Arrival on Saturday at 14:30 for a night with a night on the terrace ..... Framework and cleanliness, but ..... but ..... 1/ T.V H.S ........ 2/ A lot more serious, completely inoperative Wi-Fi !!!!!! 3/ without T.v or WI-Fi remains the reading alternative ..... impossible, head lamps H.S !!!!!! 4/ Party more than noisy on the mitoyan terrace, impossible to sleep before00h30 .... 5/ Sunday morning, lack of staff, breakfast INCLUS is summarized to a soup ..... thank you but not a soup ..... 6/ Detail but it is important, The table table of the balcony is completely dirty !!!!! In short, to avoid, the simple fact that I did not report the failure of the WI-FI in advance is unacceptable because I had professional documents to submit .... No justification but excuses .........

I really like this place and peaceful to stay during your holiday to Kampot . High recommend. So please if you have plan to visit Kampot then don't forget to stay here and do other activities and enjoying and relaxing as well. Please have a great holidays

The hotel has only been open for 6 months, so everything is in better condition than a lot of hotels in the area. What makes the hotel though are the staff! They are constantly smiling and can’t do enough for you. We will definitely miss them all 😘 As well as the complimentary breakfast, we ate at the hotel most nights. The food was some of the best we have had in Cambodia, from the local Amok curry and Lok Lak, to the Steak and Pepper Corn Sauce. The roof top bar is great for evening drinks and watching the sunset. I would highly recommend this hotel ❤️

I've never met a hotel staff that was so friendly and welcoming. Every time we went in the door, they were welcoming and inquired about how our stay was going. Furthermore, they were able to suggest locations for us to get any kind of meal. It was a fantastic hotel. As expected, it was even better. It was an unbelievable value. Great eateries were close by and easily accessible on foot. There is no doubt that I would return.

This Hotel is a real gem the pool is large and inviting. Little of the beaten track but they have a car to take you to town for free which is helpful. The restaurant food was ok there are plenty of restaurants not to far to choose from. I would say vin was always helpful and I am sorry I totally forgot the young ladies name. Some of the other staff in the evening need a little training and breakfast staff but they would not put me off. The room was amazing the shower is the best I have ever seen.

Adam and Mark and his team were truly amazing and came to me and wife's rescue over the new year. We were booked somewhere else which was a dump and we found the B resort where we asked if they could accommodate us on New years eve at short notice. As they were not officially open they were ready to help us out. So the rooms were clean, fresh and done to a high spec. The en suite shower was perfect and the beds so comfy you wanted to sleep all day. The pool was refreshing and sunbeds to relax on. Sadly as they were still working on the resort, we could not get food, but did have the option to buy drinks, which was fine with us. All the staff were helpful and friendly, offering advice on places to see, eat or even to have a drink. The views at night across the water were amazing. This resort is across the bridge from the main centre which is perfect for relaxing with only being a 5 minute walk from everything. This hotel has a great future ahead and the potential is massive once everything is in place, great location, great decor, great facilities and amazing staff. Good luck.

Very decent hotel, I paid a little more because it was the Sea Festival, but in normal times this hotel seems like a good deal. Large room with windows, air conditioning is decent and there is a kettle for coffee. No fridge though. Excellent value for money.

Peam Snea was such a wonderful getaway from the bustling city, just what my family needed. A change of pace, a change of scenery, and a quick escape with my dearest. We stayed for two nights and three days. I left this late morning, and couldn't stop thinking about the whole trip. I'm not fond or familiar with writing reviews but safe to say the memories I made here would forever stay fresh, and I can see myself coming back the next national holidays. The staff were friendly, and patient. I wasn't familiar with billiards and they even helped me learn how to play it when they saw me struggling. Always greeting me with a warm and welcoming smile whenever I walked by, a simple good-morning, and I even had a chat with one of them. It's the little things that mattered, and these small, and overlooked gestures made me feel so welcomed during my stay. The food. My gosh, the food. During the duration of those two night, family decided to order room service for our dinner, and lunches. The portion were generous, suitable for the price. I was more than satisfied, and enjoyed their dishes immensely! :) The rooms were fine, the view was scenic, their varieties of complimentary activities were gratifying. I've been keeping the pool table occupied more than I could count, so that was my bad, I had so much fun kayaking too oh my gosh. Especially biking around too! Which was a great way to get to see the view around the resort. Overall, this trip was a memorable one. I may have said one too many words but I hope it was enough to reflect even a piece of satisfaction I had during my stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and the dent of new memories this place had given me.

