Everything was ok except our air conditioning didnt work after technician came to fix it started making ticking sound… ruined our night sleep they gave us an extra room to sleep in so we dont have to move our things in the middle of the night…. After we came back to our old room in the morning the ac was off again not functioning… also the bathroom was extremely small you have to walk on your side to get in

The hotel is good for its position and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Two bedrooms and a living room with equipment for kitchen are good if you stay with family and children.
Two details I didn’t like.
1. Our sink in a bathroom was tapped and water didn’t go down. I called to reception to fix it, they answered that they don’t have anyone to come and fix it. The lady told me she will call me back to help me somehow but she never did it. We had 3 children and 3 adults and it was almost impossible to use a sink which is not nice at all.
2. The receptionist couldn’t give me an invoice for a company and avoid any responsibility of it. It’s not professional and nice as well.

A great 4 nights stay at the Mercure Centre Notre Dame Nice late Sept 2024.
The check in was a bit confusing as we booked and paid for a double Privilege room and we were assigned to a standard twin room. I came back immediately to reception and the swap was performed.
The room was well equipped and the cleaning teams were very efficient.
The breakfast food was average as we have had to ask for replenishment of some of the dishes. The choices of hot food were very limited.
The staff at reception were very helpful to book taxi for us.

The point is that this hotel has no carpet! Great!
The space is 27 square meters and can spread out four or five large boxes! Enough space for activities!
The bedding is clean and tidy, and the cleaning is not sloppy.
We left at 7 o'clock on the last day and they also gave us croissants and coffee.
The hotel needs a room card to check in, which is very safe.
It takes 6-8 minutes to walk to the old port, and it is also very convenient to go to the attractions.
Highly recommended hotel!
It is in an excellent location, a stone's throw from the Croisette. It has parking, with valet, at €20/day. Nice rooms, comfortable bed. High-end bath products (Clarins).
Very kind staff.

The most obvious advantage of the hotel is its location. You can see the sea right outside, which is quite comfortable. There are also many restaurants to choose from around. There are no minefields in the room. The price-performance ratio is ok. I went there during the off-season. The front desk also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a sea view room at a discounted price.
Good quality bedding, beautiful view and location. The breakfast is very rich and there is nothing missing. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Public transportation is right in front of the hotel, so you can move around as much as you want. The only downside this year is the swimming pool, which really has many shortcomings. They should be a little more respectful for hotel customers, especially cleaner. Strongly leave next year! ! ! ! !

did not refund me my deposit.
for some reason they didn't refunded my deposit.
speaking to them ” they had an error on there system” and they said its there fault,
trying to sort this out I kept calling to speak to the manger as the manger is the only one who can sort it out. after calling and calling the manger finally called me back to say he will send the money to a different card as they couldn't sent it back to the same card ( amex ). the manger called me at a time when I couldn't talk or had time to be given card numbers, so I asked him to call me back in a few hours, never heard from him again and never got my refund.
The room is quite big and clean. The twin room has two double beds, which is much bigger than the singles in general business hotels in France. It is very comfortable to sleep in. We drove by ourselves. The hotel has free open-air parking, but we need to ring the bell to let the front desk open the iron gate when we come in at night. It felt that there were not many people when we checked in, and the hotel was very quiet. It is very close to the terminal, about five minutes by car. But it may be a bit difficult to walk there, the road is the kind of highway entrance and exit, and there is no sidewalk. In addition, the hotel also has a shuttle bus to the terminal, which runs every 20 minutes, but we did not use it.
The location of the hotel is completely out of order because it needs to go through the tunnel without any clearly marked minutes. The road is detoured for more than an hour. Finally, if the police help to get a self-driving tour, this hotel is not recommended. There is a separate charge, although the bellman is very professional. Others should not stay at Marriott hotels in the future.

