4-Star Hotels in Faro District, Portugal

A very good and well located villa, very pretty and pleasant stay, the only drawback I would say was the spa issue, neither the Turkish baths nor the small pool were working, if that had been working it would have been ideal, but equally, everything else was a luxury for us.

My experience was great, open pool, easy to park, in the summer it is worth the money, what I would change is the slightly uncomfortable pillow, average buffet breakfast, lacks a little more variety.

The sauna door was broken. The engineer/technician went to the location just to take a look and they didn't fix it during my entire stay. The Jacuzzi was ok. The steam room was ok. The pool was very good. I called the reception desk several times to get information about the hotel but no one answered. I went in person and when I got to the entrance the assistant told me that the reception desk was full of customers to serve and that's why the calls weren't being answered.

I liked the location, the very good room. It was to improve the warning that the reception is not in the hotel itself, but in the central hotel at 100m.

A hotel that performs wonderfully. Very friendly and willing service. The facilities are a little old, but everything is clean. The location is great, next to the bus station and the beach. Incredible breakfasts!!! even fresh orange juice I will repeat without a doubt.

The location is very close to the Lagoa bus station, which is very convenient for going to Lisbon. It is not far to take a taxi to the Navy Beach. It is very suitable for leisure and vacation. The staff are very enthusiastic

Modern, clean apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had daily cleaning of the apartment ”exchange of bath towels, cleaning of counters, floors and garbage collection. Some aspects that could improve, It has no magic wand, toaster, sponges and dishwashing liquid.

Not very new, but the location is beautiful. It takes a long time to drive, it is worth a special trip, very close to the Acropolis in the southwestmost corner of continental Europe, and the surfing area, which is impressive

The hotel is a beautiful one, no doubt about it, but there are a few things that I wasn't happy with. It is like most things you need to pay for. Needed to iron my clothes, I was told that I needed to pay for the service due to safety issues. Will get my stuff in 48 hours. If I wanted it earlier, I had to pay more. To get to the beach, I was i formed that I need to pay for a ferry to get me across... all this should have been said before a persons book. The hotel is a secluded, nice area. In order to navigate a taxi is a must unless one wants to walk for 30 minutes in the scrotching sun to catch the train or bus. Uber service is better than the taxi you would get from the airport as it is costly. The food was good, in terms of variety ilI would say no, but it terms of taste yes great. Kudos to the chef. Staff are very helpful and understanding. Some drinks, however, are watered down. I love pina Colada, but wow, i had no clue what I got there. Apart from that, I had a lovely stay, entertainment, the rooftop, top superb ( was there every evening).

The service was good as the staff were always keen to help. The location is at a walking distance to the Gale beach. However, there were flying ants keeping coming into the room, although hotel helped us to clean up for once.
