Good location, direct access to the beach and sea. Nice sea view, serenity environment in the night👍🏿 Spacious room and bed. Friendly staffs. Body shampoo smells very nice ☺️ Area to improve: - aircond noise kindda loud (”quiet” mode of the controller is not functioning), affecting sleeping quality. Visitors may consider turn off the aircond in the night as the temperature near the seaside of not too hot. - water heater temperature seems not stable, and quite hard to adjust. It would get burning hot or freezing cold unexpectedly.. Visitor better let the water run a while and keep testing before going under the shower. - hair dryer is the old type ones, airflow is slow compared to the new models. If u hv the concern, may bring ur own hair dryer. - in-door disposable slippers not provided, may bring ur own if necessary, the walking towards the bathroom is the tiled floor, quite cold if walk on it at the night..

Foodies, don’t sleep on this spot! Most locals eat outside the hotel, but Blossom seriously delivers! Tried their Mongolian Chicken AND Wok-Fried Beef with Black Pepper — both are absolute bangers !!So flavourful, tender, and cooked to perfection! If you’re into Chinese cuisine, this place is a must-try. Every dish hits different. And the price? Surprisingly affordable for hotel food! Bonus tip: If you’re a small family and prefer to dine in your room, this is definitely one of the top options to consider — super convenient and satisfying!

I booked one garden chalet and one double bedroom for a 2-night stay with my family. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The food was a major letdown—fried rice was soggy and overly salty. The breakfast buffet was very limited, with only one side available to serve 40–50 tables, which led to long waits and poor variety. Monkeys roam freely around the property, and their droppings are scattered along the walkways. It’s especially unpleasant (and unsafe) to walk around at night due to this. The game room is in bad shape. The snooker table is uneven, all the ping pong balls are deformed, and the children's toys are dirty. The mountain bikes provided are rusty. We also encountered cockroaches, lizards, and other insects hiding under shelves—every morning we found dead bugs around the rooms. On a positive note, the swimming pool and beach are beautiful, and the availability of duty-free alcoholic drinks was a nice touch (outside Berjaya resort). The chalet also offered complimentary soft drinks (Coke and Sprite) in the room, which was appreciated. Despite all these issues, the customer service was genuinely good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and tried their best to assist whenever we had concerns.

Location is perfect, if you are looking for a place near to Brinchang and close to the Golden Hill night market and Big Red Strawberry Farm and can avoid the traffic jam heading to Kea Farm direction. Besides that, everything is great with the hotel room facilities and also breakfast buffet selection. Will definitely recommend and return!!

The room got rat, the kids fall sleep so we dint ask to change room but come to catch the rat. Thanks the team come to help us catch the rat. Even the room is sanitised but rat still there. From the play pool to the beach very far, walking distance need 5min. So we prefer play at the pool as close at 6.45pm sharp. Restaurant outside is nearer to the beach and easy to clean up also, so we continue beach play after dinner. Overall the kids like the pool.

We recently embarked on a family trip to the enchanting Cameron Highlands, where we had the pleasure of staying at a one-of-a-kind hotel for two nights. This hotel stands out in the region not only for its unique architecture but also for its rich history, which adds a certain charm to the overall experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. One delightful touch was that they offered to wash our car every day, which was such a refreshing way to start our mornings. Our room was quite spacious and generally clean, providing us with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. However, I did notice that the in-room entertainment options were quite limited. While there was a television, the selection of channels was minimal, which left us with little else to do in the evenings. In terms of hotel facilities, there were not many options available to keep guests occupied. We found ourselves wishing for additional amenities that would enhance the experience. One notable inconvenience was the drainage in the bathroom; it was not functioning well, and we often had to deal with water pooling on the floor during showers, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, our overall experience at the hotel was positive. The combination of the unique setting, friendly staff, and the charm of the area made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for a short visit, as it offers a nice retreat, particularly for those looking to unwind in a tranquil environment.

AAlly YongFrom start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

BBepis Boi Ultra⚠️ WARNING: THIS HOTEL IS OVERRATED DUE TO TRIP.COM’S RATING SYSTEM – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ If this hotel were a car, it would be a flashy Italian model with serious build quality issues. The best thing about this hotel is the price. RM200 for a king bed on a public holiday felt like a steal. Driving in from SkyAvenue, the road was dark, but the brightly lit parking area gave us high hopes. Check-in via the self-service kiosk was smooth, though finding our room was confusing due to the odd 5-digit numbering. Thankfully, the concierge guided us. First impression of the room: it matched the promo photos. But our excitement ended quickly. The door wouldn’t lock properly and kept beeping. A technician came, hammered the strike plate, and fixed it—hardly reassuring for security. Next came the bathroom. Many reviews mentioned a bad construction smell, and they were right. The shower drained poorly, leaving a strong concrete odor as water pooled. The kitchen looked impressive with plenty of cabinets, but surprisingly had no power sockets near the counter. I had to boil water at the desk instead. The TV was another letdown. Supposedly “smart,” it had no internet or channels. I tried everything—resetting, power cycling—but there was no Wi-Fi option at all. So much for Netflix night. Design-wise, the room looked sleek at first glance, but flaws showed up everywhere: paint splatters in the bathroom, noisy metal racks, and tile flooring that picked up every footprint. The next morning, the sunrise over Genting Highlands was breathtaking—arguably the highlight of our stay. Exploring the hotel, we found most shops, including Hard Rock Café and the rooftop, closed with no operating hours posted. Facilities like the gym, indoor pool, and kids’ zone were open but overcrowded due to the holiday. We skipped breakfast as it wasn’t included. Checkout was quick and smooth. Looking back, the real problem isn’t management, but poor construction quality that doesn’t reflect in typical rating categories like cleanliness, service, or location. The place looks good on the surface, but corners were clearly cut in development. I really wanted to love this hotel—the concept, location, and price are great. But unless management addresses these quality issues, the high ratings are misleading.

TTraveller354Beautiful resort that really makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. The grounds are well maintained and really pretty, the huts are a bit plain, but have what you need. The rooms do get really warm which I feel could be solved by blocking off the high roof. This would make it easier to clean and make the room a bit smaller for the small air con unit to cool down. We also had a double hut that connected to another one with a thin door which didn’t lock. Great for families travelling together, but as we did not know the people staying in the other hut, we would have liked the option to lock the door. The walls are also really thin so we sometimes heard a bit more than what we wanted to hear. Some of the activities are incredible! Highly recommend the night jungle walk. The guides are really knowledgeable and managed to spot tiny (and sometimes not so tiny) creepy crawlers for us to see. The day jungle walk was fun and not too hard. “Easy” jungle hiking. The boat trip to Lata Berkoh was a waste of time. The boat trip itself is fine, but you get out to look at a big tree, then again at a “fish sanctuary” which is really just a few empty buildings and a guy selling fish food in recycled bottles. You then feed the fish in the river. Finally, the swimming spot is just a different part of the dirty river, with conflicting signs which state it is both safe and unsafe to swim. The night boat tour was ok. The guides really try to find things for you to see, but it really depends on which animals are out and about. So all in all, good experience, but recommend looking outside the resort for things to do during the day, we mainly just sat around until the next activity we had booked as it was too hot to do anything and many of the trails were too long to do in between min 3-5km. Also: note you cannot get to the resort by car! You need to leave it in the parking and take a boat (1RM per passenger) to get to the resort. Not bad, just not something we knew and it took us a while to figure it out in the dark. Food was ok
