As with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby.
Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful.
Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem.
Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift.
Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)
I booked a standard room and was given a high floor on the 28th, which offered a fantastic view. The hotel's decor is very practical, and the huge windows provide an excellent view. The hotel service is absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend purchasing the hotel breakfast; the 35th-floor restaurant offers a stunning view, and the breakfast food itself is also outstanding. The only minor drawback is that there's construction below the south-facing rooms, leading to a bit of noise during the day. I assume north-facing rooms would have a similar issue due to the JR line. The window soundproofing is fine, but the design of the emergency escape device seems to allow noise into the room.
This hotel is super convenient! It's right across from JR Hakodate Station, just a 3-minute walk and two crosswalks away. Plus, the tram station is only 200 meters to the left of the hotel entrance. From there, it's a quick 10-minute ride to Jujigai Station, and then a 200-meter walk up a slope to the Hakodateyama Ropeway – perfect for catching the night view, which is a must-see in Hakodate. There's even a bus stop across from the hotel with buses to Goryokaku. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. For the price, this hotel offers incredible value for money!

Location: Great, it's near the city center so it's convenient to go anywhere.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Facilities: Well-equipped, but the hot spring requires an additional 1000 yen fee.
Service: The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff, and there's a sky bar on the top floor where you can enjoy the night view.
We stayed for 4 nights, and it wasn't until the second to last day that we realized there was an underground passage. When I asked the front desk, they even had illustrated instructions showing where to turn. Why didn't the front desk staff tell me about this when we checked in on the first day? Anyone who's been to Hokkaido knows how unfriendly the above-ground roads can be, so having an underground passage straight to JR Station was absolutely amazing. The room seemed small at first, but once you slide open the door next to the bathroom sink, it instantly feels so much more spacious. And even though it's a compact room, it has three beds – how great is that? Every day when we got back to the hotel, the first thing we'd do was turn on the TV to check if the washing machine was free, then immediately rush down to do laundry. The public bath downstairs, while not huge, had a good-sized tub, a sauna, and seated showers. They even used POLA bath amenities, though the skincare products weren't from the same brand, which wasn't as good as what you'd find at Noji-no-Kaze. The breakfast was the same every day, which could definitely be improved. However, the miso soup was really delicious, and they had large scallops. My daily breakfast of toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon was incredibly tasty. The milk was also excellent, as expected from Hokkaido milk.
Traveled with friends and we were very happy with the hotel; it was conveniently located for getting everywhere. Hakodate's million-dollar night view is definitely worth seeing. The hotel is also very close to Hakodate Station, and the onsen was great – a really comfortable stay.
I arrived in Sapporo late at night and took a taxi from Sapporo JR Station to the hotel, which cost about 1800 yen. The next morning, as I pulled open the curtains, I was absolutely stunned: before me was a beautiful world of pristine white snow, with Nakajima Park spread out in full view. I was so grateful for the clear blue sky, allowing the distant mountains to be clearly visible. It truly lived up to its name as a 'room with a view.' Although the facilities are a bit dated, the room layout is very practical, and the bathroom is spacious enough. The bedding and linens are all of high quality.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and excellent. Eating breakfast in the ground floor restaurant, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, and watching the snow silently fall from the trees was an indescribable pleasure.
Even better was the hotel's location for transportation. Nakajima Koen Station's Exit 3 and Exit 1 are only a two-minute walk from the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient!
The front desk service was also impeccable. We stayed for a total of three nights, but had to switch rooms for the third night. When we returned in the evening, the staff had already moved all our luggage to the new room. It was a very thoughtful gesture.
The front desk service was excellent, with staff who spoke Chinese. They patiently explained how to get to the beach and even gave us a map 🗺️.
The hotel's location is fantastic. You can spot it right away after exiting the JR station and turning left. It's also super convenient to get here from the airport by taking bus number 3, which drops you off at the JR station.
The breakfast was plentiful, with sashimi, noodles, bread, fruit, fried chicken, and more. The milk tasted great. The restaurant offers outdoor views, so it was lovely to eat and gaze out the window while it snowed.
The onsen ♨️ was decent, nothing spectacular but good enough. They provided Sekkisei skincare products, which are well-known.
However, the toothbrush was a major downside. It was incredibly hard, so much so that it hurt my mouth when brushing. I strongly recommend the hotel replaces the toothbrushes❗️

