The reviews of hotels in Europe are similar. The overall feeling is OK. It is also very convenient to travel. The meeting address is close to the hotel, which saves a lot of time on the way back and forth. I had breakfast at the hotel.
The major positive aspect is the walking-distance proximity with the airport terminal. The rooms are also fairly spacious. The service is not exceptional, but it’s not inadequate either, rather middle of the road.
However, the rooms are in need of some attention, especially for a Sheraton:
- the TV set was defective (it would spontaneously turn off after a few minutes of use),
- the shower gel and soap bottles were practically empty,
- there was only 1 not-that-large towel per person which is inadequate to take more than 1 shower, (e.g. if one wants to take a shower both in the evening and first thing in the morning), and
- the amenities were all upon request with practically nothing included in the room upon arrival (and, even when reception was asked for items that were listed as included upon request, they didn’t necessarily provide, e.g. bath robes), which makes asking rather uncomfortable.
If the price is reasonable, the convenience of the location is probably the saving element of this hotel.
The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean.
Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much.
As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine.
I spent 4 nights, the location of the hotel was great 2min walk from the train station and 17min to the tourist area.
The room was spacious and clean.
No slippers or shower cap , hand gel and shampoo were almost empty, no refill of paper towel. the water was provided only for the first day
The hotel accepts only payment with card
Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels
The hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. I arrived in the morning and wanted to store my luggage, but they gave me my room card straight away. What a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, with a glass wall, allowing for great light. It also had a new electric kettle and refrigerator. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I was very satisfied. I would recommend this place to friends. The number 26 bus to the city center is a 7-minute walk from the hotel entrance, and a one-way ticket is 3 euros (pay by credit card).
Good hotel.staff very helpful.Free shuttle bus for airport.Good breakfast. The only problem is that no shops or restaurants nearby.overall Good experience.
The hotel is in a good location near the airport. It is clean and has a beautiful and shady garden. I like that there is a room with 2 double beds that can accommodate the whole family. The bed is soft and comfortable. There are complete bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner so you don't have to bring your own. It smells good and is of good quality. However, the water in the shower drains a bit slowly.
A very good apartment hotel. The facilities are very new, the decoration is very good, the room is very spacious, especially the kitchen equipment, induction cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, pots and pans, etc. are all available, which is very convenient and you can cook by yourself. It is a little far from the city center, but the train can reach it and it is also close to the airport.

ZZhuGood airport hotel to stay but surprised to find that airport hotel doesn’t have shuttle to the airport. One has to take the public bus to the airport.

GGermano Brasileiro PinheiroLocation is great, service is very good too. The hotel, despite being quite new, already shows signs of wear and tear. One of the lifts was not working during my stay and I found the soap container in the bathroom on the floor (it had fallen off the wall). A bit of attention to detail and this place will be unbeatable for a quick stop in Brussels. I'd book it again.

MMikeDangerCompliment coffee machine at reception! Automatic CHECK-IN! Service so helpfully and friendly! Comfortable and loved design at the room! Expensive parking but I’ve found nearly approx. 5m free spots. At the room my girlfriend’ve found hairs from bikini zone around. I hope it will be solved in the future!

GGuest UserThere were no slippers in the room. There was a gap in the room door. It was scary while sleeping because the door was constantly vibrating in the void. there is a locked door which connects next hotel room, all the sound from the next room came to me. but the facility was clean. It's an average place, not a very nice place in my opinion.
