It was my first time at a Disney park overseas, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The cast members were all friendly and welcoming, just like in Japan, without any discrimination whatsoever. Some even spoke to me in Japanese when they found out I was Japanese. I felt the attractions were of higher quality than those in Japan. The wait times weren't too long either, so I was very satisfied.
