Fine hotel, decent prices, big bed,  small rooms, good shower. Decent diner for ca. 30 EUR (which is not a lot for this country) 24/7

True to the Hilton brand, this hotel boasts an impressive scale with a grand, elegant exterior and a refined, comfortable garden. The on-site gym is exceptionally well-equipped, easily among the best I've encountered in a hotel. The guest rooms are quiet and spacious, making for an overall pleasant stay. My only minor quibble is that the breakfast selection isn't particularly extensive, but other than that, it's nearly faultless. I'm very satisfied overall and will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip.

The hotel is near to the airport so it is convenient for us since we had a 11am flight. There are some free public carpark outside the hotel. The breakfast started early so we could have breakfast before we went to the airport. The room given to us was big so we had lots of space for 3 of us. The reception staff was friendly and helpful when we had problem connecting to the wifi.

While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are very practical, catering more to business travelers with no excessive, ornate decorations. The original room design lacked enough power outlets, so they thoughtfully added more on one side of the bed, which I appreciate. The bed was not only the firmest I've experienced on this European trip, but the single bed was also quite wide. The bedside light switches were conveniently located and user-friendly. You can see the terminal right from the window, making it perfect for early morning flights.

Price was acceptable at the time I was deciding whether to stay near the airport or not. I was not disappointed given the comfy room and free hotel airport shuttle ( shared with Holiday Inn EXPRESS next door and further up Holiday Inn, ....). It was raining in the morning when we were waiting for our big bus. As the bus did not turn right in front of Adagio or HI Express, we braced the winter rain to queue up with many people to board the big bus.

The hotel is about three kilometers from the airport, so a taxi gets you there very quickly. We stayed here for a day to rest up before flying back home from Nice to Brussels. The room size was decent, clean, and spacious enough to open and lay out two suitcases easily. The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were good. The TV was also a good size. The next day, you can take a free shuttle to the airport. I recommend getting to the airport early because security at Brussels Airport is very thorough, and passport control can be slow. Even three hours beforehand can feel a bit rushed, so I suggest giving yourself plenty of time.

The location is great, right opposite Diegem train station (though it's a small station with only stairs, no elevators or escalators, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage). The hotel shuttle runs every half hour to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the check-in process took an incredibly long time due to a front desk error. They eventually gave me the wrong room card. As a solo female traveler, I swiped into a man's room, and he was understandably shocked and swore at me. When I returned to the front desk to explain the situation, they didn't seem to grasp the severity of their mistake. The staff just stuck out their tongue, mumbled an apology about getting the room number's last digit wrong, and showed no serious concern. In the end, they gave me a room on the first floor, right next to the one they initially assigned incorrectly. (I find this quite unsafe). I am very dissatisfied with such a serious error. (My room overlooked a construction site, but the soundproofing seemed quite good as I didn't hear much noise.)

I'm very happy with our stay at the Brussels airport Park Inn by Radisson that smelled nice, easy access to a nice reception lobby that is next to guests restaurant with a garden view that is so peaceful and beautiful. Marius, the kind chief concierge officer, received us kindly, provided us with our requests, an accessibility room for my sister, handicapped shower room seat, and an immediate response to everything the hotel could provide. All concierge services are available as soon as we request. I will come back to this hotel happily. My best compliments to all the staff of Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport. The new part of the building is more boutique than it is traveller, was a brilliant surprise

Good value accommodation with the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Very clean and good gym and complimentary laundry facilities. The only comment is it's about a 10 min walk from the nearby Diegem train station which is not easy to manage with luggage in the rain. Better if you have your own vehicle or are coming directly from the airport. Bus stop to avd from the airport nearby but again the bus stops don't have shelter so not ideal waiting for the bus or alighting from a bus and making your way to the hotel. Limited gluten free offering.
