The front desk staff was very warmly received, the staff spoke English, and also helped to move the luggage to the room. The hotel was very clean. The staff called at 9 o'clock to remind you to eat breakfast. Some breakfasts can be customized according to the menu after arriving at the restaurant. The staff provided services to help call Chinese food and dinner to the hotel. After the hotel owner knew that I was Chinese, he asked the front desk staff to take care of me. If you need help, you can find them. The staff also helped to call a taxi. After leaving the hotel, the staff was very enthusiastic to carry my luggage into a taxi. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is close to the airport and is 20 minutes walk from the Stravinsky Museum. This is very pleasant staff even if the English communication remains complicated due to tourists in Nukus. Some rooms are much larger than others, the bathrooms would deserve a renovation and the litter depends on the room that is allocated to you. Wi-Fi and impeccable breakfast. Note allocated due to the price quality ratio

Very clean, comfortable place. Reception manager was very helpful. I forgot to request an early check-in, but the manager kindly offered an early check-in to us. Actually I am very surprised (in a good sense) to find that kind of service in Nukus. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet was OK. Again, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very conveniently located on the opposite side of the airport. Every place we visited was very close (in the radius of 4-5km). Taxi in Nukus is very cheap, but the navigation doesn't work correctly. We were on 1 day business trip and stayed only 1 night in Deluxe room (however, it looks smaller than on the picture), but I can highly recommend the place. The world famous Savitskiy museum is only 4 min drive from the hotel. It is definitely a MUST. Already decided to bring my family here only to visit this museum. I will stay in Pana Hotel again
