The room was generally satisfactory, but blood stains were found on the sheets on the last night. The overall facilities were very complete and everything was available. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the train station.
The hotel room environment is very average, not new, the single bed is very small, and the experience is average, but the hotel's buffet breakfast is so good, there are so many things, and the breakfast makes up for my disappointment with the room
Hotel Rooms are nice. I stayed in the one with around 24 - 26 SqM while my friends stayed in the 40-SqM one. All rooms are quite enough.
The Receptionists are helpful and provided assistances when needed.
Meanwhie ,there arec certain improvements shall be made,
1. we cannot amend the temperature of the Air Conditioner as it is central controlled.
2. the housekeeper did not refill 2 sets of towel and slippers when she realized I was staying on my own
3. the Hotel does not provide more Washing Powders when the so-called complimentary is used. However, the rate of the room is same no matters how many night(s) we book and pay for. So everything shall be there and refilled day by day.
Location: Located in the city center, the location is excellent. Across from St. Petersburg's largest shopping mall, the Glya, is the main train station. The overnight train to Moscow departs here, a 5-minute walk away. Turn left and walk about a hundred meters to Nevsky Prospect. There's also a Yilu Chinese restaurant, owned by a fellow Northeasterner. The food is affordable and I ate there five days in a row. It's much better than the ”Food Republic” on the 5th floor of the mall across the street. Turn right and you'll find a cafe at the intersection. Mixue Bingcheng offers affordable bread and cakes. Turn right again, and there's a small supermarket and pharmacy, making shopping very convenient.
Facilities: The room wasn't small—well-equipped and well-maintained. The downside was the small bathroom and a particularly small basin, making it difficult to store items. The room was also interconnecting, with a door to the next room, which was a bit unsettling on our first night.
Service: The service was acceptable. One security guard was quite helpful and greeted us in Chinese upon arrival. The front desk was also good, and we were given nesting doll keychains upon check-in and departure, though they were a bit ugly.
The room is spacious and clean, the location is close to the airport for 10 minutes, and it is relatively far from the city for about 40 minutes. The environment and facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich, and the view and scenery outside the hotel window are very good. You can watch the sunset on the bay window.
I stayed at this hotel for one night. The price for the room is appropriate. The room is a bit old, but large and well equipped. The safe needs to be fixed. Thanks to the staff Anna and Ruslan for promptly solving the problem
The hotel is in a good location. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk to the Winter Palace and the General Staff. The Bishop's Church in Kazan is five minutes away. The MAAG shopping mall is just across the road. Opposite the hotel is the Alexandro Theatre. On weekdays, you can see the actors smoking outside. The expensive candy store is a ten-minute walk. Dostoyevsky Museum is 2 kilometers away. There are restaurants and bars around the hotel. There is 24-hour hot water in the tea room on the third floor of the hotel.
The Hotel is an old building renovated well to be a clean nice and new 4 star hotel . It is located in the heart of St. Petersburg and near all attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception is located on the second floor, and there are stairs at the entrance (about 12-14 steps)between the entrance and the reception . During daytime they have concierge service to help with the luggage.
The hotel Elevator to the rooms was added to the building and fitted in a way it stops in between floors, so you must either climb or go down half a floor every time you go to your room. It is not that bad if you can climb the stairs . I think the hotel is not suitable for a wheelchair.
The breakfast is good and starts from 7:30 am to 11:00 a.m .
We enjoyed staying at this hotel.
It is far away from the city and has convenient surroundings. It has a four-star logo. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious but not expensive. There is a classical piano in the bar in the evening. Opposite is a ”Friday” supermarket. The apartment facilities are similar to those in China, but there is a kitchen and tableware. The environment is very good. It's a relatively new building, so you don't have to worry about traveling with a car. How could such a good place not have reviews? The price/performance ratio is very good.
If I go to St. Petersburg again, I will still choose this hotel. The transportation is very convenient. The airport comes out to be 39 and sells tickets. Speaking of metro, he will remind you, open the Baidu map and take a few subway stops. It is in an apartment building. Except for the building, there is no elevator. The waiters are very enthusiastic, the room is not big and complete, clean, the key is very warm feeling, the design is good, the soundproofing is also quite good, in the city center, suitable for couples to travel!
