Everything is fine. I forgot to take my wallet when I left the store. I remembered it when I arrived at Karkasong. The Karkasong Hotel went to the front desk to help me call. They immediately checked the room I had stayed in to confirm the amount of cash. The next day I took the train back to pick it up. Thanks 🙏

The hotel is very good — new, modern, everything is clean and well-maintained. The room has everything you need, and you can also cook if you want. The room was average, I had paid for a double for an extra €3 to then realise it was the two single beds pushed together from the original two single bed booking, super uncomfortable beds, this was definitely not a 4* not sure how they got that rating. We had previously stayed in a 2* and this was a million miles better. The security is fantastic, when we arrived! Helped us to the room and advised how to get food etc.. would we stay again, no.

The service was top tier and they made sure we were comfortable. The hotel was beautiful as well. We will be going back again. lol

Very efficient service also for the self check-in after closure of the reception. Very useful the kitchenette at the same price of a small room in a budget hotel. This time, the second one, the shower was not perfectly clean (the glass had spots of dried wares drops and the floor dark spots), but the overall standard is high.

It was much better than expected. We stayed here for one night and took a train to Paris from the high-speed rail station next to it the next day. The location was very convenient. The room partition was very good. The toilet was in a separate small room, which would not affect the family's washing. The slight drawback was that there were fewer restaurants around. In principle, there would be fewer restaurants if there was no car. However, the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel reception had very good food quality, and I was particularly satisfied with the dinner I had there.

Excellent hotel for small family with an early flight.  Booked a triple room for an unbelievable low price.  King size bed was super comfortable.  The sofa bed was already made into very nice, comfortable bed. The room was outfitted with everything you could want and impeccably clean.  The only down side was that room was a little warm and windows cannot be opened and air conditioning was not operational, presumably because it was April.  We checked in late and left early, so wasn’t able to take advantage of any hotel amenities. But the lobby and restaurant looked neat and modern.  Check in and out were easy and efficient.

The front desk staff is very good, the apartment-style room should provide: microwave refrigerator stove, bowl and plate kettle, knife and fork red wine cup tea cup, etc., I feel very convenient to use, like it! The room area is quite large, the wardrobe table is quite large. The bathroom area is also moderate, and towels and bath towels are provided. Luggage storage is provided. Praise!
