. Top Lage mit Strandnähe und nahe dem großen Hafen - kann man ideal mit einer Kreuzfahrt verbinden. Die Zimmer sind groß und Frühstück mit genug Auswahl und lecker!

I didn't like that 1 week before we called and went to ask if they could change the room for one with a view of the beach and they told us that they would do it the same day we entered and then that day they had no room available and I booked there just because to have a room with a view of the beach for a birthday surprise that I wanted to do. Wonderful hotel, located in the very center! Checked in early, very interesting modern design in the room, view from the window to the neighboring amazing building - when the sun rose and illuminated everything - a view of peace! Very comfortable mattress, everything is great! Shopping pedestrian streets are a few steps away, as well as other attractions. Will definitely come back here again!