The hotel looks nice but a little bit dusty, our room also looks nice but it was full of mosquitoes which is super annoying, we had to use mosquitoes spray to totally cover ourselves all the time and be careful with the door to bathroom since bathroom is an open space with only half of the ceiling. But still we got beaten up a lot. The curtains were super dirty covered with dead insects, the AC was not too functional but they put this AC blows right on the bed which made me and and my boyfriend both sick after the tour. And the rooms are not private enough, the description says swimming pool view, but actually the swimming pool just 5 meters in front our room. Overall I like the design of the rooms but there are many details were not satisfying, especially with the price, it could be the most expensive hotel I have tried in Cambodia, but experience was seriously so so.

The facilities here are absolutely amazing for young families. Hot tub, pool, waterslide, waterfall, playground, boating lake. Awesome. Lovely restaurant with great food. The quotes they gave for day trips and travel to other cities were very, very high though. This soured the experience a little.

Beautiful setting with choice of rooms n chalets. By the riverside which is therapeutic. Good breakfast spread, free mini bar, new bathroom fittings. Reasonable pricing. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access. Has 2 pools. Fairly new facilities which are well kept.

I had a satisfying vacation thanks to the facilities and friendly staff that were better than I expected. Although it was not large, I enjoyed swimming with my family in the private pool in the form of a pool villa. The resort was located next to the river, so the view was great, and the free activity of water bike was memorable, and the riverside bike ride was also an unforgettable experience.

l have stayed in hundreds of hotels and B@B's around the world over the last 35 years(- covid) and this hotel would be in my top 10 places to stay any where in the world! Small compex ( In high rise you spend all day waiting for elevators!!!) ,with great attention to detail about everything in th hotel! Once again quiet location , so no traffic noise etc.! The staff where excellent in every thing. If you have a car or motor bike ,then the location isn't as big an issue ,but without that ,you have to use a tuk tuk all the time to go any where. Would stay again , but would have a motor bike on hand next time!

Super clean room with friendly staff. Room size are medium but well prepare. Bathroom OK and I like the plan next to the shower. Comfortable mattress. Everything look nice and fresh. The way to the room there are large pond with a lot fishes and more tree around. Feel like in the forest while this property isn’t big. Value to money

This establishment is entered by a major construction site (with associated terrible noise) and is located right next to a major road over the New Bridge, where continuous heavy traffic (from tuktuks to the largest of trucks) create a constant and infernal noise. The exterior of the hotel looks sad and uninviting, I.e, It needs a huge and important facelift sooner rather than later! The unsmiling receptionist understood little English and spoke even less. There was no-one to assist with our baggage, and there is NO elevator on-site ... this makes an unfriendly “welcome “ even harder to swallow, when the so-called superior view room allocated on the third floor leaves one puffing and panting prior to a quick inspection. Whilst the rooms we saw were spacious enough, the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired (the shower is located virtually above the WC, making for intriguing manoeuvres)...and the decor could well be updated... All photos of this hotel must have been taken a long while ago, and certainly do NOT convey a true idea of the actual situation. That said, I feel I should congratulate the original photographer for his achievements, because even with the most professional and sophisticated equipment no-one could reproduce such results today!!! We decided very quickly to move elsewhere and, thanks to Booking.com, our cancellation charge was waived.

Good Resort with beautiful nature and full of entertainment with a pleasant stay Nice swimming ,BBQ and Photos shooting with a nice views The food and drinks nice especially cocktails and red wine Near Phnom Penh easy to go and back Room prices is acceptable and Service looking professionals
