*An Amazing Stay with Spectacular Views at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park Hotel!* My stay at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park Hotel was absolutely incredible! The highlight for me was undoubtedly the stunning views. Located high up on the mountain, the hotel offers sweeping vistas of the surrounding hills and lush landscapes. The fresh, cool mountain air adds to the relaxing atmosphere, creating the perfect environment to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. The hotel’s proximity to the theme park is a huge plus, making it so convenient to explore the attractions. The experience during check in was bad. Being asked to go to the number counter. Long queue to get number, but then the staff at the number counter said no need numbers. He asked me to go to other counter and look for a staff for assistance. Have to queue again. Only one check in counter with assistance from a staff. When my turn came, the computer 'hang'. Have to wait for the staff to check me in. Then I have to go to another self check in counter to pay rm3 using credit card. The camera at the counter couldn't be used to scan QR code. Really hustle. Parking is not free. Hotel guests need to pay parking using TouchNgo card. The hotel room was okay. Small room but comfortable enough for one night stay.

everytime i ada job kat cameron, i will booked copthorne because 1st if all love their staff service... they love to greeting and help guest.. they have excellent service i would say.. they allowing me to early check in (if room are ready) .. usually the room are ready because im always come on weekdays for work purposes.. 😄 room dining quite cheap for me.. it just rm24 for one plate kuetiau goreng.. sedap pulak tu. big portion, can eat for 2 person! sejuk tu dah pasti.. always got kabus² everytime i datang sini. love betul! cuma sedikit penambahbaikan utk masa akan dtg, i hope copthorne will checking up for some furniture or bulbs yg da tak function.. i always dpt balcony yg takde lampu.. huhu.. this time i dapat room yg pintu dia agak ketat utk buka and tutup.. yg lain2 okay.. katil, bantal, semua selesa..

This hotel are worth of value of money to stay, big and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only concern here, it’s abit far to Gothong Jaya. And if you drive at night, please be careful as some the distance do not have lamppost, you need to very precaution. Overall, we are happy stay here as it’s meeting our budget. Hopefully they can have improvements on the road with lampposts. Thanks

Great place for families! Staff are all super helpful and friendly. However, if you do have elderly who are not very mobile or very young kids, not recommended as you have to take a shuttle bus that comes every hourly to GPO to have dining and shopping options. Will be better to stay up at Genting Highlands for accessibility. Baby cot is also not the usual one for young babies. It is like a toddler bed with metal bars. So we ended up having to put 4 pillows all around it, haha. But rooms were great. Big and clean.

The WiFi connection was stable and fast, which was perfect for work and entertainment. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. location superb, walking distance to shops and eateries (TC attractions at night are so happening, MCD, Famima, KFC, 7E are walking distance and I went to Loteng specifically which the food are superb and we can see the sea right from the Loteng dining area). I didnt take the breakfast package because I want to try local Kuantan food and I went to Roti Bakar Beserah nearby (ard 15 mins driving) and unfortunately Kassim Baba Roti Tempayan Cheese are closed till 06 Apr. Overall, this hotel is good but I was expecting for complimentary drinks and snacks for a 5 star rating hotel bit nope, there isn't. just provided with 3 mineral water bottles. Hyatt, u can do better on this. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay here!

I came here for my appointment at SASMEC IIUM as this hotel is nearby. This hotel provide breakfast for it's guest and the choices are good considering its price. This hotel also provide rooftop swimming pool. The downside for me is the hotel is vertically large, and the walking distance from elevator to rooms can be quite a distance, if you are unlucky enough to get the furthest room 😂. All in all, a great stay and recommended for families. The room is comfy and the space is benevolent enough.

The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Suprise to me and family.. I went to this at CNY.. Front Dest is Super nice and helpful.. Another thing is Location is Good... We oso buy a Jacket at Hard Rock here(**Hope Hard Rock Cafe Opening Soon**).. Toilet floor is Suprise coz Floor is Warm.. Hope This Hotel Managment can Continue this Service again.. Breakfast is Good if any 1 travel ppl can try 1 time in here.. Food and View is good.. If Kids Swimming Pool Water is Warm is Perfect but when we going is Cool 1 another adult Swimming pool is Warm..

The best hotel I have stayed in Melaka😍 the ultimate best I would say, hospitality top notch and cleanliness no words, very clean. I would appreciate the owner as he literally concerned about customers stay which included availability of parking as well. Snacks provided by them brought back all the child memories. Room were superb, nice ambience. Just the toilet is smelly, probably clogged and our room got power trip and their maintenance team were so helpful and assist us less than 10mins

Book a room for 2. The room was clean and roomy with 2 single beds and still have plenty of space to pray. There's hairdryer inside the room. Water dispenser and iron board is available on the hotel coridor. Plenty of parking spaces : public ones in front of the hotel (need to pay) and parking area for hotel guest (free)at the back. Location is tip top! (Our view from the parking place)

I called one day earlier to request early checkup. It was entertained however due to system breakdown still required to wait almost one hour in the car. To their credit they still did their best. According to the Trip package I was supposed get welcome drink but it was not there.  The nasi lemak rendang so good but the breakfast spread so limited. The renovation thingy quite a disturbance, need to walk all the way to access beach, no Deli yet, lobby not ready too. However they already informed that in advance so it was acceptable.  During housekeeping, our room key that was used to power up the room was taken, but the concierge sent a new one once the complaint lodged. They also restock only one bottle of mineral water instead of two, but the housekeeper comply with our request for another without much hassle.  I did not have enough time to try their fitness centre but one visit showed it was wide and adequate. I hope in the future it will be for 24 hours like other hotel and accessible with keycard.  All in all I will give 4 stars. Need to improve on breakfast spread. Special shoutout for Mr Kamarul our concierge/porter for excellent service. Will come again later.

Such a beautiful hotel, full of excitement, such as restaurants and scenic spots, is located in the center of Kuantan. The room is very comfortable, with a clear TV, refrigerator and good air conditioning. The most important thing is that it is worth it and the price is reasonable.
