This hotel's location is excellent. We visited in late December, and it had already snowed, so the ground was icy. It was incredibly convenient that the hotel connects directly to an underground mall, saving us from walking outside. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants right below the hotel, offering many dining options. Getting around by subway to different areas was also very easy for sightseeing. The hotel's design is quite distinctive, especially the common areas. However, I felt the breakfast, priced at over 100 RMB per person, wasn't really worth it, as there are more choices available outside.

Room Facilities: I stayed in a single room, which was quite small, but the window view was fantastic. Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless, nothing to complain about. I must mention that the hotel also provided samples of facial cleanser, toner, lotion, and face cream. They were excellent, but I forgot to take a picture to see the brand. Environment: It's right by Sapporo JR Station, with Daimaru department store directly below. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and taking the JR or subway. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and spoke excellent English, so communication was not an issue at all.

This hotel is super convenient! It's right across from JR Hakodate Station, just a 3-minute walk and two crosswalks away. Plus, the tram station is only 200 meters to the left of the hotel entrance. From there, it's a quick 10-minute ride to Jujigai Station, and then a 200-meter walk up a slope to the Hakodateyama Ropeway – perfect for catching the night view, which is a must-see in Hakodate. There's even a bus stop across from the hotel with buses to Goryokaku. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. For the price, this hotel offers incredible value for money!

The room was a bit small, but the facilities and services were excellent, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is super easy to find; just go straight from Exit 11 of the subway station. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and it's close to many attractions in Sapporo. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet and it's quite delicious, especially the generous portions of salmon – I really enjoyed it. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sapporo.

We stayed for 4 nights, and it wasn't until the second to last day that we realized there was an underground passage. When I asked the front desk, they even had illustrated instructions showing where to turn. Why didn't the front desk staff tell me about this when we checked in on the first day? Anyone who's been to Hokkaido knows how unfriendly the above-ground roads can be, so having an underground passage straight to JR Station was absolutely amazing. The room seemed small at first, but once you slide open the door next to the bathroom sink, it instantly feels so much more spacious. And even though it's a compact room, it has three beds – how great is that? Every day when we got back to the hotel, the first thing we'd do was turn on the TV to check if the washing machine was free, then immediately rush down to do laundry. The public bath downstairs, while not huge, had a good-sized tub, a sauna, and seated showers. They even used POLA bath amenities, though the skincare products weren't from the same brand, which wasn't as good as what you'd find at Noji-no-Kaze. The breakfast was the same every day, which could definitely be improved. However, the miso soup was really delicious, and they had large scallops. My daily breakfast of toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon was incredibly tasty. The milk was also excellent, as expected from Hokkaido milk.

Traveled with friends and we were very happy with the hotel; it was conveniently located for getting everywhere. Hakodate's million-dollar night view is definitely worth seeing. The hotel is also very close to Hakodate Station, and the onsen was great – a really comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and attentive. There were also complimentary desserts and drinks for the room type that we booked. The furnishing is dated but it was still a comfortable stay. There was a range of nice toiletries provided. Offers 2 options of breakfast with freshly baked croissants

Excellent! The hotel is super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Hakodate Station – turn left out of the exit. Although our moderate double room didn't have a sea view, the street view overlooking the station was lovely too. The room size was average, but we could comfortably move around even with two 25-inch suitcases open. Housekeeping was impeccable, though they only clean every other day; on other days, they just replace amenities. The public bath was fantastic – a Japanese-style hot spring bath that felt like natural thermal water. It was incredibly relaxing, and they even offered free fruit popsicles. The hotel also has a washer-dryer combo, and there's a Lawson convenience store connected by an underground passage, which was super handy! Breakfast had a decent variety, but I felt it was a bit overpriced for what you got, though the small bottle of milk per person was delicious. My only minor gripes were the lack of body lotion in the room and the hairdryer, which was very old, low-powered, and difficult to use. Overall, it's a great hotel, and I'd definitely choose it again on my next visit to Hakodate!

