The hotel was excellent! From the lobby, you can already catch a stunning view of the sunset, which made such a beautiful first impression. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, and the team went above and beyond by decorating the room so thoughtfully, it really made me feel special. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were well maintained, the ambiance was relaxing, and overall it felt like a perfect getaway. Truly a memorable stay and highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel before and after our overnight boat trip, and it was a fantastic experience. Perfectly located near the harbor and on the main street with food and coffee options. The hotel was clean, and we recommend the seaview room for its comfortable layout and stunning sunset views. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcomed. Our stay included free airport transport and a 15-minute foot massage, plus we enjoyed an excellent full-body massage at the spa. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities!

Local Collection Hotel is a place to enjoy the sunset with an Instagram-able spot 😍 other than that, I would say I'm delighted with the request that I wanted, which is a welcoming note of Happy Anniversary. Based on the food, during the evening, I ordered a pizza margarita, and it was so delicious! For breakfast, all the buffet items tasted good. It was fun staying here as all the hotel staff treated & good at taking pictures for us. I would recommend whoever wants to stay in Labuan Bajo, please book Loccal hotel ✨

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The lobby and room views are amazing. They organize a free snorkeling trip at a nearby beach. Staff are super friendly and lovely. Just be prepared that service can be a bit slow at breakfast. Coffee and eggs sometimes need several reminders. Some staff English is not so good but they try hard. So pls be patient and understanding I needed medical attention ( luckily not serious) but a call in doctor and medication took several hours. The hotel was very apologetic and tried their best to help. Overall Labuan Bajo is a slow service town so expect to be just chill and take things easy. Overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and would highly recommend it. Beautiful sunset !

Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service! The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main strip, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉. Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo.

I love the style of this resort, very beautiful and nicely done. The garden looks great and well maintained. Food is delicious, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The private beach is ok, not particularly suitable for water activities. But the pool is nice. Staff are friendly. Overall great experience. I would choose this one again if I come back.

Excellent 5star hotel. Plus both facilities n services amazing. Especially bfast was superb. Especially towards the services fm Ical, Feby, Doni Wagut, Jaka, Chef Andi, Pak Wisnu n Steven. Also for both Bu Ririn n Bu Nina gave very good introduction on hotel facilities n also hospitality for us during our stay. Great hotel n recommended👍

Simple and quite old interior. Location is about 5 - 6km from the city center, shuttle and airport pick-up are available. The staff is quite friendly, only I was disappointed with the PIC receptionist, I ordered take away breakfast because I was picked up in the morning by the tour for a 1 day trip, it turned out it was not provided. So on the day, I had to wait again. For the shuttle to the airport, it was also combined with guests with a 13.30 flight, asked to wait past the time I reserved, even though my flight was at 12 noon. The variety & quality of breakfast is very lacking for a 5 star hotel.

Air conditioning and hot water not working. Changed rooms and the hot water not working. This is unacceptable for an Aston Hotel. 

Directly talk about dry goods: This hotel is very good, a garden-style hotel, two-story small building, very homely. And it is not a closed building, the passage is open, and the view is very good. The room was very large, and there was a mat on the foot of the bed. Later, we played with the baby on the mat, which was very nice. Dinner was settled in the restaurant by the hotel’s beach, which tasted good. The waiter provides mosquito repellent water to every table guest. The juice is especially recommended for breakfast, especially the mixed juice. Mrs. TM is delicious! ! It's all freshly squeezed juice without water. In Indonesia, the juice is so delicious, it is really different from the domestic juice. You can watch the sunset on the beach. It should be noted that the sunset is high tide and low tide in the morning. The area of the beach changes greatly. If you want to play well, it is best to go in the morning and have breakfast right there. We are catching crabs there. The crabs run fast and it is difficult to catch them. The hotel provides paid airport pick-up and drop-off service, 60,000 cars, and the time of arrival at the airport and flight number should be indicated in the remarks when placing the order. You can also take a taxi at the airport, 700,000 cars. If you want to fly a drone in Komodo, you need to apply for a permit in advance. It’s like 800 RMB. I don’t know where to do it, so I didn’t fly.... If you have a drone, you must bring it. Find out where to do it. The scenery of Modo National Park is so beautiful, the effect of shooting with a drone will be particularly good. The local price of Komodo Island Hopping Day Tour is basically the same as that of Flying Pig. You can book anywhere, and you can also book it in the hotel. If there are many people, it is highly recommended to charter a speedboat. It is too convenient and enjoys a geometric improvement. If the per capita price increases by less than RMB 200, it is worth upgrading the speedboat.
