Meng-India border city, the hotel is clean and hygienic, all the service staff are very polite, home away from home, there are welcome drinks, fruit snacks, breakfast online, a good travel experience, if the front desk is set, it will be a little more expensive to go Trip.com .

The staff were friendly but unfortunately the hotel didn't meet my expectations. There was no WiFi, no kettle in the room, no breakfast in the morning (they had iftar in the evening for Ramadhan), stains on the duvet cover, poor quality towel with holes. The location isn't good either a bit far from the centre.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The sheets and pillowcases were especially clean. The bed was comfortable, and there wasn't much noise from outside, which was great. It was a non-smoking room, so there were no unpleasant smells. It took a little while for the hot water to come on in the shower, but that's normal. As a foreigner, there weren't many options for breakfast. Music is played in the hallway until 10 pm. You can hear it in the room, so it might be a bit disruptive for those who want to go to bed early. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Rajshahi.

Guest UserWe stayed for one night. The bed linen was white, but had unwashed blood stains. There was even a spiderweb in the kettle 🤦♀️. The menu wasn't complete; whatever we asked for, they didn't have. We asked for non-spicy soup, but they brought one that was pure pepper, absolutely impossible to eat. On the plus side, the mattress was great, nice and firm.
