Our entire stay was nothing short of amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment from the time we checked in until our departure. The room was well-prepared, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard by the housekeeping team, who ensured everything was spotless and welcoming throughout our stay. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service and hospitality we received from the staff. Ajay at the front office was an absolute star – always approachable, polite, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and guided us with genuine care whenever we required assistance. His professionalism and warm attitude made a lasting impression on us. Equally, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Simran and Priya in the kitchen, who made our dining experience truly delightful. They not only ensured that the food was excellent but also added a personal touch with their kindness and attentiveness. Every interaction with them made us feel valued as guests, and their efforts made our mealtimes so enjoyable. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities and outstanding staff made this stay one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. We sincerely appreciate the dedication and hard work of the entire team, and we will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family. What fantastic value for money! The airport shuttle minibus, complete with a small cart for luggage, was a thoughtful detail. They proactively asked about my check-out time; I asked for a late check-out until 1 PM, and they readily agreed, even extending it to 1:30 PM without any fuss. Even though my flight was delayed and I could only check in at 6 AM, I was thoroughly satisfied.

Just wrapped up an unforgettable 2-night staycation on the QE2, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delightful — every meal felt like a culinary treat. What really makes the QE2 special, though, is the experience itself. The facilities are extraordinary, and being on board feels like stepping into history. The onboard museums, audiovisual room, old pubs, and beautifully preserved interiors truly transport you back in time. It’s such an interactive and immersive journey into the ship’s remarkable past. What’s even better is that you get the full cruise ship atmosphere without any seasickness — it’s stationery, yet it gives you the magical feeling of traveling through time. Honestly, I found myself wishing I could stay longer. If you’re looking for something unique, enriching, and memorable, the QE2 staycation is a must. A one-of-a-kind experience I’ll definitely be coming back for! 🚢✨

The service of this hotel is brilliant especially the front desk's staff (Ivy) she is very nice There is a spacious area to stay in and the shower area is user-friendly with good quality of shampoo plus shower gel 🧼 I like the morning breakfast a lot because we can enjoy the tasty waffles 🧇

Hotel is 30s from Dubai Internet City Metro, which is very outstanding from all other hotels. But all bathroom towel and drinking water bottles were removed by housekeeping everyday, but no refill nearly whole fiur days stay. This took over 90 mins and chased many times with room service call desk '0' to get refill. When direct ask room outside housekeeping refill, the staff will say later refill but disappear because their trolley never got that enough towel and water bottle refill after cleaning the room. Front desk and coceige are very nice ans willing to help, but room service is the worst I ever saw before. If hotel can improve room service part to refill the same number of towel and water bottles, mamy complaints should be easily avoided.

The staff were incredibly friendly and caring, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The facilities are top-notch, and the swimming pool is a real highlight with stunning views. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. For the quality of service and amenities, this place is excellent value for money. Pretty good place, location is good which is close to trade center, not too far from the new dubai and the older dubai, they have their valet parking system which is always a plus. They have unlimited supplies of water bottles and other amenities. There’s a small mini mart inside the hotel, which is an advantage. They provide free coffee from the restaurant as well. The only point which they missed out was the cleanliness. There was a tiny piece of glass on the bed which hit my foot and got me bleeding. They need to be careful about this matter in the future.

As a family of four, we were assigned a connecting room. The hotel's overall design has a very distinct local character – I jokingly called it the 'Alibaba and the Forty Thieves' style, haha. It was interesting and very quaint, but clean and well-maintained, offering excellent value for money. Perhaps it was the off-season, as I saw a double room was only around 300 RMB at the time; our booking, which included breakfast for four, cost just over 700 RMB. Breakfast was served in a separate building and was quite extensive. However, the only drawback was the female receptionist at the front desk. She had a poor attitude, was impatient with her answers, and seemed unwilling to provide any extra information. I ended up having to ask the bell staff instead.

I recently stayed at Rove City Walk Dubai and had a brilliant experience. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to City Walk and super close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. There’s even easy access to the metro, which made getting around a breeze. The staff were honestly one of the highlights of my stay. From check-in to breakfast, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Special shoutout to John at breakfast and Waleed at reception — both went above and beyond! The room was modern and super clean, though I will say it was on the smaller side. It didn’t have extras like slippers or a toothbrush, but once I called reception, they were quick to help. The design of the hotel is fun and fresh, with great facilities like a gym, pool, laundromat, and even filtered water on tap — loved that touch. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, with a wide variety and really friendly service. Plus, the price I paid felt like a great deal for the quality and location. Only minor downside was some noise in the hallway late at night and slightly patchy Wi-Fi at times, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. If you’re looking for a cool, clean, and affordable place to stay in Dubai, I’d definitely recommend Rove City Walk. Would stay again without hesitation!
