Great location a short walk from the train station. Self check-in was easy to do and get a key. Room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I was allocated a top bunk but they easily changed it to a lower one for me. Cafe area is nice, lots of seating downstairs to be sociable. Prices are very budget friendly. Breakfast hands lots of choice. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel has an excellent location, right across the train station. As soon as we got off the train, we could see the hotel’s large logo from the train platform. Given what we’d heard about Venice’s safety situation, this was very reassuring... The hotel has its own restaurant next to the lobby, making dining convenient, though the waitstaff were somewhat lacking in manners—they started clearing our plates the moment we finished eating... The front desk service, however, was excellent—polite and courteous.

It was a wonderful stay at Ca San Polo in the heart of Venice! Checkin and checkout was completely smooth. Breakfast and especially the service was outstanding. More than enough variety and options and nice persons who will try to make you happy and give a good start in the day. Note that food in Venice is quite expensive so this breakfast can save you one meal! Don't forget to relax on the rooftop of Ca San Polo - you can spot Campanile and vice versa! I achieved it - check the photo! :D The rooms are having everything you need like on the photos and come in pure traditional Venice style, which is very cute! The location is just perfect to reach anything. Next to a Vapaoretto station but also maybe even closer and faster to any point of interested in your mind. The room is close to the train station, not cramped, and has a balcony where you can step out to enjoy the view. The hotel also provides luggage delivery service to the room.

This is not a luxury hotel, but… the staff were supportive, the room was clean, breakfast was sufficient, the location excellent and the cost competitive. One complaint is that WiFi is only accessible in the immediate area of reception, not in the rooms, but otherwise the hotel is a good base for seeing Venice.

With the reservation we only had the night but paying at the moment you could take advantage of the buffet dinner for 35 euros per person and breakfast for 16 euros per person. I find the hotel very nice especially if you have children. Phenomenal evening entertainment with the arrival of parsley. Ditto in the morning when parsley arrives to greet the children for souvenir photos. The bed was super comfortable and the room well-kept. The staff was kind and always very helpful. An experience to repeat for sure but with breakfast outside the structure as it was too expensive. For dinner, however, everything was ok.

another great stay at this hotel everything very good this time a big groups also booked this hotel, hence needed to wait for sometime said elevators, breakfast would definite book the same hotel when retutn to verona later 😊

Hotel Villa Rosa is located very close to the station, the room is clean, and the staff is friendly. Although the breakfast options are not many, they are delicious. All in all, quite satisfied.

I always choose this hotel when I go to Milan. It's only 2 minutes from the highway, very convenient, and there's no traffic jam. The hotel quilt is very comfortable and clean. Parking in the city center is troublesome, expensive, and the environment is poor. The public security is also worrying. It's more convenient to go around in the city center or in the suburbs. There is a large Japanese restaurant and shopping center next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking.

Best place to live during a business trip in Venice, conveniently located nearby the train station and the ferryboat station. Top quality breakfast with sweet and salty and a very good cappuccino! The room located in the annex building was good but the heater in the bathroom was not working and despite I told front desk twice, no one came to fix it. Overall, a very nice stay!
