They have many pools suitable for kids! Breakfast is ok. It gets too crowded around 6:45am. The location is great. They have lounge beds by the beach. The roundtrip transfers cost ₱1900 per adult and ₱1350 for children. You just need to contact the hotel directly. It’s very convenient!

Stay dates: August 2–4, 2025 | Room 541 We stayed at Henann Lagoon from August 2 to 4, 2025, in room 541. One evening, I ordered room service consisting of a salmon steak, a Henann salad, and two bottles of San Miguel Light. I was shocked to discover, after eating just three bites of the salad, that there was a rusty old screw under the lettuce. I immediately called the staff to report the issue. The server came to clean up and saw the screw himself, but he did not apologize. He only said he would check with the kitchen. What’s more disappointing is that no one from the hotel followed up with us during the rest of our stay — no apology, no explanation, not even a mention of the incident. It is deeply concerning to encounter such a basic and dangerous mistake in a hotel that’s part of a well-known chain. That said, aside from this issue, the rest of our experience was good. The buffet breakfast was excellent, though I avoided eating any more salad afterwards. Special mention to the kimchi — it was delicious.

We really enjoyed the Paradise in this hotel. Very cozy and the room is clean even though you see some dents in the room as the place is old. My family enjoyed the pool especially the slide. The staff are friendly. They even welcome us with complimentary drinks and the breakfast buffet is superb! We loved the bacon!!! We enjoyed having breakfast in front of the beach. We had a fantastic stay at Henann Garden with our 3-year-old! The service was excellent—staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, especially with our little one. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The pools were clean and toddler-friendly, and we felt very safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommend for families with young kids!

The land transfer was smooth, but unfortunately, the check-in time took longer than promised. One of the front desk staff mentioned our room would be available by 1 PM, but it wasn’t until 2:30 PM that we could check into one room. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before the other room was ready. Additionally, the second room had an unpleasant “kulob” smell, unlike the first room. It’s disappointing that the check-in was the only issue, as everything else was fine.

The reception staffs are kind, courteous and nice with pleasing personality and smiling faces, assisted me from check in to check out with good service. The room is spacious with iron and ironing board. It is not that sound proof as I can hear people talking from the hallway but it’s fine. The room is not that spotless clean as I can see some dust in some areas especially on the top of the cabinet in front of the tv and inside the cabinet drawers. As long as the bed is clean I’m good. But the king bed gives a squeaky sound at the right side so I mostly stayed at the left side of the bed. The food can fill the tummy but not that to my taste. The hotel is ok and still have some room for improvement in cleanliness and food area.

My family had a really nice stay at Azalea. The location was strategic, just 3mins walk from the hotel. Near savemore, ATM and 10mins away from d’mall by foot. We booked the 2 bedroom suite for our family of 6. The breakfast in Kuya J restaurant had variety of food. And the best part was the customer service. The hotel staff are great. They attend to all of our request. Just one thing I think that needs improvement, smell of the pillows. But overall, all’s good.

The location is great and staff is so accommodating. But i have some area of concern and that is the service. I talk to front office regarding special set up for our 1st wedding anniversary for dinner buffet . The staff inform me to approach the la fiesta staff for some set up, i proceed to the restaurant and inform them if they can set up some cake for our dinner and i receive a positive feedback. I book at 7 pm but we enter the resto ahead of time cause i want my wife to spent our special dinner date with the kids, while we are eating i am expecting that they will also accommodate my request due to many special celebration was happening already in the premises. I waited more than 1 hr hoping that we will also accommodate our request but sadly no one approach us. But i am thankful for jenny for keeping our room clean and provide our request, hope we will back again soon
