Stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean , just enough space, and amenities with friendly courteous staff. Sumptuous Free breakfast was a plus. Hot water with good pressure for shower . The only con we can think of was the stiff sheets cover . The bedsheet we lay on was soft but the sheet cover was stiff . Though very clean and neat , It made us felt colder when we’re under it. I brought a flat sheet from home so my husband and I placed it under the stiff sheets cover during the night. But overall, we loved our stay. We don’t mind staying again especially if they can have their bedsheets cover softer.

Great accommodation and great food. Not satisfied with Front Office service. Key card was not working upon checkin, that was supposed to be ready and working bfore the guests arrived right? And we haven’t tried the pool bcause it was raining that day and on the next day they didn’t allowed us to use it as they put chlorine to clean it and that took more than 3hrs so no chance of using it as it was checkout time already😕

Myself and wife, looking for some relief from the heat and humidity had an overnight stay in Baguio. Both seniors by Philippine standards, though still working in UK. We booked a suite and requested view over countryside or city, king sized double required. For less than £60 including breakfasts it was a done deal. We were allocated room 501, up 1 level ( bear in mind there are rooms above and below the reception level), normal for Baguio given the topology of the area. Room views are spectacular, no noise from adjoining lift at all, 2 quarter windows opened and had gnat Mesh covers ( we left these ajar to hear the local sounds that were hardly audible). Efficient Air con in room (though no remote control), good sized, wall mounted TV ( a UK news channel would have been appreciated), room mini bar doesn't exist ( not the stated required P2000 deposit at book on as booking was prepaid online) 2x std sized bottles of water, kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, 2x tea coffee sugar and creamer, 2x cups and saucers, a Bible ( missed from other 2 hotels stayed at this vacation) Breakfast was a good selection buffet that sated our appetites until the evening. Staff attentive but not overbearing. I'm I think me and the wife have found our escape location for future trips to the PI's that we do at least bi-annually

An almost perfect place, very good amenities and the area is super clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet so you can have your late night walk peacefully and feel the chilly wind. The only downside is the shower's water pressure is not that strong and the breakfast needs a little bit of an upgrade, it's a little bland to my taste but the free coffee? It's perfect it tastes very strong!

The room was clean and it’s a walking distance to burnham park. I’m only concerned about the smell coming from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Additionally, they would enter without permission when they think you are not in the room.

We absolutely love our stay at Azalea. The hotel was surprisingly comparabke to the best hotels at Camp John Hay where we usually stay. The entire hotel is big, room is spacious and clean. The location is just walking distance to supermaket, restaurants and city hub center along Leonard Wood. Its vrery accesible to so many establishments. The staff were so courteous ans attentive of all our concerns. Food from the restaurant Kuya J is absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book again and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We stayed Nov at the 3rd floor back view and it was so hot specially in the morning time were the sun is facing the window. You cannot stand to stay in the room and bear the hot tempreture inside the room. And in the evening since you need to open the window to let cold wind circulate in the room but the downside you can hear the loud voice of other guest chatting until late hours. Even if they have reminders in the room about the silent time is from 10pm. I called the receptionist to complain but still they havent dont anything about it. I guess the hotel managment should consider installing aircondition since we all aware about the climate change. Its not that cold anymore in baguio considering its already November.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well. Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown. As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

Location-wise, maganda sya kasi katapat na nya yung Burnham Park. I feel like expensive sya dahil lang sa location. Wala rin view yung room kahit may window. Yung ambiance ng hotel is medyo old. You can have a similar price for a luxurious-feeling hotel sa Baguio pero hindi walking distance sa pasyalan. Marumi yung cabinets na napunta samin na room so we opted to keep our clothes in our bags. So weigh nalang ano isasacrifice. Yung ganda ng hotel or distance. Di rin sila nagbibigay ng extra key card. So if may aalis kang kasama, need to coordinate sa reception or knock sa kasama all the time. Mabait at helpful ang receptionist and guards. Okay rin dahil may parking. Mahirap magpark sa Burnham or session road so parking our car sa hotel saved us the trouble sa paghahanap o pila sa parking sa Burnham Park. Not the best breakfast I had in Baguio. I was expecting more, like a buffet dahil nga sa price or atleast more appealing breakfast. Hindi mainit yung fried rice na naserve samin, so a little disappointing. Yung ulam is so-so lang din. I hope that can be improved. If we'll visit again? Pwede, pero will not avail the breakfast na siguro and if priority parin namin mamasyal sa Burnham or Session.

112MariaThis is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden. While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby. The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.

GGuest UserThis hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

GGuest UserWould have rated 5 stars for all categories but few honest opinions: 1. Wifi connection needs improvement. Average speed is 10mbps. Network is not very stable. Network gets disconnected every now and then. 2. Shower needs to be on 10mins prior the water gets warm (only gets to lukewarm). Would have been a plus if water gets heated without wasting water and if water gets warmer than lukewarm. Overall, pleasant stay. Really good value for money. Bed is really comfortable and staff is pleasing. Location is really where it is best, 5min walk to Burnham Park which is the center of everything. :)

AAnonymous UserThe location was great, only had few steps from the city plaza. Staffs were accommodating. However: ❎ The room hallway is eerie as it was located under. More like a bunker. ❎ Phone service not working, staff said it was unplugged as is ❎ The one and only small cabinet is damaged ❎ The bedsheets were itchy ❎ Electricfan is not clean ❎ Limited options on breakfast buffet, as in, limited 😩 not the typical breakfast buffet

AAnonymous UserThere are a few points would like to bring up 1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional, However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on. 2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no. 3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way. 4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient 5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room. 6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively 7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore. 8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter 9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service. Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then. Thank you!
