I would like to first- and foremost mention our personal concierge: Lai Lai, for her excellent customer service from the start till the end! Our stay at Wanxian was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccable, clean and well-organized. The room came with supplies, soaps, amazing- re useable water bottles, and floor heating! The room had everything you could need and want. They even supplied daily fresh fruits as well. When we required about a type of fruit she even took the time to bring some extra to our room. Next to the room being amazing, the buffet must have been the highlight of our trip. They have everything you could want or need. Their buffet is amazing, all dishes are made perfectly and the flavours are perfectly balanced. There are plenty of little stations too where you can get noodles, soup, waffles etc. The buffet made us feel like royalties, would absolutely recommend having this option included in your stay! The park itself is an interactive experience that requires good stamina. You'll be walking at least 5 to 10km a day, and every time you think you've seen it all, you come across another new little area. There are ample of food possibilities available in the park itself which are very affordable, even for Chinese standards. Even though it is an attraction park, this must have been one of our highlights on our China trip. Must mention though, the park is a lot nicer when you also speak Mandarin, or are with someone that speaks Mandarin. It isn't too equipped for English speaking tourism yet. Secondly, when you have the change - definitely use their 10yuan fake money and pay a visit to the gambling den down town. Playing the 'NPC's” and gambling with other park guests was absolutely amazing and hilarious, we had a blast. We thank the hotel for an amazing stay and the park itself for giving us such a good time!

A great experience, The location is in the scenic area, making it easy for us to go for a walk at any time, All points can be used as photo spots because they are so beautiful. The hotel is nice, clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is varied... It was a very nice time to stay here

I was afraid of crowds wherever I went during the May Day holiday, so I didn't want to go too far. I decided to stay in Fuzhou, the hometown of talents that Sa Ye had visited, for a few days. I chose the best local hotel, Poly Huazhang Hilton DoubleTree, because of the constant praise, so I decided to experience it myself. The hotel is very atmospheric, with a good sense of design, and the surrounding area is full of gardens, as if I were in a big garden. The room is very new and spacious, and the hardware facilities are very well separated from wet and dry. The bedding is also very comfortable. In short, the feeling of staying is so good that the children are reluctant to leave. I originally stayed for one day, but ended up staying for three consecutive nights. The hotel also gave away homemade cookies, which the children said were super delicious. Everything went smoothly and happily during the stay. I especially thank the beautiful Xiao He at the front desk for her patience and meticulousness, which made me feel doubly warm about the hotel. I will go again next time, and I recommend everyone to experience it when they have time. I will praise Fuzhou again. There are many good places in a small city. This is the reason why we didn't feel bored after staying for three or four consecutive days. It is worthy of being the hometown of talents, with beautiful scenery and delicious food.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are very well maintained. The room was clean and the carpet dry, which is rare to find. The view outside directly overlooks the river and Qiushui Square, which was delightful. Breakfast was also rich and featured local flavors. The only downside was that when I parked my car in front of the hotel, it was blocked by another vehicle for nearly half an hour. Although staff contacted the owner to move it, no apology was given. They really should strengthen management of the parking situation at the entrance. However, if I come to Nanchang again, I would still choose to stay at Shangri-La, as it was a very comfortable stay.

First off, full marks for location! It's super convenient as Tengwang Pavilion scenic area is right downstairs, and there are plenty of snack shops and rice noodle places nearby. **Facilities:** If you want to see Tengwang Pavilion, you *must* book a Pavilion View Room. This time, I didn't pay close enough attention and ended up with a river view room in the annex building. I hope the hotel's room descriptions could be clearer to help avoid booking mistakes. **Hygiene:** It seems like it's an older hotel that's been renovated. The hygiene was pretty good, but the floorboards in the room were severely cracked, making it look a bit worn. The breakfast was great, with lots of Nanchang local specialties like Wagan Soup (earthenware pot soup), Banfen (mixed rice noodles), milk noodles, and various porridges. Overall, I'm very satisfied. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Nanchang for the first time.

The hotel is very good and absolutely worthy of five-star quality. It is built by the river, with a friendly environment and courtyard style, and it is the most beautiful scenery. Walking around the hotel in the morning and evening, every design point is very pleasing to the eye. There is also an outdoor play area, which is very suitable for the whole family. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, the variety selection is very rich, and the taste of the products is also suitable for guests from the north and the south. It can be felt that the chef team has solid skills and careful design. The room facilities are very new, the supplies are exquisite, the small details are very well done, and there is a large garden terrace. Sitting on the terrace for a rest is very freehand. The service is the biggest highlight. From the moment the car is parked and the door is opened, the sincerity of the service can be felt. It is not the kind of false industrial enthusiasm, but the smile and warmth from the heart. The front desk, guest rooms, restaurants, and even the uncle at the door of the gym on the first floor are all very professional and sincere, and the warm feeling of home is at home. When I left, I forgot to take the power bank plugged in the socket. Miss Liu Jinfei contacted and sent it back very considerately. Thank you very much. When checking out, I accidentally left something behind, and the hotel's customer service team helped me find it and even mailed it to my home. I'm so grateful!

An absolutely exceptional 5-star experience! This hotel has definitely become my new top choice for future trips. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every detail was simply commendable. The receptionist's smile was as warm and welcoming as sunshine, and check-in was a breeze, completed in just three minutes. The room's 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the city's landmarks, and the night view was absolutely breathtaking! The pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly and wake up naturally. The smart home system was a delightful surprise; curtains and lighting were all conveniently controlled by a tablet. The location is fantastic. There are several food streets nearby, and Tengwang Pavilion is even within walking distance. Free parking is also available on-site. During check-out, the manager proactively inquired about my experience and even presented me with a Nanchang souvenir. This level of service, truly putting guests first, definitely warrants countless repeat visits! I've already highly recommended it to all my friends!

Very satisfied with all aspects, the breakfast is very rich, the lemonade in the lobby is delicious, there is a gym on the 5th floor, but we are going to Wugong Mountain so we don't need to use any energy, haha. When checking out, the lady at the front desk saw that we were wearing outdoor clothes and knew that we were going to climb the mountain, and gave us fans and fans, which is very considerate.
