Things I thought were good:
1) Breakfast: Good price and good variety.
2) Staff friendliness: Very good. Always smiling and saying hello.
3) Location: Although not beachfront, the hotel provides a golf cart shuttle service to the beach.
4) Room: Spacious and soft king-size bed. Clean and comfortable room. Air conditioning was very cold.
Things that need improvement:
1) There are no lifeguards at the pools. Due to the large number of small children, I didn't see any lifeguards to watch over them. Parents should keep an eye on them at all times.
2) Parking: Few spaces available. If you look for a spot at night, there probably won't be any available. I rented three rooms and we came in two cars, but at night I had to park on the street because there weren't enough spaces.
3) Bathroom stall. Even when closed, water leaks into the bathroom.
4) Slow service at the pool bar.
This is my second time staying at the Ibis Hua Hin, and I'm still very satisfied. They frequently host pool parties, which creates a lively atmosphere. My only minor gripes are that the room is a bit on the small side, there's no writing desk, and the balcony is quite compact, only fitting two chairs and a small side table.
I stayed here for two nights and found it to be an excellent value, especially for long-term stays. The room is spacious and designed more like a serviced apartment, with ample storage for clothes and personal items. It was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and pillows that were just the right size and softness.
The hotel features a large swimming pool, and the reception and staff were consistently friendly and polite. The internet is fast and reliable. However, the working desk is quite short—even my 13-inch laptop barely fits comfortably.
Although there is no beach view, the overall quality and price make this place a great bargain. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food.
The location is breathtaking, some of the staff are great and even tried to go out of their way and made sure the guest is happy. One of the concierge even dropped me at the nearest convenient shop. However, there is a problem with the room cleanliness and facilities. Check in time was strictly 3pm without flexibility and you can see all the guest gathered at the lobby waiting for the rooms. The bathroom was very dirty, the kettle have no electrical outlet near to it and you have to put it on the floor to use it and the gym equipment are broken and the AC on the gym is also not working. The only great thing about this hotel is the location, the beach bar area and the proximity to the beach.
The hotel needs renovation and has a big potential to be one of the best hotel in Hua Hin. However, the hotel looked neglected and tired.

I love this place, huge rooms and pool
The great thing is you have windows that open and you can open your door and get an amazing through breeze
My only negative ( small thing) is the channels on the tv are very spaciously set out over 110 station channels when there is only about 20(?) active.
Just makes for a very tedious channel flick
I’m sure that could be rectified if someone wanted to
The hotel was newly built last year, the location is a little more remote, but it does not matter, so now to Southeast Asia is generally using Grab to call a car to travel, the hotel is very large, clean environment, the hotel may be new, guests stay not too many, every day breakfast is the same, no small changes, one thing to hotel attention, is the food not refill and slow to add food, To remind guests, because one day may be a group traveler, they swept the food, to our individual customers want to take food is not, but there is still an hour from the end of breakfast time, and the food is cold and not heated, and guests to remind, food itself is not much choice, please pay more attention to the hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's about 200 meters to the beach and 300 meters to Market Village Mall. There are 2 of 7-11 nearby and several massage parlors both on the same side of the road and the Market Village side (Though, the nicer ones are on the Market Village side). So it's convenient to eat, go to the beach, and shop.
The room is quite spacious with balcony. The bed is a bit too hard for my liking but everything else is quite good. There are beach towels and a beach bag, beach slippers, safety deposit box, tv, 2 bottles of drinking water etc. The only weird pard is the bathroom lock and a small gap on the bathroom door that if you are traveling with friends it might be a bit uneasy.
There are 2 swimming pools. The one on the 4th floor exposed to more sun and nicer view but much smaller. The one on the 2nd floor is bigger and has some shade for Asians who don't like too much sun or sunbathing.
The check out is at noon. The front desk will make sure you are aware of that as they will call you right at 12 pm to see if you want to extend the room otherwise 🤣
All in all, it's worth for the price. I got it around 1,050 baht a night in August. So, I will be back if the price range is around this.
Excellent and friendly staff and owner. Very nice rooms equipped with everything and very clean. Perfect for families—especially those with young children. The owner explained to us that she purposed to make her resort relaxing for parents and children, since she experienced rushing around on vacation with her son and knows what it can be like. The resort has a kid’s room with toys, books, and movies. An awesome playground, big yard, swimming pool…lots of options for entertainment, including ping-pong, badminton, rental bikes and motorbikes, tours and trips, massage, sports/fitness room. Has a laundry service and a shop for kids (pool floaties, swimsuits, Thai memorabilia, toys, etc.). Situated practically right on the beach, so there was no need for us to rent a car or catch a taxi to get to anything. Surrounded by a few farms and some restaurants, so the feeling is definitely rural and quiet. The hotel helped us book a taxi from the airport to Huahin. Would 100% recommend.

