Positive points: the location of the hotel in the of touristic zone close to shops, discos, restaurants and all amenities. In addition to the friendly staff who tried their best to make the hosts happy. Negative points: check in is very slowly it took for me over two hours even I got my reservation paid online and confirmed, they told me that they received nothing concerning my reservation and they said no rooms are available. It is clearly noticeable the segregation among customers in choosing blocks and rooms.

I am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.

It was not excellent stay and hotel. The rooms were clean but not big, bathrooms very old, some ants where in the rooms. We told the staff and they remove ants. The restaurant was very dirty also the water in the pool wasnt clean. There were no snacks during the day. The food was very good. Some waiters very nice some not. Animations very cool and intensive. Beautiful beach and amaizing water in the sea.
Djerba Aqua Resort

An all-inclusive holiday that i would highly recommend. At the price point, Djerba Aqua Resort is a very nice establishment which delivers on all its promises. It has clean and well-maintained rooms. The amenities are all functional and well-staffed. With the beach within walking distance (350m) it is perfectly located to deliver on a beach holiday. Although it is the winter in January, there was significant sun and warmth to make it worth running away from the European winter. They try very hard to keep the menu as fresh and varied as possible. For ourselves, the pizza, pasta and baked chicken were winners. The fresh ingredients and the quality of their dairy products made it more enjoyable. The beer never runs out and although they only have Celtia beer available, it is a very nice beer. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Commuting to and from the airport, as well as around the island, is straightforward. Yellow cabs roam around, outside the hotel entrance, and you simply need to flag one down and they run their meter. No issues of being hoodwinked. Cash is readily available at the ATM in the hotel lobby. The hotel is 5 Dinar away from quad bikes, camel rides, the crocodile farm and the central market. Hotel staff are the real superstars. They make the stay seamless and special mention to Naipa at reception. She allowed us to enjoy lunch, even after checking out. I would recommend and return.

the holiday in this hotel is great, upon arrival we got a terrible room, but the next day at the reception, we solved the problem for a fee of 20 USD. the animators are great, special Madi and Jamaica, and Aladin. They make sure you have fun the whole time. The selection of food is not very big, but it is good. the hotel environment is very nice, the beach is also quite nice, but we spent most of our time at the pool. In the end, I rate this stay as one big party. The staff is nice and always helpful. so thank you for a great vacation.