The location is incredibly convenient! It's right by Tanukikoji Exit 7, just around the corner, literally less than a minute's walk. Getting to the airport is also super smooth; the airport bus stop is right next to Tanukikoji Exit 5. Those with lots of luggage will really appreciate this! The front desk service is excellent. They have non-Japanese staff who speak fluent English, so communication is absolutely stress-free. Check-in and asking questions were seamless. As for the room, the bed is huge and comfortable, and the room space is also quite good. You can open up a 28-inch and a 24-inch suitcase without feeling cramped. The large public bath is a highlight. For a city hotel, the bath is genuinely quite spacious, and the bathing area is comfortable. It's really nice to have a facility of this size in the city center. Breakfast is primarily Western-style. While the selection isn't overwhelming, all the basic options are there, and the quality is consistent. It's perfect for a satisfying meal before heading out for the day. In summary: convenient location, smooth English communication, sufficiently large room, and a great public bath. For anyone wanting to stay in Sapporo city center and needing easy airport access, this is a highly recommended choice!

This hotel is located on the 4th floor of the New Chitose Airport International Terminal. You can see the signs for the hotel on the 3rd floor of the international departure area. Just follow the signs and you'll spot the 'Library Cafe' on your right, up the escalator – that's the hotel entrance. If you have a luggage cart, you can enter through the 3rd-floor door and take the elevator up. The lobby is very spacious, and you can even take your luggage cart directly to your room, which is super convenient. The spa and hot springs are located right by the elevators on the 4th floor. The hot springs are open until 10 PM, so you can enjoy a late-night soak. The rooms are very large and new, with separate showers and bathtubs. I didn't use the shower in my room since I went to the hot springs instead. The room offered beautiful sunset and mountain views, as well as views of planes taking off and landing. The last flight departs around 7 PM, and the first one takes off around 8:30 AM, so it doesn't disturb your sleep. After checking in, it was very convenient to go shopping on the 2nd floor and have dinner on the 3rd floor. The next day, I checked out at 11 AM and could push my luggage cart directly to the check-in counter without any hassle. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

I chose this hotel for my family because the room was spacious, which was very important to us as we wanted our child to have enough space to move around comfortably. The hotel is new and very clean, exactly as we expected. The complimentary drinks for all guests were a lovely touch. There was a good variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, along with popcorn, which made us feel very welcomed. What impressed me the most, however, was how considerate and helpful the staff were. We checked out very early at 6:00 am during a snowstorm. In the middle of our journey, I realized that I had left one of my bags behind—the one containing my passport and valuable items. I immediately called the hotel and asked if it would be possible to send the bag to the airport, as returning to the hotel ourselves would definitely cause us to miss our flight. The receptionist (I’m very sorry that I can’t remember her name) took my situation very seriously and contacted her manager to request authorization to delegate a staff member to bring my passport to the airport, since they could not leave an unattended bag in a taxi. I had offered to cover all expenses, but what truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation. Ms. Wu was the staff member who personally brought my passport to the airport. With her honesty, urgency, and care, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it back to my hometown. I cannot thank her and the hotel team enough for what they did for us. I truly believe I made the right choice staying here, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

We had a really fantastic time at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Resort which was a once in a lifetime experience for us. The area is beautiful and the spa has everything you need for a fantastic and relaxing stay. We stayed in a Premier Suite and the rooms are fantastic - fully equipped and spacious with all amenities, and a fantastic private Onsen to relax in.The staff at the spa were extremely friendly and helpful, and attentive to all of our needs. We'd love to come back some time and would highly recommend!

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

We travelled by rental car so the location wasn't a problem and not far from Otaru canal and main attractions. The staff's service was superb. The whole hotel is tatami floor. There were small events like Japanese dancing for guests and camping with free snacks. The hotel's garden was nice. I really enjoy staying at the hotel.

The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.
