The room was well renovated, the layout, color, and lighting were all good. The breakfast was average, but the rooftop dining area was good, especially the night view was beautiful. The intern at the front desk was not familiar with the business and almost charged me twice for the room. His English was terrible. After I explained, the senior staff next to him came up to solve the problem. The hotel is in a very good location. If you don't bring slippers, ask the housekeeping department for a pair. The quality is good.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

The family room is a large bed and a sofa bed. There are several restaurants on the corner, and they seem to be doing a good job. The hotel rooms are on the second floor, and you need to carry your suitcase up and down, which is not very friendly for people with a lot of luggage. The hotel does not have a parking lot. Self-driving tourists need to park their cars in a public parking lot five minutes away, which costs 16 euros per night. You need to take a cute mini bus to the Alhambra Palace, and the station is five minutes away from the hotel.
Great hotel. Good location. Super breakfast. Nice spa but a bit pricey. Villas are great but smell of fireplace. Great views of the city. Super service. Gastrobar has nice views also but could not use this time.

The hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️
Excellent hotel. very familiar. The hotel service is unparalleled. We didn't know this hotel, but we were very pleasantly surprised, as far as we were concerned, we came back and we would recommend it, we had a great stay, it is a great hotel, suitable for excursions along the coast of Cadiz, You can rest and spend with your family.
I had the most amazing first time stay with my 3-year-old son. I’ve travelled and stayed in hotels all over the world and I can’t speak highly enough of the los amigos beach club. Everything about it it’s just right. Especially if you are with children. My room is extremely clean very modern and well presented and looked after. Everything was working fine and even though I didn’t request to get my room cleaned I always left me fresh towels or water outside my room.
The facilities are amazing and very clean and all the staff that work within the resort are extremely happy and helpful and have a great attitude which means a lot.
Also is situated in a great place tucked away from all the noise and hustle and bustle but just near enough everything so it is very easy to get about and visit places...
The restaurant is absolutely amazing as well and serves a beautiful breakfast as well as great lunch and dinner. Again extremely clean and well-kept and the staff are amazing and friendly and extremely helpful..
It’s one of those resorts where you just can’t wait to come back and stay another time and I know this will be somewhere that I bring my son back to every year without a doubt... it’s had so much of a massive positive impact on me!
Thanks so much from for the stay
I chose this hotel because it is close to my friend's home. The interior decoration of the room is traditional and standard, with everything you need, including a bathtub. The room is quite spacious, including a deep balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool. There are many lounge chairs and palm trees around the pool, as well as some hammocks. Many foreigners go there early in the morning to take a seat and bask in the sun. The hotel's SPA and indoor swimming pool are also open to the public, and are charged to guests. It seems to be less than 20 euros, which is not expensive.
If you don't buy the hotel's breakfast before checking in, it's 22 euros per serving. There are many choices. In addition to the lettuce, cheese and ham that most breakfasts have, there are butterfly cakes, carrot cakes, croissants, which taste good, as well as duck liver pate and fresh caviar. The kitchen can also make Benedict eggs, which are presented at a pretty good level, and the coffee tastes average.
I also ordered lunch once, which was salmon with vegetables. The salmon was medium done, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The kitchen also sent an appetizer with a high appearance value, plus a 3 euro bottle of water, the total was about 20 euros, which was very satisfactory.
The only thing I was not satisfied with was that I wanted to delay the check-out for a while on the day, but the front desk told me that it would cost 22 Euros for 2 hours, and their tone was very blunt. In the end, they at least reluctantly agreed to let me extend it for 30 minutes.

