Booked for a friend. I heard the room was very good. I will choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip. The hygiene, service and facilities are all very good. I recommend staying here. It is cost-effective and the transportation is also very convenient.
room it is clean and good, but that outside area is not so excellent. BTW: it is really pity for their service, i forgot a bank card in the room, which i insert ed to get the power, and i did not take it, in the same day night, we called them many time to let them help to find it, But they said not. That serivce is bad and not conside the customer well. I lose the bank card which cuased me too much trouble.
Actually they only worry the trouble and did not ask the house keeper, very bad experience. Sorry......
Hotel is only a few minutes walk from Bruxelles Midi making it a good option for taking the Eurostar.
While the hotel corridors smell of old smoke, the room itself smelt fine and was well presented.
Only very basic tea/coffee facilities in the room.

This fantastic classy hotel delivers on every front! The prime central location puts Brussels' top attractions within easy walking distance. We loved the stylish, well-appointed rooms with comfy beds. The breakfast spread was impressive (though premium hot items cost extra). What really stood out was the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the separate city tax payment at checkout was a minor inconvenience (had no idea about it) it didn't detract from our wonderful experience. The hotel's modern design, great amenities (including a fitness center), and cozy bar area made it perfect for both business and leisure. Would definitely stay here again on our next Brussels visit!

Only the lobby and corridors are like four-star hotels. The rooms are small and dark. The bathroom design is unreasonable. The damaged facilities are not repaired in time. The charging plug is far from the bedside.

Metro & trains station are all within walking distance. Not too far to walk to walk to the Grand Market too. Nice breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Gluten free and vegan options too. Wish they would change the menu after 2-3 days. Got sick of the repeated menu by 3rd day. Love the 24h gym and sauna.
I had an excellent short stay at the B&B Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast with yogurts, eggs, croissants and some vegetables, clean room and coffee facilities at the end of the hall on every floor. The mattress are quite firm (I say this having and extra firm mattress at home). The doors slam shut if not guided, so you might want to arm yourself with some earplugs against potential inconsiderate neighbours. I recommend staying here if you want to be in the quiet Ixelles area.

Location: quite convenient and approximate 25mins drive from the airport. But it seems that it is not quite close to the aerobus route (fyi if you wish to come here by aerobus and that is the reason why we choose to take a Cabify with lots of baggages lol :) )
Service: quite warm-welcoming staff and they will show you around the hotel for the first check in, leading you from the desk to your room.
Amenities: we were allocated with the room under the rooftop and this, the room is quite narrow and the height is lower than normal. Worse still, there is no street view.

AAnonymous UserI highly recommended the hotel as the staff are very friendly & welcoming. The location is accessible. We’ll definitely book here again.
GGuest UserRight in the middle of attraction places. Closed to central station. They allow you to check in early as well. Yummy breakfast. You will love it.
TTrilliThe hotel is lovely, an abode in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for anyone coming on business. However, Cardo Brussels could do better with their cleanliness for the tea and coffee items in the room and the bathroom.

GGuest UserExcellent quite location, but still very close to everything in town! Great and quite extensive breakfast spread every morning and a very helpful and welcoming staff! Loved everything about this stay, and hope to return someday soon!!!
Tthebesterexhibitions with lots of colorful flowers and gorgeous greenery. Of course this time of year not everything has bloomed yet so I can only imagine it's even more stunning later in the season. Photo ops galore, many places to eat, easy access to bathrooms, and great shopping, especially if you're looking for bulbs.
We purchased the entry and bus ticket combo. It's convenient but be prepared to wait in lines outside in both directions.m

AAi SianThe location of this place is the hotel's best offering. It is a 5 mins walk from Brussels Noord Station. The shopping belt @ Rogiers is @ next street.
As for the room, it is also shared by other reviewers on its aged furniture. However, it is clean and pleasant enough to stay in. I also noted that the hotel took efforts to address some feedback, e.g. adding lights and power points.
You need to follow the signs and check in at the adjacent hotel as this hotel closed its entrance and counter.
Given the price we paid per night, it is good value for money. Ok to stay during cooler months as there is no air conditioning.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is very good; it's close to the train station, and the attractions are within walking distance. However, the downside is that it's on a street, so it remains noisy until the early morning. The sink counter has a design flaw, often making it wet. The breakfast is not very diverse.
GGuest UserSuperb location but service needs to improve as very difficult to get hold of reception at night times and have to go downstairs to look for them. Also, I tried to ask for slippers but it's not available.
GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.
BBeccaaaaaLHotel is located just next to the Midi train station, where you could enter it by the side door located near to Haagen Daaz in the station.
As we arrived too early, we weren't allowed to check in hence we put the luggage at the concierge. When we returned to collect our luggage around 8pm after check in, we were shocked to find out that we need to locate our own luggages from 3 different storage room 🙄 Then, what was the luggage tag given to us served as? I find this super tedious tbh!
Apart from this small hiccup, the rest of the stay was okay. However, there is no room slipper, toothbrush & toothpaste being provided in the room. Personally I find that both the mattress & pillows need to be replaced as they're too soft & thus I woke up with sore back.
