We have been on holiday in Thailand since 2013, we have seen it, we know it! In our family rating, the hotel is top. Good rooms, it is clear that the hotel is maintained and updated, good beach equipment. The territory is well thought out, nothing superfluous, green, first line, compact and tasteful, well done everyone! We had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right, and the amenities were absolutely fantastic, we had everything we needed and more. A special thanks to K. Snow at the front desk for going above and beyond during our check-in. Even though our booking wasn’t yet in the system, she made sure everything was arranged quickly and smoothly, allowing us to check in early without any hassle. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. We also want to give a big shout out to K. Nat from the recreation team. She made sure we had a great time during the activities, always cheering us on during bowling and checking in on us while we played badminton to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Every time we passed by someone, they greeted us with a smile, which made us feel truly valued and at home. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next holiday. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

Marriott Khao Lak is a wonderful hotel that's ideal for both families and business travelers. I've personally used it for both purposes and highly recommend it. Here’s what makes it stand out: * Welcoming Staff: The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel right at home. * Big, Clean Rooms: The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. * Fantastic Breakfast: They offer a fantastic breakfast with a huge variety of delicious options. * Great Swimming Pools: The pools are amazing—perfect for a swim or just lounging by the water. Overall, it's a great choice and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and beautiful view from the room The infinity pool is breathtaking. I had experienced at Buffet night on Saturday The food is amazing, fresh and delicious Star to K.Best in buffet, his service mind is professional. And K.Dee the driver - he is always with smile and great service. The room is just wow, I like everything here Definitely come back one day.

During our stay, we noticed a few service issues that we’d like to share for your improvement. For example, the receptionist is usually the first impression of any hotel. As Thai guests, we naturally expect polite and respectful communication, especially the consistent use of “krab” when speaking. However, the receptionist only said “krab” once, at the very end of the conversation. It felt unusual, and we weren’t even sure if he was Thai. This small detail made the interaction feel less warm and professional than expected. Another issue we experienced was with the à la carte dining. We placed our order and waited for 40 minutes without any update or communication from the staff. When we finally asked about the delay, we were told we’d have to wait another 30 minutes. Only after that did the staff consult with the manager and offer us some food from the buffet, but at that point, it was already quite late and there weren’t many other dining options nearby. Ms. Bowy, the Restaurant Manager, kindly offered us a cocktail or some drinks, but what we really needed was food. She later offered a 20% discount for that meal, which we appreciated, but the whole experience was disappointing. Lastly, during breakfast, we understand it was a long weekend and the hotel was likely busy. However, since occupancy can be anticipated, we believe better preparation could have been made—both in terms of staffing and seating arrangements. When we mentioned the crowd and the wait for a table, the staff simply said, “You should come earlier for breakfast,” which didn’t feel like a very helpful response. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and setting of the property, but we hope these comments help in improving the overall service experience for future guests.

Our first time to Avani+. We were surprised by the location and amenities of the hotel. The location is by the main road. It is convenient for guests to cross the road to the supermarket to get snacks or drinks. Amenities wise are excellent for kids and adults. There are plenty of activities for guests to do, such as rock climbing, arcade, basketball, and skateboard . However, I just feel the pools available are too small. It is low season in khao lak and I already feel it is too crowded. Cleanliness in the room could be improved. The housekeeping only sweeps the floor and does not use a vacuum. After cleaning our rooms, I saw hair in the toilet. Overall, I would recommend Avani+ to family traveling with children.

It's remote, far from the busy touristy areas. Perfect location to unwind and escape city chaos. Spacious room with a private pool, with a couple of games to try onsite, like biking, table tennis and archery, billiards, among others. I enjoyed this first part of my trip before going to Phuket  to deal with crowds. Taxis are not easily accessible, we had to make arrangements with the reception for private transfers. For tours, ask at the reception. Breakfast was amazing with a view of the mountains.

Location : located in good area ( Not so far from the city where you can find many foods and convenience stores). Services : the stuffs were super nice and help you if you need anything. Food : breakfast was excellent! With different varieties of foods, you can try many Thai dishes and also western. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, but unfortunately it was pricey and the taste was not worth the price. But! The service was really nice!  Amenities:  The swimming pool was wide and both adults and kids can enjoy.  There was a beach where you can watch sunset and do many morning activities the hotel provided. They also have gym, kids playground, and many activities including canoeing. Didn’t really get bored even though it was raining all day.  Very good place to stay with your family or friends. Very kids friendly and I think you will enjoy Khao Lak staying here.

A True Eden with Exceptional Hospitality My stay at Eden Beach Khaolak Resort was absolutely delightful! The resort lives up to its name—lush tropical gardens, a pristine beach, and stunning azure pools made me feel like I’d stepped into paradise. The Thai-inspired room design, paired with the soothing sound of waves, created the perfect relaxing getaway. The surrounding area was lively yet convenient, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and shops, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. ----------- A special shout-out to Ms. Pure at the front desk for her outstanding service! When I needed help navigating public transportation to Phuket, she actively contacted the staff of the transportation company and added my contact information to find out if I was able to successfully board the bus that day. Her kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable journey. This level of care truly sets the resort apart! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Khaolak. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both natural beauty and heartfelt hospitality!

The experience to stay at this resort is wonderful. My kids like it so much especially for the water park. It is awesome.