AArp303This hotel does a really good job of capturing the “Hard Rock” vibe so if you’re into that you’ll enjoy your stay at this property. Lots of memorabilia dotted around, great music and some lovely touches around the hotel.
We stayed in a deluxe room which was small but furnished to a good standard with a very comfy bed. Bathroom was well equipped and the balcony was a decent size. Jukebox feature on the TV is excellent and allows you to get the party started before you go out or continue it after hours in your room. Having YouTube on the TV is handy too.
The pools were good, there’s 2 pretty large ones and they look great during the day and night.
The rooftop deck is quite chilled, it has a bar and an infinity pool with beds to suit everyone really, lots of variety so standard cushioned beds and lower body shaped beds. There are several “Bali beds” that come with a 150 Euro minimum spend. Sounds like alot but the food & drink isn’t cheap so can be done relatively easily if you plan to stay at the pool all day and have lunch. The pools are shallow but a good size and the infinity pool offers a brilliant view over the second pool area. The second pool area features a stage and DJ booth at the top of the pool and is louder. The pool parties that Hard Rock offer are held here during the day as well so bear that in mind when selecting your bed. There is an “Eden Cafe” in this area offering burgers and the like during the day and the main “Sessions” restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner too if you book half board.
We booked bed & breakfast so didn’t eat dinner at the property. We did have lunch on our first afternoon at the Eden cafe and it was very good. The breakfast offers an excellent selection & its tasty. They also have a musicians playing a different instrument each day on the outdoor terrace which is a nice touch.
The bar area in the lobby lacks atmosphere and is a little on the slow side to get a drink. The cocktails are good though and its worthwhile having a drink there, especially if a live band is on.
Service at the hotel was very good overall and we very much enjoyed our stay. The bellhops in particular are excellent. They provided us with a “courtesy room” on checkout day (we had a late flight) which was a nice touch after having checked out already and been out all day.
The location of the hotel was further out than we thought and required you to either walk through a large, unkept subway or walk down narrow busy roads with several hills. The subway route is best and takes around 15 mins to Porto Banus but is not ideal at night. We had no issues and saw no undesirables but I do think Hard Rock could do more to make that subway more inviting (clean it, add their branding, have music playing etc). I don’t think they own it but perhaps they should take ownership of how it looks at the very least as it could quite easily put some people off staying at the hotel.
The “Casino Marbella” is attached to the hotel. It’s a nice Casino but lacks atmosphere. You also need your passport to enter (I had to go back to the room) so bear that in mind too. There is a handy supermarket opposite the hotel that has a great selection of snacks, ice cream, toiletries, booze etc plus it’s really cheap. There’s a lovely little bar called “Park Lane Sports Bar” that is family run and really charming. The drinks are cheap and the people who run it are very friendly. The resident dog “Lolo” is also quite a character and really makes the bar. We also ate at a lovely little Spanish restaurant called “Noto” - the prawns, pizza and service was excellent.
There are more luxurious hotels to stay in Marbella and hotels in nicer locations but for a party vibe, good food & drink, strong pool decks and friendly service the Hard Rock is a solid choice.
AAnonymous UserThe name Business suggests that it is not a typical tourist hotel. The hotel looks elegant and there is nothing to criticize. Of course the rooms could be a bit larger and have a seating group. Also it's a little bright. From the balcony you look at the sea. In the bathroom there was a bathtub. At breakfast there was a lot of space and a super average buffet. Really fresh bread, however, there was no. Personal was correct and professional. Also strong visual disabled people find their room (photo).
GGuest UserCute hotel. The rooms are decently big to have luggage and even move around. No kettle or coffee in room which was a bit of disappointment but they have water filter on every floor so that was a plus. Toiletries not provided in room but you can ask the reception for toothbrush etc. location is a few hundred meter walk from Santa Justa Station. Cathedral is walkable as well. Takes about 20 minuets to reach. Other attractions are also explorable on foot.
CCampanillaA very complete hotel, with indoor and outdoor pools, free spa, entertainment (very simple), the apartments are up-to-date with all the details, they are spacious, new and clean and you have a butler service via WhatsApp that works very well.
The staff very friendly.
There is free parking in the area without problems.
The location is close to the Santa Ana area and close to supermarkets and restaurants.
The hotel itself has a supermarket and restaurant that I did not visit.
The only thing I would change is that the arrival has to be after 4:00 p.m. and the departure before 10:00 a.m., so you lose a lot of time during your stay.
RRiazWe came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing.
I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service.
The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC.
Room:
Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair...
Mini Kitchen:
There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself.
Shower:
The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco.
Reception:
Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid.
We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix.
We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them.
There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it.
Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.
FFranfromivegillThis is a lovely hotel…. Sp pretty with columns and alcoves. For the first night I booked dinner B&B….. the food was delicious! Dinner was 5 courses but included the best Broccoli au Gratin I ever tasted and included a glass of red wine. I expected the wine to be tough but it was actually very good! I did not try the open air swimming pool but in this heat it was an option … nearby beach was crowded and with fascinating container port nearby I found it hard to believe the water was bathing quality! 8€ taxi ride from bus station. Staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. Next time I will ask for a room with a mountain-view. I stayed a second night … trip charged me a higher price? I also took their Day Excursion to Morocco…€72 but add on €40 for tips! It included return ferry, transport, guide and Moroccan lunch ( delicious) … driver, his friend, guide and me on a 32 seater bus! Obligatory “buy a carpet” talk at “craft school” ( Omg I bought a carpet!) … hold out for the trinkets shop on the way out!!! 4 hours to get back through customs … queues…. But it was fascinating v and an unexpected glimpse into border mentality. 4 layers … Moroccan military check, Moroccan police check, Spanish police check and Covid certificate check and final layer …. Spanish guards emptying and checking every car and finding something to throw away from everyone!!!! Two days feels like a wonderful week!

GGuest UserVery good hotel, the service staff in the lobby are very friendly, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel. The only drawback is that there is a smell when you first enter the room. Overall it is OK
FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The room and the bathroom was spotless and very spacious for the price we pay. Can not fault it at all
Location: The hotel is on a corner of roads. It wasn’t easy for us to spot the first time when your driving. You have to park and walk, and then you will see a sign for the hotel. There is no free street parking unless you park after 2030-0730, but during the day you will struggle. The hotel provides parking but for an additional fee. There is also a supermarket next door that serves cheap or reasonable shopping items which we used.
Service: The staff were lovely during check in and check out. The hotel had its own restaurant and the staff over there were lovely.
Amenities: The hotel has its own private swimming pool on the first floor. It’s not heated so we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t warm either. The room had towels and toiletries provided including a hair dryer. There was running hot water.
Downside: I couldn’t say anything bad for about the hotel. For the price we paid, we experienced only the best. The only issue we had was parking since we didn’t want to pay the additional fee but other than that, I couldn’t complain about the hotel at all
