Check in quick and easy. Firstly received room looked like bunker but clean. 2nd one was already looking better. Nice bathroom and later on recognized not really comfortable bed with lot of noises caused by any movement (and I was alone :) ) Breakfast was really great, tasty with plenty of choices.
Very nice hotel, fully booked. Breakfast is also good, worth staying again. Check-in time is after 3pm, be sure to pay attention to this, if you come too early you won't be able to check in.
The stay and the room were great and the trea**ent at the reception was also good, they have a mini crib that is not so mini crib, it is perfect, and the free buffet breakfast is quite good
Stay Hotel Porto Aeroporto is a modern, eco-certified hotel located just 950 meters from Porto’s Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO), making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking convenience and comfort. The hotel offers 102 soundproofed rooms in Double, Twin, and Single configurations, all equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and rainfall showers.
Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast served from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM, catering to early flyers and late risers alike. The 24/7 Just Delicious snack service provides a variety of light meals and beverages throughout the day. The hotel also features a bar/lounge, bicycle rentals, and a 24-hour business center.
During the trip to Spain, I chose the five-star Renaissance in Porto because it is conveniently located in the city center and almost all attractions can be reached on foot. Secondly, it is relatively new. The hotel is very clean and simply furnished. Except for not providing toothbrush sets, it has a kettle, slippers, etc., and provides a bottle of free mineral water every day. The hotel is only a short walk from the airport to the light rail. The hotel's breakfast is very punctual from 7:30 to 11:00 and is also quite rich. Here you can taste Portuguese egg tarts, which are very delicious. During this trip to Spain, this is the only hotel that requires a deposit of 100 euros when checking in, but it has not been refunded 48 hours after check-out.
Good location, it is the seaside, it is not difficult to find. The hotel is very clean, clean and tidy. The staff service is very warm. Overall satisfaction. If you are not looking for the problem, it is the same as the breakfast variety.
Atendimento simpático e acolhedor.
Instalações muito bem estruturadas, com informação bastante clara. Piscina e SPA adoramos. O pequeno almoço excelente.
Não temos nada a apontar, tudo estava perfeito.
Apenas o acesso à garagem, estava em obras o que dificultava um pouquinho a entrada do carro.
Although the reception team was unfit for the exchange of a bathroom, as requested at the reservation, it only showed small towels - the large, the bathroom missed. The bathroom was widely water-flowed, with water sweating all over the street, and at 9 a.m., works in a hotel room on the same floor, and it seemed to be in the same room, such was the noise. One note: the reception official wanted to know how it went, to what I mentioned, and as a response, I received one: ”for the next run better ...!”

LLkcssA 2-night stay in this hostel, offered a wonderful London, just beside the river in Porto, and very close to every attractions. About the stay, everything’s good, they even offer storages part in bathroom for personal stuffs. Breakfast is so tasty, everything is great, one of the best hostel I’ve even stayed in Portugal.
AAihaolvxingzheThe room is fully equipped with sanitation facilities, the hotel buffet is good, the egg tarts are beautiful every day, there are three types of paperback wine to choose from, drinks and various coffees ☕️ taste very good
GGuest UserNo words.... Has been a trip INSIDE a subway construction area .... And I am not kidding unfortunately. I have reserved a single room kind bed. At beginning the reception assigned me one room at 4th floor exactly in front of jackhammer operators, which made the same noises as in war scenario with 2 beds.
Then after my immediate big complain reception have assigned me another room, #209. Different scenario : that was in front of a concrete grinding crane arrives from 8pm in the morning until 10pm in the evening. at 7am the noises of the vehicles began with the relative movement alarm and in the evening after 10pm the workers who hammer gradually finished at 1am in the night. all i have timed videos to prove my experience. I asked several times to assign me a room ON OTHER SIDE (that are outside the ”war operation area”) but answer was always _ ”SORRY SIR, THE ROOM ON BACKSIDE ARE FULL AND WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE” .
Today at check out I have asked a discount, as feedback the receptionist charged me 20EUR more for 2 peer juices I have got from minibar......
I do not know how to describe this experience, I have been many times in Intercontinental and I have been always satisfied.... BESIDE THIS LAST TRIP THAT IS REALLY SOMETHING I WANT TO FORGET
Travellers' take extreme care going there !! At least until the subway works under room balcony are finished !!! Can not upload pictures the website tell me ”unable to lad” but I can sent ll of them separately
PPingshuixiangfengThe most comfortable hotel I stayed in during this trip to Europe. Not only is the room large, the hygiene and facilities are very good👍, but the location is also very good, and most attractions can be reached on foot.
GGuest UserOur family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.
Wwuwu918The room was very nice, with many paintings. There was a capsule coffee machine, a safe and a refrigerator. There were no slippers or toothbrushes and toothpaste. The location of the hotel is superb! Next time I go there, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!
GGuest UserThe service was amazing with a guide to the city as soon as we arrived. The facilities were great, minus the closure of the spa while we were there.
SSeat 2AVery friendly staff make this place feel so welcoming but that seems to be the norm across Portugal. Hotel is situated some distance from the city center which requires at least 25 minutes walk, although trams operate from in front of the hotel. The breakfast did not offer the most extensive selection but everything was fresh and tasty and staff offer a discounted option if it is purchased on checking for the entire stay.
There are no leisure facilities at this hotel such as swimming pool or gym whilst there is a supermarket very nearby, around 3 minutes walk away.
I enjoyed my stay as the room was comfortable enough but recommend requesting a room at the back of the hotel as those at the front are prone to noise from passing guests and the elevators and noise insulation is not the best. Best to ask for rooms ending in number 12 or higher.
Entire property is very very stylish as this building was formally a fish market, albeit with art deco flourishes, converted to a contemporary hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe whole city is relatively old, and the modern hotel is more prominent. It is relatively close to the train station, and it takes 12 minutes to walk. There are not many restaurants around, and there is a pizzeria next to it that tastes good. Overall, Portugal has the lowest consumption in Western Europe.
짜짜미니This hotel is recommended for a quiet evening in Porto. It's a bit far from the city, but you can get there quickly by public transportation. The facilities and breakfast are good. A swimming pool is also available.
