The hotel's breakfast is rare and rich, but the omelette has no vegetables. But there are actually wolfberries and various dried fruits, and the fried eggs are also very nice. After communicating with the front desk, check-out was delayed until two o'clock. You can store your luggage, but it's a bit far from the airport. It cost more than 200 yuan to take a taxi.

Arriving in Santiago at night and leaving again at 8am, choosing Holiday Inn at the airport is a wise choice. Holiday Inn provides a good breakfast, and you can store your luggage at the hotel if you leave for a few days. You only need to carry a small bag to Easter Island, which is very convenient.
Holiday Inn is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from any international or domestic terminal. You can just pull your suitcase across the road without taking the overpass or taking a detour, which is very convenient. However, the hotel has a history of more than ten years, and the facilities are a bit old, but the room is spacious and quiet. However, the price of 1400 RMB is not cheap.
When returning to Santiago from Easter Island, I had to fly out again the next morning, and the lowest price of Holiday Inn had risen to 2200 RMB. So I chose Courtyard Marriott, which is 6 minutes' drive from the airport.

This is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues.
The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.
The service at the front desk was a bit slow. I went to check out in the morning and just returned the key, but I had to wait for a long time. The taxi I called in advance took two trips before I was allowed to return the key and check out of the room.

GGuest UserVery good shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Short distance to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed due to renovation work. But we were not informed about this beforehand.
CCUILIIn the upscale community, there are many good restaurants around, and there is a Chinese restaurant with street foods on the opposite side of the hotel. There are six recommended dishes, each of which is very good. Order a bottle of Chilean eighteen arhats, the price is similar to the supermarket. The design and decoration of the hotel is very artistic, and the first floor has sculptures and paintings for sale. The service is very good, the room is spacious, the breakfast choice is more, the welcome drink is available, and you can go to the terrace restaurant on the 9th floor. DdisasterEXEMy wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to.
The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once.
The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.
MMarcelomy personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times
aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick.
It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.
LLady KwenadiI stayed at Bbcasita - Bed and Breakfast - Hostel and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The listing says it was renovated in 2024, but that’s simply not true. The place is run-down and extremely dirty—honestly, one of the dirtiest accommodations I’ve ever seen. It felt completely misrepresented.
The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience slightly more bearable. But even with their amazing attitude, it doesn’t make up for the state of the property.
Bottom line: it is absolutely not worth the price. For what you’re paying, you can find far better and cleaner options.
GGuest UserThere was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.
