Muy bien todo, aunque a nuestra llegada tenían un problema con la electricidad por lo que no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación puesto que sin el ordenador no supieron decirnos que habitación teníamos. Si tenéis un SUV el parking del hotel es bastante estrecho asi que decidimos dejar el coche aparcado en la calle. La ducha algo estrecha A parte de estos dos detalles, el resto perfecto, la recepcionista muy amable, las habitaciones bien, desayuno también, repetiría estancia en este hotel sin problemas

We absolutely loved our stay at Il Nuovo Gabbiano. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and in the centre of everything. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away! The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!

Getting a bit old. Double room deluxe was more 12sqm in size than 16-24sqm, as stated. However, I have never experienced a hotel anywhere in the world that charges 3 euros extra for a tea bag or a coffee capsule in the room.

Excellent structure, new, clean and very kind and helpful staff. Various and good breakfast, the only flaw, so to speak, is the paid parking, however a good solution as in the surrounding area you can't always find one

The hotel is located not far from the old town, a 15-minute walk. There are boutiques and restaurants near the hotel. It has a platform surrounded by restaurants. Eating is convenient. The room is exquisitely decorated, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large, and the room size is okay. The price/performance ratio is high even in August. Worth staying.

É gia la seconda volta che alloggiamo qui, posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione, la ragazza super disponibile e gentile, la stanza grande e pulitissima, qualità prezzo 10+. Torneremo sicuramente!

Very good hotel in the central area, the price is also very high

Muy buena ubicación, a solo 5 minutos andando de la zona más céntrica. Habitaciones cómodas, y personal amable Nuestro vuelo salia tarde y nos guardaron las maletas todo el día e incluso nos dejaron pegarnos una ducha en la zona de spa.

An exceptional hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Wonderful rooms, modern, plenty of handy amenities and shower products. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is very well maintained and is perfectly located in front of the sea, the Noria and the fantastic and free Archeological Museum of Olbia. Exceptional views from your terrace on the 6th floor, accessible with the lift.
