There was no comment below when I set it, and I was very emotional. Then contacted the hotel after placing the order. The airport pick-up service (1200RS) is also provided ... the room is very good ... the breakfast is quite Pakistani ..., there is a gun at the entrance, a closed small yard, and it looks very safe, the security and the guys are very enthusiastic. .. cost-effective .. come back next time ...
The room is comfortable, they have nice security, boss is very kind, breakfast is amazing ....
5/5 Excellent
I had an outstanding experience during my stay. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers some of the best dining options available. A special mention goes to Miss Rubial, whose service truly stood out. She is incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. She communicates with customers in such a respectful and pleasant manner, takes the time to understand their needs, and ensures everything is taken care of accordingly. Her dedication to excellent customer service made my stay truly memorable. I would confidently rate Miss Rubial 10/10 for her exceptional service, and the property 10/10 for its quality and overall experience. Thank you, Miss Rubial, for making my stay so special!
We stayed at Karachi Marriott because of its location and it turned out very good . Everything or every place where we need to go is within our reach . The manager Syed Obaid hussain shah greeted us and briefed with all the required information. The relations manager Ms April called me and asked about anything I need in room she also came to my room especially and ask about my stay . I am very happy with my stay . My kids enjoyed their stay very much . This is my second time here and anytime I come to Karachi I will definitely stay in Marriott.

The hotel is very tired with poor quality of furniture and fittings. This included the public spaces such as the coffee lounge (Fanoos Lounge).
The saving grace is the hotel staff. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. Shame that the facilities did not match the staff
I booked a twin room but was told that they were overbooked, so I could only get a king-size room with a mattress on the floor. The problem was that the mattress didn't come. I had to make three phone calls and wait for two hours to get a pair of slippers. The lobby is OK, the restaurant environment is good, the food is OK, but the room is really average.
Be sure to stay in the main building, don't choose the first floor of the annex, it's very damp and dirty! I stayed in a king-size room on the second floor of the main building, it's not bad! Recommend room service, no need to wait until 7.30pm for dinner to open, and cheaper than the restaurant below, beer can also be ordered!
The restaurant service speed is very slow! (So we didn't have the chance to eat at the Chinese restaurant)
If you want to drink local vodka, whiskey, etc., you have to go to the bar by the pool below!

TTSandraI had selected this hotel for my mother and her brother who were traveling to Karachi from Lahore, as claimed by them the hotel was clean, friendly staff and well maintained place, Avari in Lahore has been a family favorite for us and visiting beach luxury hotel shows that they have maintained their brand and their name up to the mark, its old and considered a heritage hotel at the same time but it has been well taken care off over the years as witnessed, food was good and the stay for my family was relaxing as they had travelled a long distance which was tiring for them but they say they had rested very well at the hotel.