The hotel has a back entrance that's much more convenient than the main entrance shown on Google Maps, especially when it's snowing, as it cuts down on outdoor walking. You just walk straight from Lithium Road 7-chome and cross a small street. We stayed in the new annex building this time, and the room was new and surprisingly spacious! It was also very clean. The hot springs are on the 9th floor of the main building and are very relaxing. All the front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel's location is great, with Aeon and 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's also within walking distance of Odori and Susukino. There's even an airport shuttle stop within a 10-minute walk.
The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi in the annex sometimes wasn't very smooth, and videos would buffer a bit.
This hotel is located on the 4th floor of the New Chitose Airport International Terminal. You can see the signs for the hotel on the 3rd floor of the international departure area. Just follow the signs and you'll spot the 'Library Cafe' on your right, up the escalator – that's the hotel entrance. If you have a luggage cart, you can enter through the 3rd-floor door and take the elevator up. The lobby is very spacious, and you can even take your luggage cart directly to your room, which is super convenient. The spa and hot springs are located right by the elevators on the 4th floor. The hot springs are open until 10 PM, so you can enjoy a late-night soak. The rooms are very large and new, with separate showers and bathtubs. I didn't use the shower in my room since I went to the hot springs instead. The room offered beautiful sunset and mountain views, as well as views of planes taking off and landing. The last flight departs around 7 PM, and the first one takes off around 8:30 AM, so it doesn't disturb your sleep. After checking in, it was very convenient to go shopping on the 2nd floor and have dinner on the 3rd floor. The next day, I checked out at 11 AM and could push my luggage cart directly to the check-in counter without any hassle. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe room was decent, no bathtub but the hotel has a public bath, which is standard for a business hotel. It's near Nakajima-Koen subway station, just across the street. A heads-up for everyone, it's in Nakajima Park, so if you're not near Susukino or Odori, it's a bit of a walk. It's not out of the way, but you do have to walk. Sapporo's subway isn't as frequent as Tokyo's, so sometimes walking might get you there just as fast. It's quite a hassle to drag luggage and parents through the snow when you can't use the underground walkway.
BB_BI chose this hotel for my family because the room was spacious, which was very important to us as we wanted our child to have enough space to move around comfortably. The hotel is new and very clean, exactly as we expected.
The complimentary drinks for all guests were a lovely touch. There was a good variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, along with popcorn, which made us feel very welcomed.
What impressed me the most, however, was how considerate and helpful the staff were. We checked out very early at 6:00 am during a snowstorm. In the middle of our journey, I realized that I had left one of my bags behind—the one containing my passport and valuable items.
I immediately called the hotel and asked if it would be possible to send the bag to the airport, as returning to the hotel ourselves would definitely cause us to miss our flight. The receptionist (I’m very sorry that I can’t remember her name) took my situation very seriously and contacted her manager to request authorization to delegate a staff member to bring my passport to the airport, since they could not leave an unattended bag in a taxi. I had offered to cover all expenses, but what truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation.
Ms. Wu was the staff member who personally brought my passport to the airport. With her honesty, urgency, and care, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it back to my hometown. I cannot thank her and the hotel team enough for what they did for us.
I truly believe I made the right choice staying here, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.
GGuest UserThe hotel management is really poor. The public hot spring always has a sticky film on top, and there were foreign objects in the large pool where people lie down, almost cutting my skin. The worst part is that these things can't be removed. The day after soaking, my feet were incredibly itchy, probably due to a fungal infection. People with tattoos and whatnot were also soaking, and no one seemed to care. At 9 AM, staff members were walking around the hot spring area in outdoor snow boots, which was absolutely disgusting. And the funniest thing is, you have to take off your shoes when entering this hotel, and you're not allowed to wear slippers inside the entire hotel. I won't even mention the insufficient floor heating; walk around in socks for a bit, and white socks turn grey. Luggage can be wheeled through freely, so just imagine how dirty it must be. The dinner buffet was mediocre. I ordered a glass of red wine and had a headache all day afterward. The breakfast buffet the next day, however, was decent. I probably won't go back and hope they seriously improve their management. Don't tarnish the Tsuruga brand.
GGuest UserPark Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable.
The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy.
It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono
We look forward to returning in the future!
GGuest UserHoshino Resorts' service is delightful! This hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently located very close to the JR station. The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's exclusive shuttle bus service connecting to all the main attractions in Hakodate. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall, everything was perfect.
GGuest User🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An Unforgettable Stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest smiles and the most genuine hospitality. Every staff member made us feel like family—so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The stay itself was beyond amazing. The room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—but the highlight was definitely the private onsen in the room. Soaking in the hot spring after a long day was pure bliss. Calm, relaxing, and absolutely luxurious.
And the food… WOW. Every meal felt like a masterpiece. Beautifully presented, fresh, flavorful, and full of local character. Each dish was a delight, and we looked forward to every single meal.
Perfect service, perfect stay, perfect food, perfect onsen.
I would come back in a heartbeat—and recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special experience. 💖

TTutusThis was the most anticipated part of our entire trip, and it certainly didn't disappoint!
#Hotel Location: Excellent. It's right on the hot spring street, and behind it is the pier for lake boat tours (Happy Boardwalk).
#Hotel Service: They upgraded us to a large suite for free, and the view was absolutely fantastic. I loved the suite's layout, amenities, and the smart toilet. The outdoor hot spring faces the lake, and the male and female baths rotate at different times, so you can try them all (っ˘ڡ˘ς)♨️
The buffet was also good, and we additionally ordered a red king crab which was delicious. You can book many activities and experiences at the hotel. There's an outdoor shop called Siri on the first floor of the hotel where you can book activities like hiking and lake tours. My friend and I booked the night forest light show at the front desk. The only thing worth complaining about is how ugly the hot spring robes are – absolutely no desire to take photos in them!
GGuest UserImpeccable hotel... The environment, service and dining are all perfect! I felt the sincerity and attitude of the service as soon as I walked in. The hot springs are very comfortable, and my skin is smooth after soaking... The key point is that their SPA... The technique is very good!!! I will definitely come again next time!
GGuest UserThis resort is located on the mountaintop and offers many snow activities. We had a great time playing in the snow in the afternoon! As someone from the south, I've never seen so much thick snow before! The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, though the food options are limited. We tried the Michelin-starred Teppanyaki, and the service was excellent, and the taste was pretty good! However, the Japanese breakfast was just average.
