Hygiene was good and the food was good, everything was considered for comfort, but we were not informed that the mini bar was chargeable and they made us pay 860 TL for 3 drinks and nuts at the exit. We also had dinner with room service twice and since the prices on the menus in the rooms were not up to date, we paid close to 2000 TL for 2 people for 2 meals of dinner, which were pizza and pasta. They seem to be trying to rip people off, there is a lack of information, which is a big deficiency for such a nice hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good but the service of the reception staff is only fair. We asked the reception staff some questions on some sightseeing places and restaurants but were provided with not very accurate information.

This is great hotel with such nice and kindly service, best recommand to everyone to visit this hotel ! Amaizing SPA centre, with many pools and jacuzzi.

Facilities: It is newly opened, so the basic configuration is much better than the old hotel. Hygiene: Since it is a new hotel, it is very clean. Environment: The location is very good, just near the Grand Mosque and the square, with various snacks and pedestrian streets downstairs. Convenient for travel. Service: The service is very good, and it is worth mentioning that they provide free valet parking. Because the streets in the central area are very narrow and the space at the door is limited, they will help you park your car in the parking lot.

All the staff are great, I especially thank Ms. Ceren who works in the bar and restaurant department. She takes such good care of me that I feel at home.

Very neat hotel the location is excellent only driving to it is a problem. Not centrally located. Staff is friendly except the reception staff. Apparently feels above the rest. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned as standard. Exceptionally you have to ask the reception specifically. Success ! Breakfast is very well taken care of staff member Saban. By the way, the owner Ramazan helps personally in the restaurant. It is not noticeable but very special. Pretty man who takes a modest attitude. The pool is small, it's affordable we had a suite for 90 euros per night. The suite really has a top view and is worth the money.

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

The hotel room is quite spacious, clean and neat. Walking distance to the shopping mall. From room window can have mountain view, quite impressive.

The hotel service is attentive, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, not far from various attractions. The parking lot is a little difficult, but it's quite convenient. The night view from the rooftop bar is great.
