The place is nice and clean… although foods are expensive and other activities that you need to pay for is also pricey. I also booked for 1 king size bed + 1 single bed.. but they gave us 1 king size bed room only and added an extra bed instead. My 7yo only ate 3 pcs of bread and asking me to pay half of the buffet rate. This is our first time to stay here at Pico Sands Hotel, I did not the enjoy the experience tbh

We loved our stay, most specially the amenities such as pool and gaming room! The kids really had fun, and the moms loved picture-taking! The view from our room was mesmerising. Staff were kind and helpful. However, we did wish that our rooms were more clean, particularly the floor corners, toilet and the AC ventilator. We did find some bugs in the terrace too unfortunately. By the way, using the iron is 100 pesos, which I was very surprised about honestly because usually this is free and we literally used it for one item. 😅

I had an amazing stay! The service was exceptional, and the staff are accomoding. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The free breakfast was a delightful bonus—delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This is an overrated hotel. It is too old and under maintained. The breakfast is not so nice and they do not replenish the breakfast at the extension area after 9am considering that the breakfast is up until 10:30 am and they have placed a lot of guest in the extension area due to full capacity of the restaurant where the buffet should be. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the size of the room. The hotel was right beside Sky ranch and has a lot of places to eat nearby. The room, Deluxe Twin, can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.

Smooth check in as the front desk is super accommodating! We had a late check in but they were able to put us in a good location of the hotel. Did not expect the shared balcony but it is good! Kudos

We had a wonderful stay at Quest Hotel Tagaytay! The location is perfect, especially for those planning a longer stay in Tagaytay—it's conveniently close to 24-hour restaurants, convenience stores, and malls. It’s also an excellent choice for a quick weekend getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which was absolutely worth it! The food was delicious, and we truly appreciated the complimentary breakfast they provided for our son. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend Quest Hotel Tagaytay for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Remote and inconvenient traffic. The rooms facing the road are particularly noisy and poorly insulated

Nice and clean. Simple hotel yet you will feel comportable. The breakfast is delicious. The basement parking is fine. Near the church as well.