PPamBKKA pleasant surprise, worth every penny. Right in front of a quiet beach. Good quality facilities and amenities. Food in the restaurant here is pretty cheap, considering that it is served in a hotel, and it also tastes good. Included breakfast surprised us even more, with choices of french toast, pancake, salmon/avocado/bacon/cheese on toast, ABF, salad, yoghurt, fruits, porridge and etc. Staffs are kind. Not a single complaint could be thought of for the price we paid. Highly recommended.
TTrelaquixI had a fantastic stay at this villa! The first thing that impressed me was its generous size and ample space. It provided a comfortable and spacious environment that made me feel right at home. The well-equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise, featuring a large fridge and a convenient microwave, making it easy to store and prepare meals.
The entertainment options were decent. The television in the villa has access to YouTube, which is probably what anyone uses to watch anything these days. They also provide a portable speaker that I use by the poolside to listen to my favourite tunes. It was great to have the flexibility to enjoy my favorite shows and videos during my stay.
One of the highlights of the villa was the delightful pool. With a depth of 1.4 meters, it provided a perfect balance for both relaxing and swimming. The width of the pool was also impressive, allowing me to swim from one end to the other in just a few strokes. It was truly a refreshing and enjoyable experience.
Now, let's talk about breakfast. I must say, their carbonara is an absolute must-try! The quality and taste of the carbonara were on par with some of the best restaurants I've been to. The villa's attention to detail when it comes to their breakfast offerings definitely added an extra touch to my overall experience.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this villa. Its spaciousness, well-equipped amenities, enjoyable pool, and delicious breakfast make it an excellent choice for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
MMargarita BlueIt's an affordable beachfront hotel.
However, they didn't offer any complimentary drinking water while we waited to check in. If you wanted water, you had to buy a bottle for 20 baht. We also had a long wait for check-in and only got our room at 3 PM.
I've stayed here multiple times, but this visit, the room wasn't very clean. It felt old, and there were several dead insects on the window. There was no free coffee provided, and for 4 people staying 2 nights, we only received one bar of soap. Some of the towels were so old and worn they were almost falling apart.
The glass door couldn't be locked initially, but after informing the staff, they promptly sent a technician to install a new lock, which was good.
Aside from these issues, everything else was fine. If you can tolerate these minor inconveniences, then you probably won't have a problem staying here.

GGuest UserOverall is great but this hotel considered as a 4 stars hotel but only gives one key card per room? It is not so comfortable at all. Also service is somewhat decent I don’t give 5 because staffs in breakfast service room choose to talks in pair rather than service customers. I ordered an omelet and there is only two table in the room after she finished my omelet which is the only table that ordered, the staff beside her should, I means at least service customer like walks and serve customer but nope this is not the case they both choose to talks in pair and looks at my table without doing anything, like omelet is done you come and get yourself, i means if they are busy with other customers I completely understand but there is no work left other than chatting and I have to walks half the room to pick up 1 omelet and they just looking without service mind! Not satisfy at all for the staff especially in breakfast room! Also 3 persons room is a bit misleading since in the picture where they show online is a proper bed but what I got is sofa that they make it like bed which is bad! They only show this picture online after the beautiful one so customer won’t notice it easily!

Very Good
GGuest UserBooked Elegancy last minute for the New Year holiday. Price was right as most places were at a premium. Wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was large with a separate kitchenette area, large bathroom, and very large bedroom space. Also had a large balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was fantastic with plenty of seating options. It is a small resort so was nice having only a few other people at the pool at any given time. Service was great. The manager is only one of two people working there but he made a 7-11 run for us and also dropped me at a location when I was unable to book a taxi on new year day. There is no on site restaurant so you’ll need to go out or order delivery which for me was not an issue. Location is the only downside. While it is not out in the middle of nowhere it is not convenient for walking. 20 minutes to 7-11. 25 minutes to the beach. No nearby restaurants. That being said I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. So if you’re looking for a quiet retreat or extended stay it checks all the boxes. There were two families there at the time who booked four rooms for an entire month and were cooking most of their meals in the outdoor kitchen area everyday.
DDavaadorj TsendjavMy 5-night stay at Ayrest Hotel in Hua Hin was absolutely unforgettable. I stayed with my girlfriend and sisters, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was peaceful, beautifully clean, and well-organized. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a smile.
The shuttle service was right on time and took us exactly where we needed to go, every time. The value for money was amazing — our rate included a delicious and healthy breakfast buffet for four, served in a relaxing, elegant atmosphere with excellent coffee and fresh food.
One moment I’ll never forget: I accidentally left my important bag at the hotel just as my intercity bus (6km away) was about to depart. I was ready to risk missing my trip, but in just 10 minutes, the hotel staff found my bag and delivered it directly to the bus before it left. I was overwhelmed with gratitude — their speed, care, and dedication brought me to tears.
I highly recommend Ayrest Hotel to anyone — whether with family, friends, or solo. It’s peaceful, clean, and full of heart. Thank you, Ayrest team, from the bottom of my heart!
