GGuest UserHotel located near a shopping centre. A bit old but still well maintained, although it could do with some renovation. The girls at reception were a bit clumsy with a foreigner's documents. Large and fairly clean room (we had a suite). Excellent breakfast, not very varied but of excellent quality.
Worth noting is the almost complete lack of hot water in the shower.

CChantal06The ladies at the reception are so kind and friendly 🌹 we were welcome with a big and nice smile. They made our stay so nice and help us with everything we needed. The room is clean and smells good , all of commodities around , the place is easy to find and not far from the railway station.

Laundry service was cheap and super fast (2 to 3h back to your room. World number one).
The breakfast allowed enough choice and was good. The employee cooking was very kind and demonstrated efforts to prepare the dish and please. Note that it was not specific to me because I'm foreigner, I witnessed similar good behavior for other customers.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, I want to say the room. The room was very warmly furnished and the space was spacious enough. The bed was very comfortable and I was given a full rest after a busy day. The lighting in the room was also very good and made me feel very comfortable in the room. In addition, the room facilities, including air conditioning, TV, etc., made me feel very convenient during my stay.
Secondly, I wanted to talk about service. The hotel staff was very welcoming and always smiling and made me feel very welcome. They always helped very promptly when I had any needs. Also, they provided some advice to help me better understand the city. I am very grateful for their warm service.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay experience. The room was comfortable and the service was warm. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity.

The location is very good, very close to the Cultural Palace, and there are many places to eat and shop on Zhongyuan Road. It is convenient for everything. The sanitary conditions are very good, you won't feel unclean when you go in. The facilities are also good. The service is very good, the front desk clerk has a very good attitude, thumbs up👍🏻. Breakfast is also available, clean and hygienic, with hot and cold dishes available, and the soy milk is freshly made in a soy milk machine. Overall highly recommended.
