Stayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

I had such a great experience at this hotel in Sanya! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by all the spots you’d want to explore. The pool was super nice, perfect for chilling when you don’t feel like heading to the ocean. The best part? I got upgraded to a better room by the sweetest receptionist ever, Xiaojing 小静 (seriously, she’s the best!). The upgraded room had the most stunning beach view—I didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a spot with amazing vibes and top-notch service, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one on the 3rd floor and the other on the 1st floor. We didn’t use the one on the 3rd floor but the 1st floor pool has an amazing view of the ocean and it’s really big. The hotel is nearby many restaurants and bars within walking distance (less than 5 minutes walk). 王身鹏 was great with helping us store our luggage on the day of check out as our flight was only at 9pm the evening and the hotel staff were kind enough to allow us to use the swimming pool until then. 5 star review!

Well-located and value for money. The room was reasonably spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The wifi was also excellent, which was important since we were working online. However, the bathroom had a curtain, no door, which wasn't very comfortable. Also, there was no laundry room as advertised on its page. Elevators are extremely slow, so allow enough time for this. Communication was a challenge at times, which was surprising since most of the guests at the hotel were foreigners.

Service of the hotel was very good even though they don’t speak English, they assist you through translation app willing to help. Especially person on the front desk helped us a lot. Food is delicious, rich variety. Room is clean. You can walk to the beach. It takes 5-10 mins. It’s near to the summer and pineapple malls. There is a free shuttle bus to duty free mall. You can take info from the front desk. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this quaint little place. Off the main shopping street so it’s a bit less busy but still close enough to make for easy access. Right on the beach which is both a good thing and potentially a slight issue for those wanting a place that is quiet at night. You will have to deal with the club music from a couple other beachside places who play loud music (albeit good and live) until 23:00 every night. The highlights for us would be the service which was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident dog was also a big highlight for us as she (Muo Muo) was so sweet. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t have an issue with late night music.

The view is partially very beautiful (except for the extremely ugly buildings below and around the hotel). The location isn't directly on the beach but it's very close. Very nice location. It's close to all the shops as well. The facilities are nice, however, the bath robes I had were extremely worn, frayed and haggard. I definitely would not keep it in any hotel. The TV and bedside light were broken. These things should be easy to fix? I was in one of the more expensive rooms. This is just negligence and easily avoidable by the hotel. Customer service is very delightful. They did offer me free snacks and drinks upon arriving, in order to give more time to prepare the room. The snacks and fruit are in the photo. That was nice. I also came back to the hotel one day to find a birthday cake in my room. Quite delicious and very thoughtful. I really appreciated that. Very good gesture, thank you! If the price was cheaper I would go there again. However, there are better hotels around for this price. Still, it's very nice.

Comfortable clean and new rooms at a good price. As such, it’s a very good for value hotel. However, Breakfast was quite simple and not really delicious or good. Hotel is just opposite a big shopping mall (9 level) so you can eat there and shop there or watch movie there or get foot massage in many places near the hotel. Very well located hotel and convenient due to its close proximity to shopping mall.

Housekeeping didn’t wash out cups. Hotel is nice to help in receiving our parcels before our arrival. Room was clean and modern looking.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

It was an excellent stay. I've not expected much from the hotel with such a low price, yet it was wonderfull. Forst, service is great, pretty receptionist, everyday cleaning. Second, It was squeaky clean, like, very much clean. Thirdly, the design and amenities are much of generic 4* hotel in EU. Also, for a first-time visiters, location is great. Definetely recommend.

This boutique hotel is right in front of the QiLou Street, everything like food, coffee, bubble tea and gift shop are just nearby. Simple, clean hotel room and great view from the hotel over Qilou street. Walk around is easy and it is also near to some local residential area. Morning local market is just nearby if you would like to see the locals doing their daily marketing.

The room is very spacious. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The quality of toiletries is good. The mini bar is also free. The hotel's supporting facilities are complete and well-equipped. You can relax in your spare time. The housekeeper Alice is very nice and took the initiative to upgrade the room. During the stay, she kept asking about the stay experience and sent me various theme activities of the hotel. She also gave me a themed travel photo. It is a better hotel in Shimei Bay. The duty manager Tiffny is also very nice and helps to solve problems as soon as possible. I will choose Westin to stay in Wanning next time

We originally booked for three nights, but due to changes in plans, we stayed for two nights and applied for a refund for one night. We applied to change the departure time on Ctrip, and after communicating with the boss, the money for the last night was refunded. Two adults and four children lived in a three-bedroom apartment. The house was large and clean. The balcony was very relaxing with the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The kitchen could be used for cooking, which was very suitable for living with children.

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. Nice and cozy apartment just off the main road of Riyue Bay, at a very reasonable price. Finding the room at night was a bit hard as there were no corridor lights, and some of the doors needed repair. But once inside the room everything is perfect. Service was wonderful. My butler 管家 was attentive and very responsive, whether in the evenings and mornings. If you're just looking to chill and surf, or for family water activities this lace is great. If you're looking to go sightseeing then it would be worth looking outside the island.
