The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. The only negative we arrived and we couldn't park at the hotel's parking room because they told us it was full.

Ideal location for an overnight stay and shopping. However, you need to be prepared to climb stairs to access the hotel. The room was unremarkable, but the bathroom was tiny, fit for a doll (not recommended for anyone who is a bit larger). Another drawback is that you're informed on arrival that there's no restaurant and that dinner and breakfast will be served at another establishment… which is neither pleasant nor convenient, especially since the meals were more than mediocre.

There seems to be some problems with the water in the room, but the design and decoration of the room itself are still very good. Outside the hotel window is a skiing place, providing ski equipment rental.

En general todo muy correcto, sobre todo el detalle del parking,aunque me dejo un sabor agridulce el servicio del chico del restaurante por su forma de contestar,el personal de recepcion muy atento y agradable,es un lugar digno para repetir.

The girl at the front desk took it down to the first floor. A suitcase. A backpack and a coffee bag. She didn't help. I was a little stunned. But I understand that she will return to the front desk soon.