GGuest UserThis hotel ” Hotel Indigo Cagnes-Sur-Mer ”'s exterior in real life looks like the picture on their website, yet the interior has a left a lot to be desired.
The location is a bit off from the main hustle & bustle in central Nice and it takes at least 15-20 by UBER to get to Nice city centre where the real touristy life is happening.
The hotel is very basic, the glass door leading to the balcony has finger prints, the bed is too soft, the air con is not cool enough for very hot days in Nice.
The lobby staff at our stay were functioning normally but you would not say they were outstanding, nothing too warm or welcoming. More like an upgraded youth hostel rather than what we expected as a 4* hotel.
The room has a balcony that overlooks the streets and is in a safe and quiet area. They have a bar and a restaurant but we were never tempted to try them. They also say they have shuttle bus to the nearby beach and also shuttle bus service to the airport, but they never mentioned that it requires 48 hours to book the airport shuttle not until we wanted to ride in it and then found we were told we just not eligible as we only stayed for one night and did not reach the 48 hour prior booking requirement.
And glad that we only stayed for one night because everything they could offer was just very basic.
One thing that staunchly stood out as poorly designed is the bathroom door. It is a brown glass door that is all see through, so there is absolutely zero privacy when one takes a shower. We asked if they could have another room with a proper door and they told us every bathroom door is of brown glass and therefore is transparent. They sounded very nonchalant as if we were too difficult, but when we asked for a solution, they then told us a lot of other guests had the same problem and the solution is to provide guests with a bedsheet for us to figure out how we could make a ' curtain ' out of it. So we realised that we were not the only ones to have voiced this crucial concern, then why hasn't anyone in the management bothered to do something to rectify this very bad situation? The answer is simple---merely shows how indifferent the whole management body is. They just can't be bothered and they don't care.
Hotel Indigo Cagnes-Sur-Mer provided us with a very mediocre room that yields mediocre comfort, it displays mediocre interior, and gives guests robotic service. Bad bathroom design is especially leaving a bad impression because other than the useless transparent brown glass, the bathtub has only erected a 1/2 glass shield that does not prevent water from splashing out, so taking a shower is not relaxing and afterwards you need to wipe the wet floor for the next user. The water pressure of the shower is weak, shower head only has two jet settings. The water drainage is very bad cos the water fails to drain off smoothly and it is gross to be standing in a pool of dirty soapy water as you shower. In this day & age it is surprising that this hotel can still get a 4* rating. All these very average if not substandard issues really do not do Nice, an exciting and pretty city, justice.
So this hotel does not live up to their claim as 4* and we will seek elsewhere when we visit enticing Nice again.
GGuest UserIt was fantastic, the room is so spacious and with sea view! The service is very good and the staff are very kind! The bathroom is also big and with bathtub.
XXIAOCHENThe environment of the facility is tidy and OK, that is, there are too few supporting travel services in the store, and little information can be obtained from the clerk's mouth ......... It is not necessary to be careful about a map.
MMrs_TravelGreat hotel at a nice location. It is always a 15 mins walk to the city center. Parking was ok, though 32 euro a night which is at the higher end. Breakfast was 33 euro for a person, it was good but it didn’t worth its high price. We went for a brunch the other morning and it was perfect - the place is right next to the opera, amazing vibe. It is called Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. It is good service overall, thanks for having us.
GGuest UserThe location was not too far from the old port. The metro is easily accessible around the corner. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was ok but it is better to eat at a local bakery. If I am in Marseille again I would return here.

Very Good
NNitaThis hotel is beautiful but up on the hill. But car cannot drive to hotel entrance. There is a car valet service at the entrance of the road. Thank God for the two great porters that helped to carry our luggages up to our rooms. Great room with spectacular view and a sauna pool overlooking the hills. Dinner at the restaurant in this hotel is amazing!!! Must try, very romantic and food is delicious, server is attentive.
WWaixiI recently stayed at the L'Oréal Lodge during the A**ion Theatre Festival and was very pleased with the experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to many of the main attractions and festival venues.
Pros:
Reasonable Prices: During the festival, the hotel's prices were very reasonable. This was a rare opportunity, allowing us to enjoy a high-quality stay during the festival without having to worry about overcharging.
Excellent Location: The hotel is located in the heart of the A**ion, within walking distance to many of the main attractions and various festival venues. It was very convenient to get around, saving a lot of time and transportation costs.
Comfortable Rooms: The hotel's rooms are very comfortable, warmly decorated and well-equipped. The beds were particularly comfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms was very high, ensuring a good stay.
Friendly Service: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was very smooth. Especially during the festival, the front desk staff provided a lot of useful information and suggestions.
Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich and of good quality. Whether it is French bread, cheese or fresh fruit, it is appetizing and a perfect choice to start the day.
GGuest UserThe toilet is a bit old, a bit like the toilet in an airplane cabin. Overall, the room is very large. The sea view room has a 1.8-meter bed and a sofa bed. It is very comfortable and satisfying!
GGuest UserA good hotel, located in the mountains, quiet in the middle of the noisy, very comfortable and comfortable, with excellent air, suitable for self-driving travel, many vehicles on the road up the mountain need to slow down and slow down, and I will choose this next time I travel.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious, up to date decor with a spectacular sea view room. They provide Nespresso coffee dispenser (2 free capsules) per day.
Coin laundry is within 5 mins walking distance. Lots of eateries nearby.
Private car park garage is a bit difficult to find, €10/night. Alternatively, there is also a lot of meter parking available.
I would definitely come back if I visit Nice again.
Only downside is our bathtub had a leak and after each short shower, the floor got wet. Since we only stay for 2 nights, we did not bother to ask for another room.
