Breakfast was just so-so... Everything else was satisfactory.. The staff was so so kind and the rooms were so clean... The view was so good.. The sea was so pretty.. It was even prettier than the sea in downtown Canakkale... I didn't use it, but the swimming pool was so pretty... It was the best value for money... The Troy ruins are about 15 minutes away by car... There's also a large mart right in front..
The hotel exceeded my expectations. The problem is that this business is a car rental company, so the location of the hotel is not suitable for tourists, outside the city. However, the hotel's breakfast and restaurant scenery, due to the high location, is very good, especially at sunrise in the morning. Opened in 2020, the hotel is also very well maintained. Of course, the view of the room facing the south will be better. After all, the parking lot facing the north is the parking lot.

Excellent stay (27/8 – 31/8/2025)
Friendly and immediate reception although I arrived at 01:00 a.m. , carrying baggage to the room. Direct change to room with two single beds, free of charge. Everyday model cleaning, change towels and one-use shoes every day! A rich breakfast with a variety of things, even honey jars, a nice and discreet staff, I'll definitely go back!
Nice service, welcoming staff. Turkish breakfast more than enough with turkish coffee or orange juice by request.
Nice view from the roof restaurant (which is also the breakfast lcoation).
Room ok, small but everything at disposal including amenities.
Close to city centre and thus to bar/restaurants.
Located on the top of a hill in a cozy little village, we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the breath taking view on the blue sea. A special thanks to Maksut who made us a delicious dinner and breakfast on the rooftop terrace and helped us kindly throughout our stay!
We were very nice, all the rooms were very nice and helpful. They do whatever they need to make you comfortable. Doga is very nice, the rooms are wide, comfortable, shown in detail. Breakfast is very nice and feeding. We were very happy, comfortable, eat delicate food, enjoyed the custom. We recommend from Gonul...
Breakfast is buffet. This hotel has a parking lot. Parking is very convenient. The room we stayed in was a sea view room. It was especially good to open the curtains and face the Aegean Sea! The picture is the scenery that opens the window!

ÖÖnelGreat room. Clean. Great. Beautiful bathroom. Super service. Good choice for breakfast. All was great. I can only recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe room is large, clean, tidy, close to the beach, the environment is very good, the service is very good, the price is reasonable, the breakfast is very good, the dinner can be ordered, the price is not expensive, highly recommended!
GGuest UserExcellent staff members, very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but they treat you like you're family. The room is very small (as big as a queen size bed) but the location is right in the center of everything. The bus from the otogar (c9) also stops right around the corner. The only con about this place is that there's a bar across the street which plays loud music until 2am on the weekend. Weekdays are not bad, just street noise.
TTrttptmHotel is conveniently located relative to the sea. There is a pier and a small beach. Near the embankment. The room is small, there is a balcony with a view to the pools. The bathroom is a pillowed bath. During our visit the season was over, the pools were not working and the water in the pools was not filtered and it felt smell. Breakfast is good. Wireless Internet barely crawled.

FFrederic MathiasOutstanding view on the blue sea and a beautiful garden. We enjoyed our stay at the exclusive beach with very friendly staff, good food and quiet relaxation. A clear recommendation for anyone seeking a calm and beautiful location at the sea.

JJiajianiSusanIn the center of Chanakale, very close to the sea, the breakfast room is on the top floor, the scenery is very good, you can see the panoramic sea view. The disadvantage is that the room is a bit small and the others are quite good.
HHasan44Had a great weekend in Casa Mila. Beautiful hotel so quiet n yet so peaceful. Friendliest staff with biggest smile. Great hospitality and delicious food! Will definitely be coming back again!
